Description

The present invention relates to a method for treating discarded trees using a container.

A tree that has been damaged by a pine weevil is not able to be effectively used as a material because a large number of pores are formed by nematodes or the like in the sapwood portion of the wood and the density is extremely low.
For this reason, this type of tree is incinerated, buried, or fumigated, but the problem of increased processing costs has been pointed out.
In addition, in order to impart durability and fire resistance functions, it has also been attempted to impregnate various functional imparting materials, all of which require special equipment, etc. It could not be obtained easily.
The same applies not only to pest-damaged events, but also to pressured trees, broken snow trees, and felled trees (hereinafter collectively referred to as “waste trees”).

In the conventional disposal method of waste trees, incineration and burying processing are very expensive, and the cost is high for effective use. Therefore, development of a more effective processing method is desired.

In order to solve the above-described problems, the disposal method of the waste tree of the present invention is a container that contains a waste tree that has been damaged by a pest, and is a box-shaped material that has an opening through which the waste tree does not pass. A waste tree that has been damaged by pests using a container that is formed of a housing formed by the above-mentioned structure and an encapsulating sheet that is formed of a material that has a micropore that covers the housing and prevents permeation of pests. In this method, a waste tree is accommodated and enclosed in the container, and the container containing the waste tree is used as a substitute for a civil engineering structure .

Moreover, the disposal method of the waste tree of the present invention is characterized in that, in the above-described container, the casing is made of a wire mesh.

Moreover, the disposal method of the waste tree of the present invention is characterized in that a container containing and accommodating the waste tree is embedded.

The container used in the present invention is an encapsulating sheet that can prevent the penetration of pests, and covers a cadaver. The container accommodates and encloses waste trees, and is used as an alternative material for civil engineering structures. Is.
For this reason, it is possible to prevent the spread of damage caused by pests on the discarded trees, and it can be used as an alternative material having a structure or a filtering function.
Furthermore, by inserting a vegetation mat (encapsulated sheet) into the gap between the waste trees to be accommodated and the wire mesh fence and filling it with fine gravel and high-quality soil, the stability of the structural part can be increased, and it can be sustained by greening. The effect can also be expected.
In addition, there is no need to use special chemicals or to embed a container containing waste trees deeply, so there is no cost increase.
Furthermore, it is possible to contribute to CO 2 reduction by storing organisms as waste trees in the ground as carbon for a certain period.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

<1> Summary of the Invention As shown in FIG. 1, the container 10 used in the present invention is formed of a housing 40 and a material that covers the housing 40 and has micropores that can prevent the transmission of pests. The encapsulating sheet 30 is configured to accommodate the discarded tree 20 that has been damaged by pests in the container 10 and used as an alternative to the civil engineering structure.
The covering form by the encapsulating sheet 30 can be covered regardless of the inner or outer surface of the housing 40, but it is preferable to cover the inner surface.
Further, the encapsulating sheet 30 does not necessarily have to cover the entire surface of the housing 40, and may be configured to cover only a part.
By attaching seed fertilizer to the encapsulating sheet, it becomes a greening material for vegetation recovery.
The size of the container 10 is appropriately selected according to the purpose of use and the purpose of use.
Hereinafter, each part which comprises the container 10 is explained in full detail.

<2> Waste trees (Figure 1)
In this example, the discarded tree 20 will be described as an example of a tree that has been damaged by a pest (pine weevil).

The pine weevil refers to a combination of a pine wood nematode, which is less than 1 mm long, and a pine beetle, a mantis beetle that carries nematode from pine to pine. Including up to.
Damage caused by pine weevil is caused by the nematode entering the pine tree, and this nematode is transported from pine to pine by pine wood beetle, and the damage is expanded. The present invention can eliminate both nematodes and beetles attached to this pine tree, and can prevent the progress and spread of damage at the same time.
The discarded tree 20 is cut into a size that can be accommodated in the container 10 as necessary.

<3> Housing (Figure 1)
The frame 40 is formed in a box shape with a material having an opening through which the discarded tree 20 does not pass. The casing 40 can be made of, for example, zinc, a zinc aluminum alloy, or a welded wire mesh made of a steel wire plated with aluminum, and has a six-sided square cage shape with a lid 41 that can be opened and closed on the upper surface. Form.
The casing 40 is usually a bottomed structure, but the form may be changed according to the application. For example, when the container 10 is used by being disposed in a side ditch in a mountainous area, the bottom plate and the lid 41 may be omitted unless the waste tree 20 to be stored flows out.

Inside the housing 40, partition plates may be installed vertically and horizontally to form small sections (not shown). In addition to orderly dividing the inner space of the housing 40, the partition body also prevents the housing 40 from sticking out.
Moreover, a handle may be attached to the housing 40 to facilitate carrying.

