Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a container for storing liquid cosmetics such as mascara, eyeliner, and eye shadow, for example, particularly when scraping off liquid cosmetics adhering to an application shaft or rubbing a brush with liquid cosmetics attached thereto. The present invention also relates to a technique for preventing the liquid cosmetic from overflowing from the container.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In general, in this type of liquid cosmetic container, a rubbing rubber (scraping member) that rubs a brush or scrapes an application shaft is used for the mouth and neck of the bottle.
Due to the nature of such ironing rubber, liquid cosmetics are gradually accumulated in the mouth and neck of the bottle as the application shaft is inserted and removed, resulting in liquid overflow and insertion of the application shaft. Along with this, there is a problem in that the liquid cosmetic material flows backward as a result of pressurizing the inside of the bottle and also causes liquid overflow.
[0003]
Conventionally, in order to solve this problem, for example, the following techniques have been proposed.
As shown in FIGS. 7 (a) and 7 (b), in this prior art, a packing 102 having elasticity is provided on the coating shaft 101, and the packing 102 is reversed (elastically opposite to the insertion / removal direction). The liquid cosmetic accumulated on the ironing rubber 103 is returned into the bottle 104 by passing the ironing rubber 103 (see Patent Document 1).
Further, as shown in FIGS. 8A and 8B, in this prior art, a movable packing 105 having elasticity is provided on the coating shaft 101 so as to be movable up and down, and the movable packing 105 is reversed and positioned. The liquid cosmetic accumulated on the ironing rubber is returned to the bottle by passing the ironing rubber while changing the pressure (see Patent Document 2).

Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 5-3158 [0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the prior art disclosed in Patent Document 1, since the ironing rubber 103 is opened by the packing 102, the backflow of the liquid cosmetic can be prevented by reducing the pressure in the bottle 104, but the packing 102 gets over the ironing rubber 103. In addition, the liquid cosmetic is smoothly applied to the bottle 104 from the point that a load is applied to the application shaft 101 and the point that the liquid cosmetic returns to the iron rubber 103 (opening side of the bottle 104) due to the rebound of the packing 102 and the ironing rubber 103. There was a problem that could not be returned.
This point is the same even when the movable packing 105 is moved up and down as in the prior art disclosed in Patent Document 2.
[0006]
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to smoothly return the liquid cosmetic accumulated in the mouth and neck of the container body into the container body while releasing the pressurized state in the container body when the lid is attached to the container body. Therefore, it is providing the liquid cosmetic container which can prevent a liquid overflow.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention includes a container main body having a mouth-and-neck portion, and a lid body that is externally fitted to the mouth-and-neck portion of the container main body, and the lid body is provided with an application shaft having an application portion at a tip portion In the liquid cosmetic container configured so that the application unit is immersed in the liquid cosmetic accommodated in the container body, an elastic scraping collar portion is provided on the inner peripheral wall of the mouth-neck portion of the container body. A scraping member projecting inwardly is provided, and an insertion hole through which the coating shaft is inserted is formed in the scraping collar portion, and an elastic projection collar portion is projected outwardly on the coating shaft. An extrusion member is provided, and either one or both of the coating shaft and the extrusion member is provided with a communication passage, and the communication passage includes the extrusion collar portion of the scraping collar portion. The container body sealed by the application shaft and the scraping member when reaching a predetermined position Is obtained by achieving the above object by providing a liquid cosmetic container, characterized in that it is configured so as to communicate between the cover side and.
[0008]
According to the present invention, in the stage where the liquid cosmetic on the scraped brim portion is pushed out by the extruding member as the application shaft is inserted, the inside of the container body and the lid side are communicated with each other by the communication path, and the inside of the sealed container body As a result of releasing the pressurized state, the back flow of the liquid cosmetic caused by the pressurization in the container body is suppressed, and the inside of the container body is brought into a negative pressure in the mouth neck of the container body as the application shaft is pulled out. The accumulated liquid cosmetic can be smoothly returned into the container main body, thereby preventing liquid overflow.
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, a preferred embodiment (first embodiment) of a liquid cosmetic container according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
As shown in FIG. 1, a liquid cosmetic container 1 according to this embodiment includes a bottle (container body) 2 having a mouth-and-neck portion 3 and a cap (lid body) 4 that is fitted to the mouth-and-neck portion 3 of the bottle 2. And. The cap 4 is provided with an application shaft 10 having a brush part (application part) 11 at the tip part. The liquid cosmetic container 1 will be described in detail.
[0010]
As shown in FIG. 1 or FIG. 2, the bottle 2 is formed in a substantially cylindrical shape with a bottom, and an open neck portion 3 is formed in a constricted shape at the tip. A male thread 3 a is formed on the outer peripheral wall of the neck 3. Liquid cosmetics 5 such as mascara, eyeliner, and eye shadow are stored in the bottle 2.
