Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a constant water installation method for a water control door.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As shown in FIGS. 5 and 8, a water control door installed to open or close a channel in a water supply / sewerage channel or an irrigation channel generally has a pair of vertical frame portions 31 having vertical grooves 32 and 32, as shown in FIGS. 31 and a door stop 33 configured such that both vertical grooves 32 and 32 face each other, and a door body 34 fitted into the door stop 33 so as to be movable up and down using the vertical grooves 32 and 32 as a guide. , Comprising the structure. The door body 34 is moved up and down by an opening / closing device (not shown). Usually, the door stop 33 and the door body 34 are made of cast iron (FC200) or the like. In the case of this water control door, the left and right vertical frame portions 31 are connected by the upper and lower horizontal frame portions 35, and the portion surrounded by the left and right vertical frame portions 31 and the upper and lower horizontal frame portions 35 allows the water to pass therethrough. Opening 33a (FIG. 6).
[0003]
As shown in FIGS. 6 to 8, a door stop water plate 36 is fixed to the front surface of the left and right vertical frame portions 31 and the front surface of the upper and lower horizontal frame portions 35, and the door corresponding to the door stop water stop plate 36. Door body water stop plates 37 are fixed to the rear surfaces of the side edges of the body 34 in the vertical and horizontal directions. On the door stop 33 side, a wedge-shaped fixing tool 38 having an inclined surface is attached to the lower front surface via a pressing plate 43, and on the door body 34 side, the wedge shape on the front surface of both side edges thereof. A wedge-shaped member 39 is attached at a position corresponding to the fixing tool 38. When the door body 34 is lowered, the wedge-shaped member 39 and the wedge-shaped fixing tool 38 come into sliding contact with each other, and push the door body 34 rearward. When the door body 34 is completely closed, the door body 34 is pressed against the door stop 33, and the door stop water stop plate 36 and the door body water stop plate 37 are brought into close contact with each other to keep the water stop. Reference numeral 45 denotes a stopper that contacts the bottom of the door body 34 when the door body 34 is in the fully closed state.
[0004]
The door stop 33 is integrally fixed to a foundation G such as a mortar or the like to be injected and cured on the rear surface thereof, and is fastened with an anchor bolt 40 and a nut 44 so that the wall body F constituting the water channel is fixed. Is installed. For example, as shown in FIG. 8, the anchor bolt 40 is fixed to the reinforcing bar 42 of the wall body F via the auxiliary bar 41. In general, the accuracy of the wall body F made of concrete or the like is low at a right angle or the like. For example, when the door stop 33 is directly attached to the wall body F by bolt fastening or the like, the centering with the opening / closing device is out of order, and the door body 34 is moved up and down. I will not. Therefore, after adjusting the position of the door contact 33 such as the vertical degree, the base G is interposed and the structure is fixed to the wall body F.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
When replacing existing water control doors with new ones, water is always flowing through the waterways so that the functions of the treatment system located downstream will not be stopped ( It is desirable to carry out construction as unrestricted water). And as a method of installing a water control door in the state of this constant water,
(1) Attach only the door stop to the wall body first, and insert the door body into the door stop later.
(2) Insert the door into the door and attach the door to the wall while keeping the door open.
Such a method is conceivable.
[0006]
However, as in the methods (1) and (2) above, when the installation work is performed with the door removed from the door or the door opened, For example, when the door body 34 is lowered and closed again due to a subtle positional shift or the like, the water stoppage between the door stop water stop plate 36 and the door body water stop plate 37 is deteriorated. There is. Further, there are some operations that can be performed only when the door body 34 is not fully closed, such as confirmation of a gap and adjustment of the stopper 45 described above, during the mounting operation. For this reason, conventionally, the water control door is always installed in the factory-shipped state (the door body is incorporated in a fully closed state per door). The work form of blocking the flow of water and installing the water control door was adopted. Therefore, during this time, there is a problem that water does not flow downstream, and the function of the downstream processing system stops.
[0007]
This invention was created in order to solve such a problem, and it aims at providing the continuous water installation construction method of the water control door which can be installed in a continuous water state.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-described problems, the present invention provides a water control door provided with a door stop attached to a wall body via a foundation and a door body fitted into the door so as to be movable up and down. 1) Adjust the positioning of the water control door so that the door is fully closed and a gap is formed between the wall and the door to allow water to pass through, and the water is controlled by the bolts and nuts attached to the wall. The step of fixing the door and (2) the step of opening the door body and placing the underwater mortar as a foundation between the wall body and the door stop were performed in that order.
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. In the present invention, the basic structure of the water control door A is substantially the same as, for example, the water control door described in the prior art, and a pair of vertical frame portions 1 and 1 having vertical grooves 2 and 2 are formed. The door unit 3 is configured so that the doors 2 and 2 are opposed to each other, and the door body 4 is fitted into the door unit 3 so as to be movable up and down with the longitudinal grooves 2 and 2 as a guide. The door body 4 is moved up and down by an opening / closing machine (not shown) positioned above. The door stop 3 and the door body 4 are made of cast iron (FC200) or the like. In the lower part of the water control door A, a rectangular opening surrounded by the left and right vertical frame portions 1 and 1 and the upper and lower horizontal frame portions is formed, and when the door body 4 is lowered, the opening portion is formed. Is supposed to close.
