【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、ドライフラワーおよび観賞用植物を装飾するための装置に関するものである。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】
従来、ドライフラワーの観賞用または装飾用の装置としては、アクリル樹脂製板材により構成された箱状ケースと、このケースの正面側に装着される額縁とで構成し、上記箱状ケースを構成する各アクリル樹脂製板材のうち、正面板のみを透明とし、他の板材を着色した半透明としたものがあり、壁掛け用または机上立て用として使用するものがあった（特許文献１参照）。

また、ドライフラワーの長期保存を目的とするものとして、装飾する乾燥草花としてのドライフラワーを固定するプレート本体の背面側に乾燥剤を収納する凹部を形成するとともに、この凹部に通気孔を形成し、これらの凹部および通気孔がプレートの外観を損ねないように、通気孔が隠れる範囲にドライフラワーが固定されるものがあった（特許文献２参照）。

一方、観葉植物等の装飾物を支持する装置としては、ラタンまたは金属製の網目体などで構成されたほぼ円筒状の鉢カバーの内部に支持具が収容されたものであって、この支持具は、台部に設けた支柱部に固定される柱状部と、有底筒状の受皿を支持する受皿支持部とを有するものであり、上記の受皿が、観葉植物の基礎部を収容することで、この観葉植物を受けるように構成されているとともに、上記受皿および観葉植物の基礎部をも鉢カバーの内部に収容でき、鉢カバーには、消臭繊維が充填されて、消臭用の装飾物支持構造が成形されてなるものであった（特許文献３参照）。

また、園芸鉢用支持台として、金属製の硬線によって螺旋状に形成された発条体からなるものがあった（特許文献４参照）。この技術は、上記発条体によって支持台本体が構成され、当該発条体の螺旋形状は、一端に向かって徐々に径を大きくしており、他端を被載置部に載置することにより自立することができるとともに、上記一端側に園芸鉢を挿入して保持できるものであった。また、支持台本体の全体は発条体によって弾性力を有する構成であるため、園芸鉢または支持台本体に外力等が作用すると、当該園芸鉢が上下左右に適宜揺動することから、観賞植物に動的効果を付与することができるものであった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上記の従来技術のうち、発条体による園芸鉢用支持台を除く各装置は、いずれも装飾されるべきドライフラワーまたは観葉植物等が固定的に支持される構成であり、所定の用途に応じて装置の構成および形状が異なるものである。一方、発条体による園芸鉢用支持台にあっては、園芸鉢が発条の弾性力によって上下左右に揺動できる構成であるものの、上記発条体の弾性力は、支持すべき園芸鉢の重量に耐え得る程度のものが要求されることから、比較的硬質な発条を使用することとなり、そのため、この発条体の弾性力に抗する十分な「外力」が付与されなければ上記のような揺動は発生せることができなかった。また、上記発条体を使用する支持台では、左右方向に揺動することができる旨の説明がなされているが、主に上下方向の往復移動を基本とした動作となるものであった。

そして、上記の各装置は、設置されたケースまたは鉢等の方向が変化するものではなく、ドライフラワーまたは観葉植物を装飾する者が最適と思う状態でもって装飾がなされるものであった。しかし、装飾されるドライフラワーまたは観葉植物等は、見る方向を変化することにより異なる美観を呈することができるものの、このような効果を発揮する装飾装置ではなかった。

本発明は、上記諸点にかんがみてなされたものであって、その目的とするところは、装飾すべきドライフラワーまたは観賞用植物の方向が変化できる構成とすることによって、装飾効果に優れた装飾装置を提供することである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
そこで、本発明は、先端に凹状の受け部を有し、基部に連続して設けられた棒状の支持部と、この支持部先端に支持される天秤部と、この天秤部に着脱自在に設けられた皿部とで構成され、上記天秤部は、その両端に錘を着脱可能に装着されるとともに、該天秤部のほぼ中央の一点を上記支持部先端に支持されてなることを特徴とするドライフラワーおよび観賞用植物の装飾装置を要旨とする。

この場合において、前記天秤部は、その中央において所定方向に突出しつつ尖端を有する起立部材と、この起立部材の反対方向に突出する皿部接続部とを備えた構成とすることができる。

また、上記とは逆に、前記支持部は、先端を尖端としてなる構成とする一方、前記天秤部は、その中央において所定方向に突出しつつ先端に凹状の受け部を有する起立部材と、この起立部材の反対方向に突出する皿部接続部とを備える構成とすることにより、上記天秤部の受け部が上記支持部先端を受け入れつつ該支持部によって支持されてなる構成とすることができるものである。なお、上記いずれの態様においても、前記皿部は、底面外側に前記皿部接続部と接続可能な被接続部を設けてなる構成とすることができるものである。