[0011]
The cap 4 has a cylindrical shape integrated with the bottle 2, and a female groove thread 4 a is formed on the inner peripheral wall of the lower opening thereof. Thereby, the cap 4 is adapted to be fitted to the mouth / neck portion 3 of the bottle 2.
[0012]
The application shaft 10 is integrally composed of a long shaft portion 12 formed with a predetermined outer diameter, a cap engaging portion 13 at the upper end portion thereof, and a brush portion 11 at the lower end portion thereof.
The cap engaging portion 13 is formed so as to fit inside the upper end portion of the cap 4. The brush part 11 has a function of impregnating or adhering the liquid cosmetic 5, and the outer shape of the brush part 11 is formed so as to swell somewhat from the periphery of the shaft part 12.
[0013]
The application shaft 10 is attached to the inner upper end portion of the cap 4 via the cap engaging portion 13, and the brush portion 11 protrudes from the cap 4. Thereby, when the application shaft 10 is inserted into the bottle 2, the brush portion 11 is immersed in the liquid cosmetic 5 in the bottle 2.
[0014]
The scraping member 20 is formed in a substantially cylindrical shape using rubber having elasticity, and is integrally composed of a scraping cylindrical portion 22 and a scraping collar portion 21.
The scraping cylindrical portion 22 is set to have an outer diameter slightly larger than the inner diameter of the mouth-and-neck portion 3 of the bottle 2, and fits snugly in an elastically contracted state on the inner peripheral wall of the mouth-and-neck portion 3 of the bottle 2. It has been.
[0015]
The scraping collar portion 21 projects inward from the inner peripheral surface of the scraping cylindrical portion 22 and is formed in a tapered and substantially conical surface shape inclined downward, and an insertion hole 23 is formed in the center portion thereof. The diameter of the insertion hole 23 is set to be smaller than the outer diameter of the application shaft 10. As a result, the scraping collar portion 21 is configured to elastically adhere to the outer peripheral surface of the application shaft 10 at the inner peripheral edge portion of the insertion hole.
[0016]
As shown in FIG. 2 or 5, the extrusion member 30 is formed in a substantially cylindrical shape using rubber having elasticity, and is integrally formed of an extrusion cylindrical portion 32 and an extrusion collar portion 31.
The outer diameter of the extruded cylindrical portion 32 is set to be approximately the same as the outer diameter of the coating shaft 12.
The extruded collar portion 31 is formed in a substantially conical surface shape that projects outward from the outer peripheral surface of the extruded cylindrical portion 32. The outer diameter of the extruded collar portion 31 is set larger than the inner diameter of the scraping cylindrical portion 22. Thereby, the extrusion collar part 31 comes to adhere | attach elastically with the inner surface of the scraping cylindrical part 22 in the outer peripheral part.
[0017]
Here, as shown in FIG. 3 or FIG. 4, with respect to the relative positional relationship between the extruded collar portion 31 and the scraping collar portion 21, the extruded collar portion 31 is As the application shaft 10 is inserted, it passes over the inner surface of the scraping cylindrical portion 22 and reaches the upper surface of the scraping collar portion 21, and comes into contact with the middle part of the scraping collar portion 21 when the cap 4 is completely fitted. Thus, the scraping collar 21 is not overtaken.
[0018]
As shown in FIG. 4 or 5, an attachment shaft portion 14 is formed at the base portion of the application shaft 10 so that the pushing member 30 can be attached. A fitting hole 33 is formed in the push-out member 30 so as to be fitted with the mounting shaft portion 14 partially.
Specifically, the attachment shaft portion 14 is formed in a predetermined step shape that is recessed inward from the outer peripheral surface of the application shaft 10. The size of the cross-sectional outer shape of the mounting shaft portion 14 is set so that the outer peripheral surface of the pushing member 30 is flush with the outer peripheral surface of the application shaft 10. The length of the mounting shaft portion 14 is set to be larger than the length of the pushing member 30.
[0019]
From the above points, the outer peripheral surfaces of the coating shaft 10 and the extruded cylindrical portion 32 are arranged on substantially the same surface as the surface scraped by the scraping collar portion 21. Moreover, the upper space | gap 41 and the lower space | gap 42 are formed in the level | step-difference part formed between the extrusion member 30 and the application | coating shaft 10 in the attachment shaft part 14, respectively.
[0020]
A notch groove 34 is formed on the inner peripheral surface of the fitting hole 33 of the pushing member 30 so as to be recessed from the inner peripheral surface, and a positioning portion 35 is formed so as to protrude from the inner peripheral surface.
