【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、照明器具のような収納物を梱包するための梱包構造に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来から収納物を梱包するための梱包構造として、一枚のダンボールから構成した梱包箱の一面に内部の収納物が見えるような窓部を形成したものが知られている。(例えば、特許文献1、特許文献2参照)
ところが、このような一枚のダンボールから構成した梱包箱の一面に窓部を設けたものは収納物の確認が外部からできるが、収納物が梱包箱内で移動するという問題がある。このため、一枚のダンボールから構成した梱包箱内において収納物が移動しないように保持するには蓋片を設けて収納物が脱落しないようにすると共に別部材のパッドを入れて梱包箱内部で移動しないように保持する必要がある。

また、特許文献1に示す従来例においては梱包箱内に収納物である電気かみそりを収納し、この梱包箱の蓋を開いた場合に露出するフラップに収納物である電気かみそりの付属品であるはけを挿入固定するようになっているが、このものにおいては開口部から収納物は見えるが、付属品であるはけは見えず、このため、付属品が収納物と一緒に梱包してあるかどうかを確認するには蓋を開けてフラップ片にはけが挿入固定してあるか否かを確認する必要があり、確認に手間がかかっていた。

また、図10に示すように、一枚のダンボールから構成した両端が開口部10’となった角筒状梱包体11’内に収納物21を収納し、角筒状梱包体11’の長手方向の両端部の角部を内側にL状に折り曲げて該L状折り曲げ片50間に上記収納物21が位置してL状折り曲げ片50により収納物21を保持するようにしたものも従来から知られている。

このものは一枚のダンボールで構成した角筒状梱包体11’自体により収納物21が移動しないように保持できて、別部材のパッドなどを必要としないが、L状折り曲げ片50部分において角筒状梱包体11’の外面の一部が凹み、このため、角筒状梱包体11’を積み重ねたり、搬送したり、あるいは取り扱い等がし難いという問題がある。また、L状折り曲げ片50は単に内側にL状に折り曲げてあるだけなので、折り曲げ先端のコーナ部分が自由端となり、外力を受けるとL状折り曲げ片50が折り曲げ先端のコーナ部分を中心に変形しやすく、収納物21の保持が確実にできない場合があるという問題がある。また、L状折り曲げ片50の内側端部には窓51が開くが、この窓51部分に収納物21の端面が露出して位置することになり、収納物21が外部から損傷し易いという問題がある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は上記の点に鑑みてなされたものであり、簡単な構成で内部の収納物を確認できると共に収納物が移動しないように確実に保持でき、しかも、開口部に面していて汚れることがあっても使用に当たって問題がなく、また、簡単な構成で開口部に面下部分が汚れないようにすることもでき、更に、開口部の帯片の巾分の隙間を有効に利用して副収納物や紙製付帯物を配置したり、あるいはどのような電気接続を行うものであるかが開口部から確認でき、また、複数の収納物を一緒に収納したり、あるいは個別に収納したりするのが簡単で選択できると共にいずれの場合でも両開口部に帯状片が存在するようにできる梱包構造を提供することを課題とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するために本発明に係る梱包構造は、第1側片1の一側端縁に第1内折れ線2を介して第2側片3を内側に折り曲げ、第2側片3の第1内折れ線2と反対側の側端縁に第2内折れ線4を介して第3側片5を内側に折り曲げ、第3側片5の第2内折れ線4と反対側の側端縁に第3内折れ線6を介して第4側片7を内側に折り曲げ、第4側片7の第3内折れ線6と反対側の側端縁に第4内折れ線8を介して内側保持片9を内側に折り曲げて第1側片1、第2側片3、第3側片5、第4側片7により内部に収納物を収納するための両端部が開口部10となった角筒状梱包体11を構成すると共に該角筒状梱包体11内に内装する収納物21を内側保持片9で保持するようにした梱包構造であって、展開状態において内側保持片9に第4内折れ線8と直交する一対の切り込み12を内側保持片9の連出基部13及び突出先端部14を残して第4内折れ線8と平行な方向に1対又は複数対設け、内側保持片9の対となった切り込み12と切り込み12とに挟まれた部位を第4内折れ線8に近い方と遠い方とに一方が凸片15となり他方が凹片16となるように分離するための中間切り込み17を対となった切り込み12間に形成し、切り込み12と内側保持片9の連出方向と直交する方向の側端との間、又は切り込み12と内側保持片9の連出方向と直交する方向の側端との間及び対となった切り込み12と隣の対となった切り込み12との間を帯状片18とし、該帯状片18の両端部と内側保持片9の連出基部13及び内側保持片9の突出先端部14とを第5内折れ線19、第6内折れ線20を介して連続させた構成とし、折り曲げ状態において帯状片18と内側保持片9の連出基部13、帯状片18と内側保持片9の突出先端部14とをそれぞれ第5内折れ線19、第6内折れ線20で内側に折り曲げて、連出基部13と連続する凸片15又は凹片16を第1側片1の内面に沿わせ且つ突出先端部14と連続する凹片16又は凸片15を第2側片3の内面に沿わせ且つ帯状片18と凸片15と凹片16とで角筒状梱包体11の端部の開口部10から見た状態で三角形状をなすようにし、隣接する帯状片18間に収納物21の一部を嵌め込んで成ることを特徴とするものである。