また、本発明は、基部に連続して設けられた棒状の支持部と、この支持部先端に支持される天秤部と、この天秤部に着脱自在に設けられた皿部とで構成され、上記支持部は、その先端に凹状の受け部を備え、天秤部は、その中央において所定方向に突出しつつ尖端を有する起立部材と、この起立部材の反対方向に突出する皿部接続部と、両端に螺合されて着脱可能に設けられた錘とを備え、上記皿部は、上記皿部接続部に接続可能な被接続部を備えてなり、上記天秤部に設けられた起立部材の尖端が上記支持部先端の受け部において一点で支持されることを特徴とするドライフラワーおよび観賞用植物の装飾装置をも要旨とするものである。

この場合において、上記前記支持部の基部は、壁に固定されてなる構成とすることができる。また、前記支持部の基部は、前記天秤部を支持した状態において、該天秤部の周辺を部分的に包囲する包囲部を有する構成とすることもできる。

そして、上記いずれの場合においても、前記皿部は、底部内側にポリウレタンまたは高分子吸収体が固着されている構成とすることができるものであり、また、前記皿部は、底部内側表面に突設された針部材を備えた皿部であり、上記ポリウレタンまたは高分子吸収体が上記針部材によって固定されてなる構成とすることが可能である。

さに、本発明は、壁面に固定される基部と、この基部に連続しつつ湾曲して先端を鉛直上向きにして設けられた棒状の支持部と、この支持部先端に支持される天秤部と、この天秤部に着脱自在に設けられた皿部とで構成され、上記支持部は、その先端に凹状の受け部と、基部に近接する位置に垂直な面を有する遮蔽板とを備え、天秤部は、その中央において所定方向に突出しつつ尖端を有する起立部材と、この起立部材の反対側から横向きに突出する皿部接続部と、両端に螺合されて着脱可能に設けられた錘とを備え、上記皿部は、板状に形成されるとともに、上記皿部接続部に接続可能な被接続部を備えてなり、上記天秤部に設けられた起立部材の尖端が上記支持部先端の受け部において一点で支持されることを特徴とするドライフラワーおよび観賞用植物の装飾装置をも要旨とするものである。

上記の場合、前記皿部は、その表面に発泡ポリウレタンまたは高分子吸収体からなるオアシスが固着されている構成とすることができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態を図面に基づいて説明する。本実施形態は、図１に示すように、大別すると支持部１、天秤部２および皿部３で構成されており、天秤部２に皿部３が装着されるとともに、天秤部２が支持部１によって支持されることにより、全体として装飾装置が構成されるものである。

支持部１は、平板状の基部１１に立設された棒状部材で構成されており、この支持部１の先端には凹状の受け部１２が設けられている。この支持部１および基部１２はいずれも金属製で構成され、天秤部２および皿部３を支持する支持部１が、これらの重量によって変形しないとともに、全体が倒壊しないように、十分な重量が確保されている。

天秤部２は、その本体２１が棒状部材で構成されており、この中央部２２を境として対称となるように湾曲されている。また、この本体２１の両端２３，２４には錘２５，２６が装着されるものであって、本体２１の両端２３，２４には雄ネジが、一方の錘２５，２６には雌ネジが、それぞれ刻設されており、両者の螺合によって、錘２５，２６の着脱が可能となっている。また、上記天秤部本体２１の中央部２２には、一方向に突設される起立部材２７と、反対方向に突設される皿部接続部２８とが形成されており、起立部材２７には尖端が構成され、皿部接続部２８には雄ネジが刻設されている。

皿部３は、装飾すべきドライフラワーまたは観賞用植物が収容できる程度の面積を有する有底皿で構成されており、その底面３１の外側のほぼ中央には、被接続部３２が固着されている。この皿部３は、軽量化のためにプラスチック製で構成され、底面３１の外側に固着される被接続部３２のみが金属製であって、底面３１に貼着される台座３３を介して底面３１に固着されているのである。そして、上記被接続部３２は、前述の天秤部２に設けられた皿部接続部２８の雄ネジに螺合する雌ネジが設けられており、皿部３を天秤部２に接続が可能になっている。

