Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention forms a decorative body by passing a large number of filaments such as a necklace or bracelet in a chain form like a necklace or a bracelet, or a single accessory such as a decorative button. An object of the present invention is to produce a specially shaped part with improved aesthetics at a low cost with respect to a method for producing a specially shaped accessory part for use by attaching to a part.
[0002]
[Prior art]
There are a wide variety of accessories for accessories such as necklaces and bracelets made of materials such as gold, silver, copper, and platinum, or accessory parts that are used alone. In order to improve the willingness to purchase, it is desirable to apply a new decoration.
[0003]
For example, in the case of using a fruit-like shape with a cap body as a decorative part, as shown in FIG. 4, a cap body 1 having a hemispherical bowl shape with a hollow interior made of platinum or brass. , The through hole 2 in the central portion of the top surface is drawn through a wire 3 such as a wire, and the above-mentioned wire is positioned so that a part of the natural stone 4 is positioned inside the curved body of the cap body 1. The fruit-like decorative part A is configured by sequentially passing the object 3 with other spacer decorations 5 interposed therebetween.
[0004]
The decorative part A using the above-described cap body 1 has a plurality of fruit-like decorative parts A such as dandruff (vertebral fruit) or the like so that a plurality of fruit-like decorative parts A are sequentially suspended from the filament 3. When the cap body 1 is produced, an internal hollow spherical body having a through hole formed at each target position serving as the central axis is used as a central axis line in order to reduce the material and cost. Both rod-shaped bodies (cap body 1) cut by dividing into two at the orthogonal central part are used as the parts for the accessories.
[0005]
In such a case, as a result of the upper half of the natural stone 4 being covered with the cap body 1 corresponding to a group chestnut-shaped cocoon, that is, a hemispherical cocoon-like body, as viewed from the front side as a part for jewelry Furthermore, the exposed surface area b of the natural stone 4 tends to be reduced and the appearance looks bad. Therefore, when the fruit-like decorative part A is produced using such a bowl-shaped cap body 1, the opening edge of the bowl-shaped cap body 1 is usually polished uniformly over the entire circumference, or a spherical body is formed. By cutting the position near the through hole on one side from the center, the recessed depth a is made shallower and the exposed surface b of natural stone is enlarged.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, when polishing the opening edge of the bowl-shaped cap body, not only is the material wasted, but the man-hours are increased and the cost is increased, and the position near the through hole on one side is cut from the center of the spherical body. Even when only one of them is used as a cap body, it is not reasonable because the other part is wasted.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Therefore, in the present invention, when manufacturing a fruit-shaped accessory part using the above-described cap body, there is no waste of material, and the exposed area of natural stone or the like from the cap body is sufficient, and the cap is used. It was found that the larger the exposed area of natural stones on the front side of the body, the larger the back area of the cap body, and the more the aesthetics of the whole body part, and the rational manufacturing method was developed. Specifically, according to the first aspect of the present invention, hollow spherical bodies each having a through hole formed at a symmetrical position serving as a central axis are arranged at 10 to 60 degrees with respect to the central axis line connecting the through holes at the symmetrical position. The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing an accessory part, characterized in that two hemispherical cap bodies having one through hole near an edge portion are obtained by cutting into two at an inclined position. .
[0008]
In the invention of claim 2, a hollow spherical body having a through hole formed at a symmetrical position serving as a central axis is formed with respect to a central axis connecting the through holes at an intermediate portion between the through holes at the symmetrical position. A body part that is obtained by cutting into two at a position inclined by 10 to 60 degrees to obtain two hemispherical cap bodies having one through hole near the edge. It relates to the manufacturing method.
[0009]
Further, in the invention of claim 3, by preparing at least a plurality of hemispherical cap bodies having one through hole near the edge, and passing the filaments sequentially through the through holes of each cap body. The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an accessory part according to claim 1 or 2, which is used in a chain form.
[0010]
Furthermore, in the invention of claim 4, at least a plurality of hemispherical cap bodies having one through hole near the end edge portion are prepared, and the linear body is sequentially passed through the through holes of each cap body, Further, each cap body described above is used in the form of a chain formed by passing the precious metal or jewelry through the filament to position at least a part of the precious metal or jewelry in the respective hemisphere. It is related with the manufacturing method of the parts for jewelry of a certain claim 1 or claim 2.
[0011]
Furthermore, the invention of claim 5 relates to a method for manufacturing an accessory part according to claim 1 or claim 2, wherein the hollow sphere has a multi-faced cut or engraved or colored pattern on the outer peripheral surface.
[0012]
In the above-described configuration, a spherical body made of platinum or brass having a through hole at each target position serving as the central axis and having a hollow inside is made 10 with respect to the central axis of the through hole using an appropriate cutting device. Cut in two at a position inclined by -60 degrees to obtain two hemispherical cap bodies having one through hole near the edge.
[0013]
Further, at least a plurality of the cap bodies are prepared, and the striated body is formed by passing the striated body through the through hole near the edge of each cap body, or the striated through the through hole of each cap body obtained as described above. Construct a fruit-like ornament by passing a precious metal or jewelery through the lined object so that at least a part of the precious metal or jewelery is positioned within each hemisphere of each cap body as described above. To do.
[0014]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
In the following, the specific contents of the present invention will be described based on the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 3. In each figure, reference numeral 11 denotes a cap body which is a part for clothing, and reference numeral 14 denotes a part of the cap body 11. A jewelery material 16 attached to the inner surface of the cap body 11 so as to be positioned on the inner side of the cap body 11 represents a linear body for passing the cap body 11 and the jewelery material 14 through the spacing adjusting and decorative body 15. In this embodiment, spherical natural stone is used as the jewelry material 14.