このような構成とすることで、内部に収納物21を保持する内側保持片9を有する角筒状梱包体11を一枚のダンボールを折り曲げて形成できるものであり、しかも、角筒状梱包体11の内部に位置する角筒状梱包体11から一体に連出した内側保持片9の対となった帯状片18間に収納物21を保持することで、確実に収納物21が移動しないように保持でき、この場合、連出基部13と連続する凸片15又は凹片16を第1側片1の内面に沿わせ且つ突出先端部14と連続する凹片16又は凸片15を第2側片3の内面に沿わせ且つ帯状片18と凸片15と凹片16とで角筒状梱包体11の端部の開口部10から見た状態で三角形状をなすようになっていることで、三角形の一辺をなす帯状片18の位置がずれたり、変形したりすることなく、正確に収納物21を保持できるものである。しかも、角筒状梱包体11の開口部10から収納物21を目で確認でき、しかも、開口部10には帯状片18が開口部10を斜めに横切るように位置しているので、開口部10が開いているといえども斜めに横切る帯状片18により収納物21を外力から保護できるものである。また、従来のように角筒状梱包体11の外面を凹ませることなく内部に収納した収納物21を保持して移動を防止できるので、梱包体の積み重ね、搬送、取り扱いが容易に行えるものである。

また、隣接する帯状片18間に嵌め込まれた収納物21の少なくとも一面を収納物21の使用状態において外部に露出しない取付け面21aとし、収納物21を隣接する帯状片18間に嵌め込んだ状態で取付け面21aを角筒状梱包体11の開口部10側に対向させることが好ましい。角筒状梱包体11の内部に収納した収納物21を開口部10から目で確認できるようにしたものにおいて、開口部10から侵入したほこりなどで収納物21の開口部10に対向した面が汚れたり、あるいは傷ついたりすることが生じても、使用状態において外部に露出しない取付け面21aが開口部10に対向していることで、収納物21の使用に当たって、汚れたり、傷ついた面が外部に露出することなく、商品としての収納物21の使用に当たって何ら外観上の支障がないものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明を添付図面に示す実施形態に基づいて説明する。

図4には本発明の梱包構造に用いる角筒状梱包体11の展開図が示してある。角筒状梱包体11は一枚のダンボールを型取りし、所定の個所に切り込みや折れ線、あるいはミシン目を形成してある。

図4の展開図において、第1側片1の一側端縁に第1内折れ線2を介して第2側片3を連出してあり、第2側片3の第1内折れ線2と反対側の側端縁に第2内折れ線4を介して第3側片5を連出してあり、第3側片5の第2内折れ線4と反対側の側端縁に第3内折れ線6を介して第4側片7を連出してあり、第4側片7の第3内折れ線6と反対側の側端縁に第4内折れ線8を介して内側保持片9を連出してある。