上記天秤部本体２１は、図２に示すように、天秤部本体２１の両端に錘２５，２６を装着した状態において、天秤部本体２１の中央部２２を最頂部として両側を斜状に垂下する形態を有するものであり、その中央部２２に設けられる起立部材２７は、当該中央部２２から下向きに突出するように、その方向が調整されている。そして、この起立部材２７の尖端が、支持部本体１１の先端に設けられる受け部１２において一点で支持されることによって、天秤部２の全体によりいわゆるやじろべえが構築され、これによって、天秤部２の揺動および回動が自在な状態で支持されることとなるのである。一方、上記のような形態における皿部接続部２８は、上方に突出することとなるため、この皿部接続部２８に皿部３を接続することによって、皿部３を天秤部２の上部に接続した状態で保持されることとなるのである。

なお、上記起立部材２７の周辺には、リング状の保護部材２９が当該起立部材２７の尖端を包囲するように設けられており、かつ、起立部材２７の尖端が上記保護部材２９の下端縁から突出しない程度となっていることから、天秤部２を分解等する際に、起立部材２７の尖端が手指または何らかの物品に接触して損傷することがないように保護されているのである。

ここで、図３に示すように、皿部３にドライフラワーまたは観賞用植物（以下、ドライフラワー等という）Ａを装飾することによって、天秤部２によって支持される皿部３に揺動および回動自在な状態のドライフラワー等を装飾し得ることとなるのである。なお、上記天秤部２に装着される錘２５，２６は、天秤部本体２１の中央部２２から相当程度離れた位置に装着されるものであるため（図２参照）、天秤部２に皿部３が接続され、かつ、装飾すべきドライフラワー等Ａが皿部３に載置された状態において、天秤部２に作用する重量のバランスを錘２５，２６によって調整することができるのである。

そして、上記天秤部２に装着される錘２５，２６は、上述のとおり雄ネジと雌ネジとの螺合によって着脱可能となっており、皿部３に装飾されるドライフラワー等Ａの種類または重量等に応じて、異なる重量のものに変更することができるものである。また、天秤部本体２１の両端２３，２４と、錘２５，２６との間の螺入状態を調整することにより、錘２５，２６の位置を調整することができるので、この螺入状態の調整により、天秤部本体２１の中央部２２から錘２５，２６の重心までの距離を調整することができるものであり、天秤部２が揺動する態様を変化させることができるものである。なお、錘２５，２６の螺入状態を安定させるため、天秤部本体２１の両端２３，２４にナット２５ａ，２６ａが螺着されている。すなわち、このナット２５ａ，２６ａを錘２５，２６に向けて移動させることによって、この錘２５，２６を締め付け、これにより錘２５，２６の位置を安定させるものである（図１）。

また、上記天秤部２に装着する皿部３は、皿部３の底面３１に発泡ポリウレタン製のオアシス３４が固着されるものであり（図１参照）、このオアシス３４に接着剤を付してドライフラワー等Ａが固定されるものである。また、このオアシス３４の固定は、接着剤を使用することも可能であるが、図１のように、皿部３の底面３１に針部材３５を貼着し、この針部材３５がオアシス３４を突き刺す状態とすることにより固定させることも可能である。

一方、観賞用植物として生花を装飾する場合は、上記オアシス３４に水を吸収させることによって、生花の寿命を延ばすことができるが、皿部３の底面３１において、上記オアシス３４の周辺に高分子吸収体を設ける構成とすることも可能である。このような構成により、当該オアシス３４および高分子吸収体に水を吸収させれば、生花が必要とする水分はオアシス３４から吸収できるとともに、オアシス３４の保水量が減少するときは、高分子吸収体から水分が供給されることとなるのである。

上記の場合、図４（ａ）および（ｂ）に示すように、皿部３は支持部１または天秤部２に比較して皿部３の底面３１が広く構成されており、オアシス３４を中央に固定したとしても、その周辺に高分子吸収体を設けることができる程度の面積を有するものである。また、図４（ｂ）に示すように、基部１１を円形板状で構成することにより、天秤部２および皿部３の向きにかかわらず、均等な支持状態が可能となるものである。

本実施形態は、上記のような構成であるので、図５に示すように、固定的に設置される支持部１に対し、天秤部２は、垂直方向への揺動が自在となるとともに、水平方向への回動をも同時に自在（図４の矢印参照）とすることから、装飾すべきドライフラワー等Ａ（図３）も同様に、揺動および回動が自在な状態で装飾されることとなるのである。しかも、上記天秤部２は、起立部材２７の尖端において一点で支持されていることから、上記揺動または回動の際の摩擦抵抗を小さくすることができ、これら揺動または回動を持続させることが可能となるのである。

