本発明は、遊戯場にパチンコ台等の遊戯台を装着する遊戯台用取付装置に係るもので、特に、サイズが異なる遊戯台でも容易に装着して遊戯台の微調整を可能にする遊戯台用取付装置に関する。

【従来の技術】
当発明者は、パチンコ台の装着作業や取付け後のパチンコ台の微調整を容易ならしめるパチンコ台取付装置を先に発明している(特許文献1)。この発明では、パチンコ台の装着作業及び取り外し作業が極めて容易になり、しかも、取付後のパチンコ台の盤面を調整する際に、熟練した技術を要せずとも合理的で効果的な調整ができるようにしている。すなわち、パチンコ台の上端縁と下端縁とを挟着固定する固定装置を設けたパチンコ台取付装置において、固定装置を、台装着枠体の上端部に設けたクランプ体に連結する。そして、クランプレバーの操作によって上下し、台装着枠体の上端部からパチンコ台側に突出してパチンコ台を圧着する圧着突起を設けた圧着固定装置を装着し、台装着枠体の内部に位置決めされたパチンコ台を、この圧着固定装置によって、台装着枠体と一体になるように圧着固定するものである。

特許文献1の先の発明により、パチンコ台の装着作業や取付け後のパチンコ台の微調整が極めて容易に行えるようになっているが、東西の機種に対応できるものではなかった。すなわち、前述の如く、関東枠と関西枠とではパチンコ台のサイズが異なっているので、これら両者のサイズに適応させるには、特許文献1のパチンコ台取付装置もサイズ別に二種類用意する必要があった。

【課題を解決するための手段】

高さ調整装置10は、台装着枠体1の内部に位置決めされた遊戯台Pの高さ方向にスライドする装置で、前記台装着枠体1の下枠部2に装着された固定台11と、該固定台11から上下動自在に設けられた高さ調整枠12とからなる(図3参照)。図示例の高さ調整装置10は、パチンコ台の関東枠と関西枠との少なくとも2種類の高さに対応するように設けている。すなわち、固定台11の上部に載置した高さ調整枠12を上下2段の位置で固定できるようにしている。そして、関東枠を装着する場合は、高さ調整枠12を上段の位置に固定し、関西枠を装着する場合は、高さ調整枠12を下段の位置に固定する。図示の高さ調整装置10は、固定台11の上面に立設した支持台13と、高さ調整枠12の下面に固定したスライド盤14とを設け、更に該スライド盤14から支持台13方向に出没自在に突出する固定突起15を設けたものである。この固定突起15は、コイルスプリング16の付勢力で常に突出付勢され、支持台13に形成された係止凹部13Aに係合しているときに高さ調整枠12を上段の位置に固定する(図4(イ)参照)。一方、操作レバー17の操作に連動するカム18によって(図3参照)、固定突起15を係止凹部13Aから引き抜くと、このスライド盤14ごと高さ調整枠12が自重で落下し、下段の位置に固定されるものである(図4(ロ)参照)。高さ調整枠12が下段に位置する場合、関西枠の高さに適応するように形成している。図示の操作レバー17は、高さ調整装置10の側面に設けているが、高さ調整枠12の下に操作レバー17を配し、高さ調整枠12に開穿した孔から棒状の工具等で操作レバー17を操作することも可能である(図示せず)。