ここで、図4に示す実施形態では対となった切り込み12が2対設けてあり、対となった切り込み12と隣の対となった切り込み12との間の帯状片18の巾は内側保持片9の連出方向と直交する方向の両端部(第4内折れ線8と平行な方向の両端部)に位置する切り込み12と内側保持片9の連出方向と直交する方向(第4内折れ線8と平行な方向)の両端部との間の帯状片18の2倍の巾となっている。また、図4に示す実施形態では内側保持片9の連出基部13に連続する方が凹片16、突出先端部14に連続する方が凸片15となっている。図4において、第4内折れ線8から凹片16の第4内折れ線8と反対側の端部までの長さは、第1側片1、第2側片3、第3側片5、第4側片7をそれぞれ第1内折れ線2、第2内折れ線4、第3内折れ線6で内側に折り曲げて角筒状にした場合、角筒状の内面側における第1の側片1の内面の巾にほぼ沿う長さとなっている。また、突出先端部14の最先端から凸片15の先端までの長さは上記のように角筒状にした場合、第2側片3の内面の巾にほぼ沿う長さとなっている。

上記のような構成の角筒状梱包体11は、図4のような展開状態のものを、図3のように第3側片5が底となるように配置した状態で、第3側片5の内面上に収納物21を載置し、次に、第4側片7を第3側片5に対して第3内折れ線6を介して内側に直角に折り曲げ、第4側片7に対して第4内折れ線8を介して内側保持片9を内側に直角に折り曲げ、更に、帯状片18と内側保持片9の連出基部13、帯状片18と内側保持片9の突出先端部14とをそれぞれ第5内折れ線19、第6内折れ線20でそれぞれ135°内側に折り曲げて連出基部13に連続する凹片16と突出先端部14に連続する凸片15とが直角となるようにすると共に、帯状片18を斜め45°に傾斜させ、この斜め45°に傾斜した帯状片18間に形成されるはめ込み用開口30に上記第3側片5の内面上に載置した収納物21を嵌め込み、次に、第2側片3を第2内折れ線4を介して第3側片5に対して内側に直角に折り曲げると共に第1側片1を第1内折れ線2を介して第2側片3に対して内側に直角に折り曲げて、第1側片1、第2側片3、第3側片5、第4側片7で両端部が開口部10となった角筒状をした角筒状梱包体11を組立てて内部に位置する内側保持片9により収納物21を保持した図1、図2に示すような梱包体を構成するものであり、このような梱包体は直角に隣接する第1側片1の側端部と第4側片7の側端部とにわたって接着テープ31を貼りつけて角筒状をした形状を保持するようになっている。

ここで、上記折り曲げの際、帯状片18と内側保持片9の連出基部13、帯状片18と内側保持片9の突出先端部14とをそれぞれ第5内折れ線19、第6内折れ線20でそれぞれ135°内側に折り曲げてあって、連出基部13と連続する凸片15又は凹片16が第1側片1の内面に沿い且つ突出先端部14と連続する凹片16又は凸片15が第2側片3の内面に沿い(添付図面に示す実施形態では連出基部13と連続する凹片16を第1側片1の内面に沿わせ、且つ突出先端部14と連続する凸片15を第2側片3の内面に沿い)、この状態で図1、図2に示すように帯状片18と凸片15と凹片16とで角筒状梱包体11の端部の開口部10から見た状態で直角三角形状をするように枠組みされることになる。この場合、図1、図2に示す実施形態では前述のように、第4内折れ線8から凹片16の第4内折れ線8と反対側の端部までの長さが、角筒状梱包体11の内面側における第1の側片1の内面の巾にほぼ沿う長さとなり、また、突出先端部14の最先端から凸片15の先端までの長さが第2側片3の内面の巾にほぼ沿う長さとなっているので、連出基部13と連続する凹片16が第1側片1の内面に沿って重複し、且つ突出先端部14と連続する凸片15が第2側片3の内面に沿って重複して凸片15と凹片16とが第2側片3、第1側片3の巾方向にずれることがなく、したがって、凸片15と凹片16と帯状片18により形成される直角三角形の形状が所定の直角三角形状に保持されることになる。これにより角筒状梱包体11の第1側片1の巾方向の略中間部分から第2側片3の巾方向の略中間部分にかけて斜めに位置する帯状片18が位置ずれしたり、変形したりすることなく正確な位置に保持されることになり、斜めに傾斜した帯状片18により保持された収納物21が角筒状梱包体11内で移動することなく所定の位置に確実に保持されると共に、斜めに架け渡された帯状片18により内側から筋交いの役目をして角筒状梱包体11の角筒状形状が内側から保形されることになる。