また、上記回動または揺動は、外力により容易であるほかに、皿部３に装飾されるドライフラワー等Ａ（図３）が風を受けることにより、この風によって皿部３を介して天秤部２を揺動または回動させることも可能となるのである。つまり、設置場所近くにおいて、通過する人や物により、扉の開閉時における外気の流入により、または、室内のエアコン等により、容易に風をドライフラワー等が受けることとなり、この種の風が、ドライフラワー等の相当面積に衝突することによって、天秤部２を起動させることができるのである。

なお、天秤部本体２１の長さおよび両端２３，２４に装着する錘２５，２６の重量等を調整することにより、上記揺動の周期および回動の速度を調節し得るものである。例えば、天秤部本体２１の両端２３，２４の直線距離を２２ｃｍとするとともに、その両端２３，２４に装着される錘２５，２６の重量をそれぞれ６５０ｇとし、さらに、ドライフラワー等Ａを装飾した皿部３の重量を３００ｇとすることにより、ドライフラワー等を装飾した皿部３の重量に比較して錘２５，２６の重量が大となり、上記揺動および回動を緩やかなものにすることができるのである。

次に、本発明の第二の実施形態について説明する。本実施形態では、図６に示すように、支持部１０１は、基部１１１から湾曲しつつ先端を上方に向けて配置されており、また、上記基部１１１には、天秤部１０２を包囲するように４本の包囲部１４１，１４２，１４３，１４４が設けられている。各包囲部１４１〜１４４の上端に設けられる円環部１４５は、包囲部１４１〜１４４の先端の位置を一定にするための補強部材である。

天秤部１０２および皿部１０３は、第一実施形態と同様であるため、天秤部１０２が揺動および回動が自在となっており、天秤部１０２の両端に設けられる錘１２５，１２６によって、上記揺動または回動が維持される構成となっている。そして、上記包囲部１４１〜１４４は、天秤部１０２が揺動または回動する場合であっても、天秤部１０２が接触しない程度に離れた位置に設けられているのである。

この包囲部１４１〜１４４は、揺動または回動する天秤部１０２および皿部１０３への接触を防止するための柵として機能するほか、装飾されるドライフラワー等の装飾効果を増大させる効果を有するものである。同様に、湾曲してなる支持部１０２においても、周辺に配置される包囲部１４１〜１４４との意匠的なバランスを維持しつつ天秤部１０２の支持が可能となるように構成されたものである。

本実施形態は、上記のような構成であるので、皿部１０３に装飾されるドライフラワー等の装飾美に加えて支持部１０２および包囲部１４１〜１４４によっても美的な装飾が施されることとなり、これらの装飾美と天秤部１０２の揺動または回動による装飾の変化等により、変化に富んだ装飾効果を得ることができるものである。

次に、本発明の第三の実施形態について説明する。本実施形態は、壁面における装飾にかかる態様であって、図７に示すように、基部２１１が壁面に固定される構成としたものである。この基部２１１には、壁面に固定する際に使用する貫通孔が設けられるとともに、補強部材２１２を有しつつ支持部２０１が連続して設けられている。この支持部２０１は、基部２１１から横向きに突出するとともに湾曲しつつ先端を上向きにして構成され、かつ、この支持部２０１の上端やや下方に包囲部用基部２１３が設けられている。この包囲部用基部２１３には、包囲部２４１〜２４４が天秤部２０２を包囲するように設けられており、当該天秤部２０２が外方から容易に接触できない構成となっている。

ここで、天秤部２０２および皿部２０３は、第一実施形態と同様の構成となっている。すなわち、天秤部２０２の起立部材の尖端が、上記支持部２０１の先端において一点で支持される構成となっており、当該天秤部２０２が揺動および回動が自在になっている。そこで、上記包囲部２４１〜２４４および包囲部用基部２１３は、支持部２０１の下方において、天秤部２０２の落下を防止することができる構成となっている。すなわち、包囲部２４１〜２４４は、天秤部２０２が揺動または回動する場合、その揺動または回動による天秤部２０２が包囲部２４１〜２４４に接触しない状態で設けられるとともに、この包囲部２４１〜２４４および包囲部用基部２１３は、主に天秤部２０２の下方において集約されるように配置されており、天秤部２０２が支持部２０１の先端による支持が脱落し、落下するような事態が発生した場合、この包囲部２４１〜２４４および包囲部用基部２１３によって、受け止めることができるものである。

本実施形態は、上記のような構成であるので、基部２１１に設ける包囲部２４１〜２４４が、装飾されるドライフラワー等とともに装飾効果を向上させることができ、また、安全に天秤部２０２を揺動させることができるものである。また、天秤部２０２は、上記第一実施形態と同様に、装飾されるドライフラワー等が風を受けることによって揺動または回動をするので、支持部２０１の湾曲線および包囲部２４１〜２４４の湾曲線等による装飾美のほかに、変化する装飾美を得ることができるので、今までに存在しなかった装飾効果を得ることができるのである。

