この種の繰り出し容器は、短円筒状の基台筒部の上端から、略全高さ範囲亘って縦長ガイド孔を開設した直線円筒状の内筒体を起立設しこの内筒体に回転自在にかつ抜け出し不能に外嵌し、内周面に螺溝を刻設した外筒体と、円筒片体の外周面に、縦長ガイド孔を貫通して先端を螺溝に螺合させる螺合ピンを突設し、該内筒体内に昇降変位可能に挿入組付けされる受皿体とから成る容器機能部分を構成する合成樹脂製部と、内筒体の基台筒部に不動に外嵌して、外筒体の下部に空転可能に外嵌する円筒状の中具と、この中具に、中具の上部を露出させて不動に外嵌する円筒状のハカマとから成る金属製部と、外筒体に被嵌して中具に着脱自在に嵌着する有頂円筒状のキャップと、から構成されている。

例えば、実開昭64−14321号公報、実公昭61−18817号公報に記載されているように、口紅等の棒状化粧品は、円筒片体から構成される受皿体を、同じく円筒状の内筒体内に昇降変位自在に組付け、内筒体を円筒状の中具及びハカマに組付けた後、中具及びハカマの底部から溶融化粧品を注入充填し、そのまま全体を均等に冷却固化して成形した後、中具及びハカマの開口部にシール等の閉塞部材を貼着して口紅等の棒状化粧品を形成している。

従来において、棒状化粧品等に使用される繰り出し容器は、内筒体、外筒体等から成る合成樹脂製部と、中具及びハカマから成る金属製部とが組付けられた後、合成樹脂製部と金属製部が接着材で固着されたり、部材同士が構造的に固定化されて繰り出し容器が形成され、容器使用時には、各部材が容易に分別できないようになっていた。

近年においては、地球環境等を考慮し、廃棄物の素材別に分別回収が義務付けられている。また、ごみの排出量を制限し、資源の有効利用を図るためにリサイクルへの関心が高まっている。

しかしながら、従来の棒状化粧品繰り出し容器であると、合成樹脂製部と金属製部が分別できないように固定化されてしまっているため、合成樹脂製部と金属製部のように異なる素材の分別廃棄が困難となる問題があった。また、金属製部のようにリサイクル可能な部材は、できるだけリサイクルして活用し、資源の有効利用を図るとともに、製品コストの低下に勤める必要がある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記技術的課題を解決する本発明の内、請求項1記載の発明の手段は、短円筒状の基台筒部の上端から、略全高さ範囲に亘って縦長ガイド孔を開設した直線円筒状の内筒体を起立設しこの内筒体に回転自在にかつ抜け出し不能に外嵌し、内周面に螺溝を刻設した外筒体と、円筒片体の外周面に、内筒体の縦長ガイド孔を貫通して先端を外筒体の螺溝に螺合させる螺合ピンを突設し、該内筒体に昇降変位可能に挿入組付けされる受皿体とから成る、容器の機能部分を構成する合成樹脂製部を有すること、内筒体の基台筒部に外嵌して、外筒体の下部に空転可能に外嵌する円筒状の中具と、この中具に、中具の上部を露出させて不動に外嵌する円筒状のハカマとから成る金属製部を有すること、外筒体に被嵌して、中具に着脱自在に嵌着する、有頂円筒状のキャップを有すること、中具は、内周面に凸部を突設していること、内筒体の基台筒部は、外周面に中具の凸部が遊合する傾斜した凹溝を設けていること、中具の凸部と内筒体の基台筒部の凹溝との組付きを解除する回動トルクは、受皿体を昇降変位させる回動トルクよりも大きく設定され、かつ、受皿体と外筒体とを空転させる回動トルクよりも小さく設定されていること、にある。
