Description
【0001】
フルオロアパタイト:Ca10(PO4)6F2
第三リン酸カルシウム:Ca3(PO4)2
第四リン酸カルシウム:Ca4O(PO4)2

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a composition for oral cavity that is excellent in storage stability and excellent in palatability and use feeling.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, it has been known to add an apatite such as hydroxyapatite to an oral composition such as a toothpaste, thereby providing a recalcification of tooth surfaces and an adsorption removal effect of dental plaque.
On the other hand, toothpastes containing apatites such as hydroxyapatite tend to be hard, have a rough appearance over time, cause liquid separation, and have a problem that sufficient storage stability cannot be obtained. In order to improve such stability over time, for example, a magnesium salt is proposed, but there is a problem that the palatability and feeling of use such as a rowing feeling and aftertaste are not sufficient.
Therefore, it is desired to improve palatability and feeling of use without impairing storage stability in an oral composition containing apatites.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
An object of the present invention is to provide an oral composition that exhibits excellent palatability and feeling of use without impairing storage stability while blending apatites.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
As a result of intensive studies to solve the above problems, the present inventors have formulated a combination of magnesium salts and zeolites and / or hydrous aluminum silicates in oral compositions containing apatites. Thus, it has been found that an oral composition that does not become hard even when stored at a high temperature for a long period of time, maintains smoothness in appearance, does not cause liquid separation, and has excellent palatability and usability.
Therefore, the present invention is an oral composition containing at least one selected from the group consisting of hydroxyapatite, fluoroapatite, carbonate apatite, tricalcium phosphate, quaternary calcium phosphate and octacalcium phosphate, The present invention relates to an oral composition comprising 0.05 to 10% by mass of a magnesium salt and 0.1 to 20% by mass of at least one selected from the group consisting of zeolites and hydrous aluminum silicates.
[0005]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail.
The oral composition in the present specification refers to dentifrices such as toothpastes and liquid dentifrices, troches, creams, ointments, attachments, mouthwashes, mouth fresheners, mouthwashes, chewing gum Or it includes gargle.
The apatite used in the present invention means hydroxyapatite, fluoroapatite, carbonate apatite, tricalcium phosphate, quaternary calcium phosphate, and octanoic calcium phosphate. In the present specification, hydroxyapatite, fluoroapatite, carbonate apatite, tricalcium phosphate, quaternary calcium phosphate and octacalcium phosphate are collectively referred to as apatites.
Each is represented by the following chemical formula.
Hydroxyapatite: Ca 10 (PO 4 ) 6 (OH) 2
Fluoroapatite: Ca 10 (PO 4 ) 6 F 2
Carbonate apatite: CO 3 Ap
Tricalcium phosphate: Ca 3 (PO 4 ) 2
Tetracalcium phosphate: Ca 4 O (PO 4 ) 2
Eighth calcium phosphate: Ca 8 (PO 4 ) 6・ 5H 2 O
Of these, hydroxyapatite and tricalcium phosphate are preferably used.
[0006]
These apatites are the main components (inorganic components) of teeth and bones, and are extremely safe materials excellent in biocompatibility. For this reason, hydroxyapatite, tricalcium phosphate, and the like are also used as biomaterials in artificial joints and artificial tooth roots. Hydroxyapatite is known to be substituted with various trace elements in the position of calcium ion, phosphate ion, hydroxide ion, and the one in which hydroxide ion is replaced with fluorine ion becomes fluoroapatite, When carbonate ions are taken into the crystal, it becomes carbonate apatite.
Synthetic products are generally used for the apatites, and such commercially available synthetic products can also be used in the present invention. These are not particularly limited, but are supplied in the form of a white aqueous suspension or powder, and the average particle diameter is 1 to 70 μm.
[0007]
The content of at least one selected from the group consisting of hydroxyapatite, fluoroapatite, carbonate apatite, tricalcium phosphate, quaternary calcium phosphate, and octacalcium phosphate in the oral composition of the present invention is the total mass of the oral composition. 0.1-50 mass% is suitable based on this, Preferably it is 1-30 mass%. If this amount is less than 0.1% by mass, the recalcification of the tooth surface and the effect of removing and removing plaque are not exhibited. There may not be.
[0008]
As the magnesium salt used in the present invention, at least one selected from magnesium pyrophosphate, dibasic magnesium phosphate, tribasic magnesium phosphate and the like can be used.
Magnesium salts are used for the purpose of suppressing the conversion of calcium hydrogen phosphate, which is blended in foods and dentifrices, to hydroxyapatite, and some are commercially available. In the present invention, these commercially available products can be used. Content with respect to the total mass of the composition for oral cavity of magnesium salt is 0.05-10 mass%, Preferably it is 0.1-5 mass%. If it is less than 0.05% by mass, the expected effect is not exhibited, and if it exceeds 10% by mass, an effect commensurate with the content cannot be obtained and the usability may be impaired.
[0009]
Zeolite used in the present invention is widely used in dentifrices, cosmetics, detergent builders, industrial catalysts, paper materials, paints, resins, etc., and is used in these in the present invention. Commercially available products can be used.

Further, metallosilicates in which a part of aluminum contained in these zeolites is replaced with other trivalent metals may be used, for example, ferricsilicate, titanosilicate, gallosilicate, zincosilicate, borosilicate and the like. Further, it may be a zeolite analog in which a part of silicon in the zeolite is replaced with other tetravalent atoms, such as aluminophosphate. Among these, zeolite A, mordenite, ZSM-5, and zincosilicate are preferable.
Content with respect to the total mass of the composition for oral cavity of the zeolite used for this invention is 0.1-20 mass%, Preferably it is 0.5-10 mass%. If it is less than 0.1% by mass, the expected effect is not exhibited. On the other hand, even if it exceeds 20% by mass, an effect commensurate with the content cannot be obtained and the usability may be impaired.
[0010]
The hydrous aluminum silicates used in the present invention are widely used in dentifrices, cosmetics, paints, pigments, adsorbents, dispersion stabilizers, etc., and are used in the present invention. Commercially available products can be used.
Examples of hydrous aluminum silicates used in the present invention include kaolinite, halloysite, pyrophyllite, sericite, montmorillonite, chlorite, illite, uranium unmo, bentonite, and laponite. Among these, montmorillonite and bentonite are included. Is preferred.
The content of the hydrous aluminum silicate used in the present invention with respect to the total mass of the oral composition is 0.1 to 20% by mass, preferably 0.5 to 10% by mass. If it is less than 0.1% by mass, the expected effect is not exhibited. On the other hand, even if it exceeds 20% by mass, an effect commensurate with the content cannot be obtained and the usability may be impaired.