本発明の実施形態は、以上のとおりであるが、本発明の趣旨を逸脱しない範囲において種々の態様をとることができるものである。例えば、壁面において装飾する場合の態様について、図８に示すように、支持部３０１は、基部３１１から水平方向に突出する部分と、折曲により垂直方向に設けられる部分とで構成するとともに、先端を鉛直上向きに設け、この先端において天秤部３０２の起立部材３２７を支持させる構成とすることができるものである。そして、この場合、天秤部３０２に設けられる接続部３２８は、起立部材３０２の反対側に設けるとともに、水平方向に突出する構成とし、この水平方向の接続部３２８に対して接続可能な被接続部を皿部３０３に設けることにより、皿部３０３の表面をほぼ垂直方向にして支持することが可能となるのである。

そして、上記構成においては、皿部３０３の形状を有底の皿形状とせず、板状の皿部３０３とすることにより、ドライフラワー等Ａを壁掛け風に装飾することができるものである。なお、この上記形態においては、天秤部３０２が水平方向に回動する場合、錘３２５，３２６が壁面に衝突することとなるが、基部３１１に近接する位置に垂直な面を有する遮蔽板３１４を支持部３０１に設けることにより、天秤部本体３２１を上記遮蔽盤３１４に摺接または接触させて上記回動を規制するように構成することができる。このように構成すれば、天秤部３０２は、壁面に沿った揺動を中心とする動的な装飾効果を与えることができることとなる。

なお、上記各実施形態においては、支持部１，１０１，２０１，３０１の先端にそれぞれ凹状の受け部１２を設け、天秤部２，１０２，２０２，３０２の起立部材２７には尖端を有する構成とし、上記受け部１２が起立部材２７の尖端を受け入れつつ、支持部１，１０１，２０１，３０１が天秤部２，１０２，２０２，３０２を支持する構成としたが、この受け部１２と尖端の構成を逆にして、支持部１，１０１，２０１，３０１の先端において尖端を構成し、起立部材２７の先端に凹状の受け部１２を設ける構成とすることも可能である。

また、天秤部２，１０２，２０２，３０２および包囲部４１〜４４，２４１〜２４４の各形状は、いずれの形態においても同様の形状を図示したが、これらについて、種々の形状を構成させることは可能であり、これらの形状を変更することにより異なる意匠を呈することとなり得るものである。これは、皿部３，１０３，２０３，３０３の形状についても同様である。そして、天秤部２，１０２，２０２，３０２と皿部３，１０３，２０３，３０３との接続については、螺着による構成のみを示したが、これら両者の接続は螺着に限らず他の手段を採用することも可能である。場合によっては、突設する皿部接続部２８に被接続部３２を嵌合させることによっても接続することが可能である。

【発明の効果】
本発明によれば、ドライフラワーまたは観賞用植物を載置した皿部が天秤部とともに、揺動および回動が自在な状態となり、この揺動または回動によって装飾されるドライフラワーまたは観賞用植物の向きが様々な方向に変化し、今までに存在しなかった装飾効果を得ることができるものである。そして、天秤部は両側に錘を備えつつ一点で支持部によって支持されているので、上記揺動および回動が長時間持続されることとなり、優れた装飾効果を得ることができる。また、上記回動により見る方向が変化するので、同一のドライフラワーまたは観賞用植物を装飾した場合であっても異なる美観を与えることができるものであり、しかも、揺動と回動が同時に作用することにより、不規則な動きを生じさせるため、動的であるうえ意匠性に優れた装飾装置を構成するものである。

また、本発明によれば、天秤部に装着される錘を交換し、または装着位置を変更することが可能であることから、装飾すべき物の種類や大きさに応じて、それに適する錘を選択または調整することが可能となる。従って、各種の装飾品において利用することが可能なものであり、その際、いずれの装飾品であっても、同様の揺動および回動を自在にするものであるから、これらいずれの場合であっても優れた装飾効果を得ることができるものである。

さらに、支持部の基部から延出する包囲部を設けることにより、装飾効果を向上させることができるとともに、天秤部が落下するなどの不測の事態に対処することができるのである。そして、皿部の表面を垂直にしつつ支持させる構成によれば、壁掛け用の装飾品を揺動させるという態様をとることができ、これまた優れた装飾効果を得ることができるものである。
