(1)この発明の進入防護柵は、地上に突出する柵部1と、前記柵部1を包被すべく地中に配設される鞘管2と、地表面から下方に敷設され前記柵部1が挿通されるガイド環3と、前記鞘管2をガイド環3に位置決め固定する固定用筒部4と、前記柵部1が挿通され前記ガイド環3を被覆する地表面の化粧板5と、地表面の化粧板5には閉じると地表面と殆ど面一になるシェル蓋7とを備えており、上記ガイド環3は、外周に縁部8が立設されており、縁部8の高さは地表面に対してガイド環3が敷設される深さに対応させて設定されている。

この進入防護柵では、鞘管は固定用筒部によりガイド環に位置決めされ、柵部が挿通される前記ガイド環は地表面(GL、FL)から下方に敷設されるので、地表面上には鞘管を地中に配設するための機構は出っ張らない。

前記柵部は、地中への埋没式としたりまた脱着式としたりすることができる。前記柵部を包被すべく地中に配設される鞘管は、柵部の少なくとも一部又は全部を包被する長さとすることができる。柵部を埋没式とすると全体を地中に収納することができるため車の出入りに迅速に対応でき、また保管場所を必要としないので管理が楽である。一方脱着式とすると、必要に応じて取り付け取り外しが可能である。さらに、複数の柵部相互間をチェーンで連結することもできる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、この発明の実施の形態を図面を参照して説明する。

図1乃至図6に示すように、この実施形態の進入防護柵は、人のエリアと車のエリアとを分離し車の進入を防ぐために、地上に突出する柵部1を有する車止め用ポールとしている。この進入防護柵により、普段は車両等の進入を防ぎ必要時のみ車両等を通行させるようにしている。

図2に示すように、この進入防護柵(車止め用ポール)は、地上に突出するステンレス製の柵部1と、前記柵部1を包被すべく地中に配設されるステンレス製の鞘管2と、地表面(GL、FL)から下方に敷設され前記柵部1が挿通されるステンレス製のガイド環3と、前記鞘管2をガイド環3に位置決めするステンレス製の固定用筒部4と、前記柵部1が挿通され前記ガイド環3を被覆する地表面のステンレス製の化粧板5とを具備する。前記鞘管2と柵部1との間には、ABS樹脂製の案内筒部(ブッシュ)6を介在させている。地表面の化粧板5には、ステンレス製のシェル蓋7 (閉じると地表面と殆ど面一になる)を設けている。
