Claims (8)
- 金属製の本体と、
本体の端部に取り付けられた、通孔を有する金属製の端蓋と、
前記端蓋の通孔と連通する部品の受入孔を有し、前記本体内に収容された絶縁材料製のガイド筒とからなり、
前記ガイド筒を冷却する流体の冷却通路がガイド筒に形成され、
前記冷却通路は、前記ガイド筒の外周に形成された円周方向に延在する環状溝の形態で配置されているとともに、前記流体の入口と出口が設けられ、
前記環状溝は、ガイド筒の軸方向長さの中央から端蓋に近付けた箇所に配置してあり、
前記ガイド筒が大径部と小径部とからなる貫通孔を有し、大径部に磁石を内包した容器が摺動可能に収容され、小径部に鉄製のガイドピンが摺動可能に収容され、前記容器の磁石が露出した端部を前記ガイドピンと接合し、前記容器の他方の端部に圧縮コイルスプリングを作用させ、前記小径部を前記受入孔とし、
前記冷却通路を環状溝の形態で形成することによりガイド筒に薄肉部が形成され、この薄肉部は環状溝と容器の間に存在していることを特徴とするプロジェクション溶接の電極。 - 前記容器とガイドピンは、ガイドピンが磁石に密着した状態で溶接してある請求項1記載のプロジェクション溶接の電極。
- 前記流体が水である請求項1または2記載のプロジェクション溶接の電極。
- 前記ガイド筒と本体との間に冷却水の封止をおこなうOリングが配置してある請求項3記載のプロジェクション溶接の電極。
- 前記ガイド筒内に磁石が挿入され、前記端蓋の通孔からガイド筒の受入孔に挿入された部品が磁石に吸引されて部品の電極への保持がなされる請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載のプロジェクション溶接の電極。
- 部品検出のための検出電流が少なくとも前記磁石、前記部品、前記端蓋および本体を流れるように構成した請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載のプロジェクション溶接の電極。
- 前記圧縮コイルスプリングの前記容器と反対側の端部を受ける座金に電線を接続し、座金と本体との間に絶縁カップを介在させ、座金、圧縮コイルスプリング、容器、ガイドピン、部品、端蓋、本体といった経路で通電回路を構成させた請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載のプロジェクション溶接の電極。
- 本体内に圧搾空気を吹き込むための、互いに連通したエア配管とドレン抜き穴を設けた請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載のプロジェクション溶接の電極。