[0015]
The cap body 11 is formed in a hemispherical shape having a hollow interior made of a noble metal such as platinum, gold, or brass, and a through hole 12 is formed at a position near the opening edge 13 thereof. Further, the back surface of the cap body 11 protruding in a semicircular shape is provided with a cut pattern 11a or a colored pattern as required.
[0016]
The cap body 11 is different from the conventional cap body in that the formation position of the through hole 12 is closer to the opening edge 13. Since the formation position of the through hole 12 is close to the opening edge 13, when the through hole 12 is passed through the linear body 16, the opening axis Z of the opening edge 13 is directly below the linear body (the linear body). 16), the exposed surface area d of the jewelery material 14 is greatly increased because it faces the side intersecting with the filament 16 (in the direction toward the front as a finished decorative body). Will be better.
[0017]
When the through hole 12 is formed in the cap body 11, if the through hole 12 is only formed near the opening edge 13 of the cap body 11, the cap body 11 is formed at a position near the opening edge 13 of the semicircular cap body 11. It is theoretically possible to form by using a drill or the like. However, in reality, the diameter of the cap body 11 is usually about 3 mm to 10 mm, and the formation position thereof is closer to the opening edge 13, so that the operation of drilling the through hole 12 is not easy. Not only that, but the number of man-hours increases, and the cost is inevitably increased.
[0018]
Therefore, as in the case of manufacturing a conventional cap body, while cutting a long processed material in the shape of a hollow pipe at regular intervals, the both end cut surfaces are drawn by using a curved mold and spherical. It is much more efficient in terms of work to use the fact that the cut surface at both ends is reduced by drawing and a hole that is just convenient as the through hole 12 of the filament 16 is formed. It can be said that there is.
[0019]
The present invention has a technical inventive step, and a more specific method for obtaining a cap body 11 having a through hole 12 near a hemispherical bowl-shaped opening edge will be described below. . As described above, the through holes on both sides obtained by drawing the cut openings at both ends of the pipe into a spherical shape and reducing the diameter to a small diameter are respectively inserted into the target positions corresponding to the central axes XX. As shown in FIG. 2, the hollow spherical body 10 having 12 formed therein is formed at the intermediate portion between the through holes 12 and 12 at the symmetric position with respect to the central axis XX of the through holes 12 and 12. Two hemispherical cap bodies having one through hole near the end edge portion can be obtained by cutting into two at the angle YY inclined at a certain angle.
[0020]
The specific inclination angle of the through-holes 12 and 12 with respect to the central axis XX is 12 degrees in the embodiment of FIG. 2, but in this case, the opening edge 13 approaches the through-hole 12 below 10 degrees. Thus, not only the opening edge portion close to the through-hole 12 is easily deformed at the time of the two-division cutting, but the appearance as a finished ornament is worsened. On the other hand, if it exceeds 60 degrees, the exposed area of jewels and the like along the surface will decrease and the appearance will similarly deteriorate, so it is necessary to be within the range of 10 to 60 degrees.
[0021]
Next, a description will be given of a case in which an ornament for decoration is configured using the cap body 11 that is the accessory part obtained as described above. At least a plurality of cap bodies 11 are prepared, and through holes 12 of the cap bodies 11 are prepared. It is possible to form an ornamental accessory simply by passing the wire 16 through the wire.
[0022]
In order to produce further luxury, as shown in FIG. 3, at least a plurality of cap bodies 11 are prepared, and the filaments 16 are passed through the through holes 12 of the cap bodies 11, as necessary. Positioning at least a part of the jewelery material 14 using a noble metal or jewelry in the respective hemispheres of each of the cap bodies 11 with the spacing adjustment combined decoration 15 and other decorative parts 17 and 18 interposed therebetween. The jewelry material 14 is passed through the line article 16 to complete the ornamental ornament.
[0023]
In the figure, reference numeral 11a represents a decoration by engraving provided on the back surface of the cap body 11. The decoration in this case may be subjected to a multi-faceted cut or a colored pattern in addition to a simple sculpture. In the above description, the wire 16 can be applied to any wire-like material such as a thin metal wire, chain, or thread. In addition, jewelry, gold, silver, copper, platinum, and other precious metals such as jewelry can be applied to the jewelry 14 attached to the filament 16 along the inner surface of the cap body 11.
[0024]
In the above-described configuration, the spherical body 10 having a hollow inside made of platinum or brass, each having a through-hole formed at a target position serving as the central axis, is formed by using, for example, a diamond cutting device or the like, and the central axis X of the through-hole. Two hemispherical shapes that are divided into two equal parts at the position YY line (opening edge 13) inclined by 10 to 60 degrees with respect to -X, and have one through-hole 12 near the edge. Cap bodies 11 and 11 are obtained.
[0025]
In addition, at least a plurality of cap bodies 11 are prepared, and a linear body 16 is passed through a through hole 12 near the edge of each cap body 11 to form a decorative body, or each cap body 11 obtained as described above is configured. The wire 16 is passed through the through-hole 12, and the jewelery 14 is placed on the cap 11 so that at least a part of the jewelery 14 such as precious metal or jewelry is located in each hemisphere of each cap body 11 described above. 16 is passed through to form a fruity ornament.
[0026]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the hollow spherical body having through holes at the target positions serving as the central axis is cut into two parts at positions inclined by 10 to 60 degrees with respect to the central axis of the through holes. Since two hemispherical caps with one through hole on the side are obtained, there is no waste of materials, the manufacturing method is rational, and the parts for clothing using this are constructed If the exposed area of natural stone, etc. from the cap body is sufficient, the larger the exposed area of natural stone, etc. on the front side of the cap body, the larger the back area of the cap body. It is possible to obtain an aesthetic accessory part.