Both the notch groove 34 and the positioning portion 35 extend in the axial direction from the upper surface to the lower surface of the pushing member 30.
On the other hand, the middle portion of the mounting shaft portion 14 fits a positioning portion 35 and a positioning groove (not shown) and closes the notch groove 34 in a portion that is recessed further inside than the outer peripheral surface of the mounting shaft portion 14. In this state, the communication path 40 is formed so as to fit the fitting hole 33.
[0021]
From the above points, the pushing member 30 is fixed to the middle part of the mounting shaft portion 14 so as not to move in the vertical direction and the circumferential direction. Further, the communication passage 40 is formed in a space portion where the notch groove 34 is blocked by the outer peripheral surface of the mounting shaft portion 14 in a state where the pushing member 30 is positioned on the mounting shaft portion 14 by the positioning portion 35. It has become.
[0022]
The communication passage 40 communicates with the inside of the bottle 2 through the lower gap 42 below the push member 30 and communicates with the cap 4 side (atmosphere side) through the upper gap 41 above the push member 30. ing.
[0023]
Here, regarding the relative positional relationship between the scraping collar 21 and the upper gap 41 and the lower gap 42, the lower gap 42 enters the bottle 2 beyond the scraping collar 21 with the insertion of the application shaft 10. Even when the cap 4 is completely fitted, the lower gap 42 is opened in the bottle 2, and the upper gap 41 remains open on the cap 4 side regardless of the scraping collar 21. There is.
Further, the stage where the extruded collar portion 31 reaches the boundary between the inner surface of the scraping cylindrical section 22 and the upper surface of the scraping collar section 21 (the stage where the lower gap 42 enters the bottle 2 beyond the scraping collar section 21) ) Until the lower gap 42 is disposed in the bottle 2 and the cap 4 is completely fitted into the mouth-neck portion 3 of the bottle 2 (until sealed by the cap engaging portion 13 and the scraping member 20). A communication path 40 is formed between the inside of the cap 2 and the cap 4 side.
[0024]
Next, the usage mode and operation of the liquid cosmetic container 1 having the above-described configuration will be described.
As shown in FIG. 1, as the application shaft 10 is pulled out and inserted, the scraping collar portion 21 is in contact with the outer peripheral surface of the application shaft 10, and the liquid cosmetic 5 attached to the shaft portion 12 is scraped off. The brush part 11 containing the liquid cosmetic 5 is squeezed.
[0025]
In this case, at the stage of pulling out the application shaft 10, the liquid cosmetic 5 that has adhered to the brush portion 11 accumulates below the scraping collar portion 21 together with what has adhered to the shaft portion 12.
On the other hand, at the stage of inserting the application shaft 10, the liquid cosmetic 5 that has adhered to the brush portion 11 accumulates above the scraping collar portion 21.
[0026]
As shown in FIG. 2, when the application shaft 10 is further inserted, the liquid level rises by the volume of the infiltrated portion as the brush portion 11 and the shaft portion 12 enter the liquid cosmetic 5, so that the scraping member 20 and the inside of the bottle 2 sealed by the coating shaft 10 are pressurized.
[0027]
As shown in FIG. 3, when the insertion of the coating shaft 10 is advanced, the pressure in the bottle 2 further increases, while the scraping collar portion 21 is in close contact with the inner surface of the scraping cylinder 22. The liquid cosmetic 5 accumulated on the top is pushed out into the bottle 2.
[0028]
Then, when the lower gap 42 passes over the scraping collar portion 21 and reaches the inside of the bottle 2, the communication path 40 passes through the bottle 2 between the upper gap 41 and the thread 3 a of the bottle 2 and the screw groove 4 a of the cap 4. And communicated with the cap 4 side (atmosphere) through the gap formed in
As a result, the pressurized state in the bottle 2 is released and the inside of the bottle 2 returns to the original state, so that the force for inserting the application shaft 10, that is, the force for rotating the cap 4, is reduced, and the scraping collar The back flow of the liquid cosmetic 5 accumulated on the part 21 is suppressed.
[0029]
As shown in FIG. 4, when the cap 4 is completely fitted, the extruded collar portion 31 stops at the middle part of the scraped collar portion 21, and the liquid cosmetic 5 accumulates therebetween.
Thereafter, when the application shaft 10 is pulled out while removing the cap 4, the liquid level in the bottle 2 is lowered by the volume of the shaft, while the volume of the pulled shaft temporarily becomes negative pressure, so the brush portion 11 When the root of the skin passes through the scraping collar portion 21, the liquid cosmetic 5 accumulated between the scraping collar portions 21 is drawn into the bottle 2 (vacuum effect).