上記のような梱包構造によれば、角筒状梱包体11の両端部の開口部10から内部に収納した収納物21を目視して収納物21の種類、正しい姿勢で収納してあるか等が確認できるものである。また、開口部10には上記帯状片18が開口部10を斜めに横切るように位置していて開口部10が開いているといえども斜めに横切る帯状片18により収納物21を外力から保護できることになる。また、開口部10から内部の収納物21が見えるといえども収納物21は開口部10に位置する帯状片18よりも奥に位置しているので、外部に直接面して露出することがなくて外力により損傷しないものである。更に、従来のように角筒状梱包体11の外面を凹ませることなく内部に収納した収納物21を保持して移動を防止できるので、梱包体の積み重ね、搬送、取り扱いが容易に行えることになる。

ここで、角筒状梱包体11内に収納物21を収納して帯状片18間に収納物21を嵌め込んで梱包するに当たって、収納物21として使用状態において少なくとも一面が外部に露出しない取付け面21aとなったものの場合、該取付け面21aが帯状片18間に嵌め込んだ状態で角筒状梱包体11の開口部10側に対向するように梱包する。このようにすると、角筒状梱包体11の内部に収納した収納物21を開口部10から目で確認できるようにしたものにおいて、仮に、開口部10から侵入したほこりなどで収納物21の開口部10に対向した面が汚れたり、外部光線で変色したり、あるいは傷ついたりすることが生じても、使用状態において外部に露出しない取付け面21aが開口部10に対向していることで、収納物21の使用に当たって、汚れたり、傷ついた面が外部に露出することなく、商品としての収納物21の使用に当たって何ら外観上の支障がないものである。例えば、収納物21として一面が取付け面21aとなった外形が直方体形状をした照明器具であって、取付け面21aを壁や天井に取付けて施工することで、使用時に見える面(取付け面21a以外の面)の外観を損なわないものである。

もちろん、角筒状梱包体11の開口部10において収納物21を透明性のシートや袋よりなる保護材22により覆うようにしてもよい。この場合、収納物21の開口部10と対向する面部分のみを保護材22により覆ったり、あるいは、図3に示すように収納物21全体を保護材22により覆ったり、あるいは角筒状梱包体11の全体を保護材22により覆ったり、あるいは角筒状梱包体11の開口部10のみを保護材22で覆ったりしてもよいものである。このような構成とすることで、開口部10から侵入するほこりなどにより収納物21が汚れないようにできる。なお、図1、図5乃至図9において保護材20を図面上省略しているが、実際は前述のように保護材22で覆うものである。

図9に示す実施形態においては、角筒状梱包体11内に複数の収納物21を収納する例につき説明したが、ミシン目26に沿って切断すると、角筒状梱包体11を長手方向に複数個に分割して収納物21を1つずつ梱包できるものである。この場合、ミシン目26が対となった切り込み12と隣の対となった切り込み12との間の帯状片18の巾方向の中間に形成してあるので、ミシン目26で切断して分割した角筒状梱包体11の両端部の開口部10に斜めに横切る帯状片18が存在し、前述の開口部10に存在する帯状片18による効果を発揮できるものである。

ところで、収納物21が照明器具の場合、図9に示すように角筒状梱包体11の開口部10に照明器具の端子台25又は配線器具部品又は電源線用口出し線を配置するようにすると、開口部10に配置した端子台25又は配線器具部品又は電源線用口出し線を見ることで収納物21である照明器具の電源線との接続方法が判別でき、施工準備作業が容易となるものである。つまり、開梱することなく、どのような接続方法であるかが判り、施工に当たってどのような接続工事が必要であるかという施工準備作業が容易に行えるものである。

図7には角筒状梱包体11内に重心が上下方向の中心から下方にずれた収納物21を収納した例であり、このように重心が上下方向の中心から下方にずれた収納物21であっても、角筒状梱包体11の開口部10から収納物21の重心位置が容易に判別できるため、運搬、保管時の天地方向を間違えられることがなく、荷崩れや偏荷重による変形等も防止できる。
