Description
〔メラニン産生抑制剤〕
本発明のメラニン産生抑制剤は、イエライシャン(Telosma cordata)からの抽出物を有効成分として含有する。
本発明の美白剤は、イエライシャン(Telosma cordata)からの抽出物を含有する。
細切りにしたイエライシャンの地上部200gに下記の抽出溶媒2000mLを加え、還流抽出器で80℃、2時間加熱抽出し、熱時濾過して抽出液を得た。残渣についてさらに同様の抽出処理を行い、得られた抽出液と上記抽出液とを合わせて減圧下に濃縮し、さらに乾燥して抽出物を得た。抽出溶媒として水、30%エタノール、60%エタノール及び80%エタノールを用いたときの各抽出物の収率を表1に示す。

製造例1で得られたイエライシャンの地上部からの抽出物(試料a〜d)について、下記の試験方法によりメラニン産生抑制作用を試験した。
抑制率(%)={(A−B)/A}×100
上記式中、「A」は単位細胞あたりの試料無添加時の吸光度を、「B」は単位細胞あたりの試料添加時の吸光度を表す。
試料溶液の濃度を段階的に減少させて上記メラニン産生抑制率(%)を測定し、その結果から各試料におけるメラニン産生抑制率が50%になる濃度IC50(ppm;μg/mL)を内挿法により求めた。
この試験によるメラニン産生抑制率の結果を表2に、IC50の結果を表3に示す。

Claims (2)
- 抽出溶媒として60%エタノール水溶液を用いて得られたイエライシャン(Telosma cordata)からの抽出物を有効成分として含有することを特徴とするメラニン産生抑制剤。
- 抽出溶媒として60%エタノール水溶液を用いて得られたイエライシャン(Telosma cordata)からの抽出物を有効成分として含有することを特徴とする美白剤。