[0030]
As described above, according to the present embodiment, in the middle of pushing out the liquid cosmetic 5 on the scraping collar portion 21, the inside of the bottle 2 that is in communication with the bottle 2 and the cap 4 side is pressurized. As a result of releasing the state, the liquid cosmetic 5 accumulated in the mouth-neck portion 3 of the bottle 2 is smoothly brought into the bottle 2 by the vacuum effect while suppressing the back flow of the liquid cosmetic 5 due to the pressurization in the bottle 2. Thus, liquid overflow can be prevented.
[0031]
Further, according to the present embodiment, when the coating shaft 10 is inserted, the bottle 2 and the cap 4 side communicate with each other to return to the original state in the bottle 2, so that the bottle 2 is collected on the scraping collar 21. The load applied to the cap 4 when the liquid cosmetic 5 is pushed into the bottle 2 can be reduced, and the liquid cosmetic 5 accumulated in the mouth-neck portion 3 of the bottle 2 can be smoothly returned into the bottle 2.
[0032]
In particular, in this respect, the extruded collar portion 31 does not get over the scraped collar portion 21, and the liquid cosmetic 5 accumulated between them is returned into the bottle 2 by the vacuum effect. However, it is advantageous in that there is no return of the liquid cosmetic 5 due to the load generated on the application shaft when getting over the scraping collar portion 21 or the bounce of packing or the like.
[0033]
Further, according to the present embodiment, in a state where the push member 30 is fitted to the application shaft 10 through the fitting hole 33, the communication channel is formed in the space portion where the notch groove 34 is blocked by the outer peripheral surface of the mounting shaft portion 14. Since 40 is formed, the inside of the bottle 2 can be easily returned to the original state only by using the coating shaft 10 and the extrusion member 30 having other uses.
[0034]
Furthermore, according to the present embodiment, the pushing member 30 is prevented from moving in the vertical direction and the circumferential direction with respect to the application shaft 10 by the positioning portion 35 or the like. The groove 34 is not displaced and a stable communication path 40 can be secured.
[0035]
Next, another embodiment (second embodiment) of the liquid cosmetic container according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
As shown in FIG. 6, the liquid cosmetic container 1 </ b> A of the present embodiment has a communication path 40 formed between both the application shaft 10 and the extrusion member 30 in the first embodiment. One difference is that the communication path 40A is formed on one side, and this point will be described below.
[0036]
The communication passage 40A is formed between the first and second communication ports 43 and 44 formed on the outer peripheral surface of the application shaft 10A, and the through hole 45 in the application shaft 10A and between the cap 4 and the cap engagement portion 13. It is configured via a space portion 46 formed therebetween.
The first communication port 43 is on the lower side of the scraping member 20, and the portion on the bottle 2 side with respect to the scraping collar portion 21 when the extruded collar portion 31 reaches a predetermined position of the scraping collar portion 21. Is arranged.
[0037]
Specifically, the first communication port 43 is disposed in the bottle 2 when the extruded collar portion 31 reaches the boundary between the inner surface of the scraping cylindrical portion 22 and the upper surface of the scraping collar portion 21. A communication path 40 </ b> A is formed inside 2 and the cap 4 side.
Further, the second communication port 44 is disposed on the cap engagement 13 </ b> A and is opened inside the cap 4.
[0038]
As described above, according to the present embodiment, the communication path 40A can be formed using only the coating shaft 10A having other uses, and the inside of the bottle 2 can be easily returned to the original state. This is more advantageous than the first embodiment in that the pushing member 30 is not used for forming and the movement of the pushing member 30 in the circumferential direction is not a problem, so that the positioning portion 35 becomes unnecessary.
Other configurations, operations, and effects are the same as those in the first embodiment, and thus description thereof is omitted.
[0039]
The present invention is not limited to the first and second embodiments, and various changes can be made.
For example, the communication path 40 can be formed by a hole penetrating the push member 30 without using the coating shaft 10. However, in this case, as in the first embodiment, by forming the mounting shaft portion 14 on the coating shaft 10, the outer peripheral surfaces of the extrusion member 30 and the coating shaft 10 are made on the same plane, and the upper gap 41 and It is preferable to provide the lower space 42.
[0040]
Further, the relative positional relationship between the extrusion collar 31 and the scraping collar 21 is appropriately changed while considering factors such as the load applied to the cap 4, the amount of extrusion of the liquid cosmetic 5 into the bottle 2, The start position of communication between the bottle 2 and the cap 4 can be shifted.
[0041]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, when the lid is attached to the container body, the liquid cosmetics accumulated in the mouth and neck of the container body are smoothly returned to the container body while releasing the pressurized state in the container body. Thus, a liquid cosmetic container capable of preventing liquid overflow can be obtained.