The casing 40 as described above may be configured to be foldable by connecting one side of each constituent member such as a side surface, a bottom surface, and a lid 41 so as to be mutually rotatable, and may be assembled in a box shape on site.
Alternatively, a pair of L-shaped nets constituting a flat shape and part of the side surface and the bottom surface, which is formed in a box shape by combining a pair of L-shaped nets that close the open ends of the paired L-shaped nets. It may be used.
This makes it possible to carry in the construction site more economically.
The casing 40 is not particularly limited with respect to its material, shape, dimensions, and the like.

<4> Encapsulated sheet (Figure 1)
The encapsulating sheet 30 is a sheet material that is formed of a material having micropores that can prevent the permeation of pests and that accommodates the discarded trees 20, and is also a greening material that enables vegetation development.
For example, when a pine tree is used as the discarded tree 20, it is formed of a sheet material through which pine wood nematodes less than 1 mm in length among pine tree insects cannot pass. This prevents the spread of damage caused by this nematode.

The form of the encapsulating sheet 30 is arbitrary, but, for example, a form that spreads on all sides of the casing 40, a form that covers one side of the casing 40, or a bag that can accommodate several discarded trees 20 The form formed on the body can be adopted. When the encapsulating sheet 30 is formed in a bag shape and the waste trees 20 are accommodated in the housing 40 in small portions, the waste trees 20 can be easily put in and out of the housing 40. In addition, a special sticking agent is used on the inner surface of the bag-like sheet to adhere the seeds of grass, fertilizer, etc.

Next, an example in which the container 10 according to the present invention is used as an alternative to a slope stabilizing member as a method for treating a discarded tree 20 will be described.

The container 10 is carried into the construction site in a disassembled state. The waste tree 20 may be carried in with a long material and may be chopped on site.
First, the housing 40 is assembled in a box shape. Thereafter, the encapsulating sheet 30 is spread inside the housing 40. The encapsulating sheet 30 is laid so that the end portion goes out of the box, is fixed to the housing 40 with a string or the like, and covers the surface (FIG. 1).
Next, the discarded trees 20 are arranged in parallel inside the encapsulating sheet 30.
After housing the discarded tree 20, the lid 41 of the housing 40 is closed, and the ends of the encapsulating sheets 30 are firmly closed with a string or the like. As a result, the waste tree 20 is contained in the encapsulating sheet 30, so that the nematode does not go outside.
Thus, the discarded tree 20 is accommodated in the container 10 and enclosed.
The discarded tree 20 may be either horizontally or vertically with respect to the container 10, and the accommodation direction is not limited.
Similarly, the waste trees 20 are successively accommodated in the container 10 and are stacked in multiple stages along the slope of the slope 50, and used as a member for stabilizing the slope 50 (FIG. 2).

According to the present invention, the nematode and beetle larvae attached to the discarded tree 20 are controlled at a low cost without incurring high costs such as chemicals and fumigation treatment as in the past, and the spread of damage is surely prevented. Not only can the waste tree 20 be used effectively. This construction can help to prevent erosion and improve the landscape by promoting the vegetation of devastated forest land as well as fixing unstable ground. Furthermore, as an indirect effect, the organic material as wood can be stored in the ground as carbon for a certain period of time, contributing to CO 2 reduction.

Moreover, the container 10 which accommodated the waste tree 20 can also be arrange | positioned and used for a river. In this case, by arranging the containers 10 containing the discarded trees 20 along the water channel, water permeability of the water channel can be secured while preventing clogging due to dead leaves and twigs.
Moreover, if this is arrange | positioned in the side groove of a mountainous area, it will also become the shape retention of a side groove.

According to this application, the discarded tree 20 also functions as a filter material, and can capture pollutants efficiently and purify running water. Furthermore, the surface of the waste tree 20 and the encapsulating sheet 30 immersed in the water and the gap between them become a microorganism house and assist in water purification.
When used for such an application, the encapsulating sheet 30 is preferably composed of a small and small bag body, and the discarded tree 20 may be accommodated therein. Thus, when the discarded tree 20 is no longer decomposed, it can be easily replaced with a new discarded tree 20.
The present invention is used as an alternative material for various civil engineering structures, and its application is not limited to the examples described above.

<Other embodiments>
The container 10 described above has a form in which the encapsulating sheet 30 is covered on all side surfaces of the housing 40, but the covering with the encapsulating sheet 30 may be only a part of the housing 40. For example, when the containers 10 are stacked in a multi-stage manner along the slope 50 as in the first embodiment, only the portion exposed to the surface of the side surfaces of the containers 10 may be covered with the encapsulating sheet 30 (see FIG. 3). Even in such a form, the waste tree 20 can be effectively treated while containing the pests in the container 10.

Moreover, when the container 10 containing the discarded trees 20 is embedded in a flat ground or disposed in water, the same configuration can be adopted. In the case of embedding in the soil, it is preferable to cover the enclosure 40 with the encapsulating sheet 30 up to a depth of about 50 cm from the ground surface in consideration of the danger that the pests crawl on the ground surface through the soil.
