本発明は、肉、野菜、卵などの料理品を包んで食膳に供する、所謂包餅料理に使用する米飯製包餅の加工装置に関する。

米は古くより主食として、あるいは醸造用、加工食品として多用せられているものである。
ところで、かかる米の加工食品としては、従来より、粒のままの加工品としてパ−ボイルドライス・コンバ−テッドライス・栄養強化米・膨張米・押玄米など、餅の一種の加工品として餅・即席餅・せんべいなど、また、粉末加工品として団子・菓子(おこし、落雁、ねりきり、かるかんなど)・ビ−フンなどが知られている。そして、特に、米飯の一種の加工品としては、乾燥飯・飯の缶詰・道明寺などが僅かに知られているにすぎず、米飯を利用した包餅は未だ提案されていないものである。これは、飯自体に粘り気が非常に少ないためバサ付き易く、シ−ト状に一体形成せしめづらい事に起因するものである。

本発明はかかる現状に鑑み、米飯製包餅を常に迅速、かつ、確実に、しかも、連続して能率よく加工せしめることが出来る、米飯製包餅の加工装置を提供しようとするものである。

即ち、請求項1記載の発明は、所要長の無端駆動ベルト6が走行自在に水平配設されると共に、該無端駆動ベルト6にはそのテ−ルプ−リ3側よりトッププ−リ2側に向けてゲル状つなぎ材Bを無端駆動ベルト6上に帯状に供給するつなぎ材供給手段7と、つなぎ材B上に米飯Aを均一の厚さに供給する米飯供給手段8と、つなぎ材Bと米飯Aを一体に加圧成型せしめる成型手段9と、成型生地Cを焼成せしめる焼成手段10とが順次配設されてなることを特徴とする、米飯製包餅の加工装置を要旨とするものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下に、本発明の実施の形態を図面に示す一実施例に基づいて説明する。
図1乃至図3は本発明の一実施例を示すもので、同図中、1は所要の幅と長さを備えた細長な方形体状のフレ−ム、2・3は該フレ−ム1の両端上部に対向配設されたトッププ−リとテ−ルプ−リ、4はチエンなどの伝動機構5を介して該トッププ−リ2を所要の速度でもって駆動せしめる減速機付きモ−タ、6はトッププ−リ2とテ−ルプ−リ3との間に水平状に巻掛けられた無端駆動ベルトで、該無端駆動ベルト6としては気密性・耐熱性・非粘着性などに優れたチュ−コ−テフロンベルト(登録商標)を用いるとよい。7・8・9・10は前記無端駆動ベルト6のテ−ルプ−リ3側よりトッププ−リ2側に向けて順次配設されたつなぎ材供給手段と、米飯供給手段と、成型手段と、焼成手段である。

そして、上記つなぎ材供給手段7は、無端駆動ベルト6上に配設されたホッパ−11と、該ホッパ−11の下端部に所定間隔をおいて連通状に垂設された所要数のノズル12とより構成されている。また、上記米飯供給手段8は、無端駆動ベルト6上にトッププ−リ13及びテ−ルプ−リ14を介して同期走行自在に水平配設された短尺状の米飯供給用無端駆動ベルト15と、該米飯供給用無端駆動ベルト15上に配設されたホッパ−16と、該ホッパ−16下端側部の排出口17に対応すべくトッププ−リ13側に回転自在に配設された排出拡散調整羽根18とより構成されている。さらに、上記成型手段9は、無端駆動ベルト6の往き側走行面下に水平配設された所要の幅と長さを有する受台19と、該受台19に対応すべく無端駆動ベルト6の往き側走行面上にトッププ−リ20・テ−ルプ−リ21・ガイドプ−リ22を介して同期走行自在に水平配設された成型用無端駆動ベルト23とより構成され、該成型用無端駆動ベルト23の往き側走行面と無端駆動ベルト6の往き側走行面との間隔は後記する米飯製包餅Dの厚さに設定せしめられている。また、焼成手段10は、無端駆動ベルト6の往き側走行面下に沿って水平配設された長尺状のヒ−タ−24より構成されている。

生成せしめた米飯A及びつなぎ材Bは各々対応するホッパ−16・11内に投入せしめる。しかるのち、無端駆動ベルト6、米飯供給用無端駆動ベルト15、及び成型用無端駆動ベルト23を各々図1に矢印で示す方向に同期等速走行せしめる。そして、走行する無端駆動ベルト6上につなぎ材Bをホッパ−11よりノズル12を介して連続的に供給せしめる。このさい、供給せしめたつなぎ材Bは流動性を有するゲル状に調製せしめられているから、次第に流動しつつ拡がって帯状を呈する(図3参照)。そして、帯状に拡がったつなぎ材Bがホッパ−16下に達すると、米飯供給用無端駆動ベルト15の走行により米飯Aを排出拡散調整羽根18を介して均一に供給せしめ、つなぎ材B上に均一の厚さに載置せしめる。しかるのち、米飯Aを載置せしめた状態で成型用無端駆動ベルト23に巻込ませつつ受台19との間に挟圧状に加圧せしめ、米飯Aの原形を留めた状態に展圧して成型せしめる(図3参照)。このさい、米飯Aはつなぎ材Bと一体的に層状に接合せしめられている。次いで、成型生地Cを無端駆動ベルト6により移送せしめつつ、ヒ−タ−24により焼成せしめて米飯製包餅Dを生成せしめ、切断用ナイフ25により所要の幅に切断せしめたのち、排出シ−ト26を介して外方に排出せしめる。

請求項1記載の発明によれば以上の次第で、所要長の無端駆動ベルト6が走行自在に水平配設されると共に、該無端駆動ベルト6にはそのテ−ルプ−リ3側よりトッププ−リ2側に向けてゲル状つなぎ材Bを無端駆動ベルト6上に帯状に供給するつなぎ材供給手段7と、つなぎ材B上に米飯Aを均一の厚さに供給する米飯供給手段8と、つなぎ材Bと米飯Aを一体に加圧成型せしめる成型手段9と、成型生地Cを焼成せしめる焼成手段10とが順次配設されているから、無端駆動ベルト6を走行せしめつつ順次つなぎ材供給手段7よりつなぎ材Bを帯状に供給せしめると共に、米飯供給手段8より米飯Aを供給せしめ、成型手段9により一体に成型せしめたのち、焼成手段10により焼成せしめて米飯製包餅Dを生成せしめることが出来るものであって、米飯製包餅Dを常に迅速、かつ、確実に、しかも、連続して能率よく加工せしめることが出来るものである。