[0010]
Door stop water blocking plates 6 are fixed to the front surfaces of the left and right vertical frame portions 1 and the upper and lower horizontal frame portions, and on the rear surfaces of the upper, lower, left and right side edges of the door body 4 corresponding to the door stop water blocking plates 6. The door body water stop plate 7 is fixed. On the side of the door 3, a wedge-shaped fixing tool 8 having an inclined surface is attached to the lower front surface via the presser plate 5, and on the door body 4 side, the wedge shape on the front surface of both side edges is attached. A wedge-shaped member 9 is attached at a position corresponding to the fixing tool 8. When the door body 4 is lowered, the wedge-shaped member 9 and the wedge-shaped fixing tool 8 come into sliding contact with each other to push the door body 4 rearward. When the door body 4 is completely closed, the door body 4 is pressed against the door stop 3, and the door stop water stop plate 6 and the door body water stop plate 7 are brought into close contact with each other to keep the water stop.
[0011]
In the present invention, when installing the water control door A in a water channel in a state of flowing water, (1) the door body 4 is fully closed, and a gap through which water passes between the wall body F and the door stop 3 is provided. Adjusting the positioning of the water control door A as formed, fixing the water control door A with bolts and nuts attached to the wall body F, and (2) opening the door body 4 to open the wall body F. The step of placing underwater mortar as a base G between the door and the door stop 3 is performed in that order.
[0012]
The case where the water control door A is installed in the wall body F in the state which poured water into the waterway, for example is demonstrated. The mode shown in FIG. 1 shows a case where a plurality of special nuts 10 are fixed to the wall body F in advance by underwater work or the like. An auxiliary bar 12 is fixed to the reinforcing bar 11 of the wall body F, and the special nut 10 has a shaft part 10b so that its nut part 10a protrudes from the wall body F toward the mounting side of the water control door A. It is fixed to the auxiliary muscle 12. A gate fixing bolt 13 (corresponding to the bolt described in the claims) is screwed onto the nut portion 10a. A nut 14 is screwed to each gate fixing bolt 13. The nut 14 is a member that plays a role in positioning adjustment of the water control door A. In this embodiment, the water control door A is fixed to the embedded fixing plate 15 with a bolt (not shown) or the like, and the nut 14 for each gate fixing bolt 13 is pressed against the nut 14 while the rear surface of the embedded fixing plate 15 is pressed against the nut 14. By appropriately adjusting the screwing position, the positioning of the water control door A is adjusted accurately. Of course, it is possible to adopt a structure (for example, the structure shown in FIG. 8) that directly attaches the rear surface of the door stop 3 to the nut 14 without providing the embedded fixing plate 15.
[0013]
During the positioning adjustment of the water control door A, the door body 4 is in a fully closed state, and the operator performs not only a positioning adjustment but also a check of a skim and a height adjustment of a stopper (such as the stopper 45 shown in FIG. 5). When the positioning adjustment or the like of the water control door A is completed, the embedded fixing plate 15, that is, the water control door A is fixed by fastening a nut 16 (corresponding to a nut described in claims) to each gate fixing bolt 13. During the above steps, water flows downstream through a gap formed between the front surface of the wall body F and the rear surface of the embedded fixed body 15 (door stop 3) as indicated by an arrow. Accordingly, the door body 4 is kept in the fully closed state at the time of shipment from the factory, that is, the water stop performance by the door stop water stop plate 6 and the door body water stop plate 7 is maintained as the factory shipment state. The uncontrolled water installation of the water control door will be realized.
[0014]
When the above steps are completed, the door body 4 is opened, a formwork is temporarily provided, and underwater mortar is placed as a foundation G in the gap portion as shown in FIG. Thereafter, water flows downstream from the water control door A that has been opened.
[0015]
As shown in FIG. 3, the special nut 10 can be an adhesive anchor (chemical anchor) in which a wall body F is drilled and an adhesive is filled in the hole Fa and fixed. . Further, by making the through hole 15a for the gate fixing bolt 13 a large-diameter hole or a long hole in the embedded fixing plate 15, the position adjustment of the water control door A in the left-right direction can be easily performed. Reference numeral 17 denotes a washer.
[0016]
Moreover, as a fixed aspect of the water control door A with respect to the wall F, it is good also as a structure which uses together the chemical anchor 18 and the special nut 10 welded to the auxiliary | assistant reinforcement 12, as shown in FIG.
[0017]
As mentioned above, although preferred embodiment was described about this invention, this invention is not limited to these embodiment, In the range which does not deviate from the meaning, a design change is possible suitably.
[0018]
【The invention's effect】
According to this invention, it is a simple structure, Comprising: With the door body made into a fully-closed state, ie, without impairing the water stop property of a door body, the unrestricted water installation of a water control door can be constructed | assembled.
