Description

【0001】

[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The present invention constitutes an elevator door device that can moderately suppress the generation of noise and can also appropriately shield a gap that seems to be a blind spot.
[0008]
【Example】
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
1 is a front view showing an example of an elevator hall door according to the present invention, FIG. 2 is an enlarged view taken along the line AA in FIG. 1, FIG. 3 is an enlarged view taken along the line BB in FIG. 1 is a view taken along the line CC in FIG. 1, FIG. 5 is an enlarged view of a portion Z in FIG. 4, FIG. 6 is a view taken along the line D-D in FIG. 8 is a partial arrow view taken along line FF in FIG. 4, FIG. 9 is a perspective view showing the relationship between the door 11, the upper frame 1, and the vertical frame 2, FIG. 10 is a plan view of FIG. 12 is a perspective view showing the relationship between the upper portion of the door 11 and the upper frame 1, and FIG. 12 is a perspective view and a partially enlarged view showing the relationship between the door 12, the upper frame 1 and the vertical frame 2.
[0009]
In the figure, the same reference numerals as those in FIG. 15 denote the same components, but 11 and 12 shown in FIG. 1 are landing doors according to the present invention suspended on known door hangers 7 and 8, respectively, and move at high speed. The door 11 moves at a low speed and the door 12 moves at a low speed, and the guide shoes 11a and 12a are respectively guided into the grooves 5a and 5b of the sill 5 shown in FIG. As is well known, the landing doors 11 and 12 have a structure in which a door closing force by a weight or a spring is always applied. Here, about the direction of the door 12, the bending process of the edge part by the side of the non-door 11 is shallowly comprised for the reason mentioned later.
[0010]
4 and FIG. 9 is a door stop rubber provided on the side opposite to the door 12 of the door 11, and 14 is a door stop rubber provided in the vertical frame 2 so as to face the door stop rubber 13. The contact rubbers 13 and 14 are each formed with a concave part on one side and a convex part on the other so that they are firmly in contact with each other, so that they can be contacted without gaps so as to function as a smoke shielding material. In this way, various configurations other than the fitting between the concave portion and the convex portion can be considered and the configuration capable of contacting without a gap is naturally not limited to the embodiment.
[0011]
Next, 15 shown in FIG. 4 and FIG. 5 is a smoke shielding material provided on the door 12 side outer surface of the door 11 via a bracket 15a, which contacts the door 12 when the landing door is closed and seals the gap 1s. is there. Then, the Saegikemuri member 15 at the time of landing door open so as not to come into contact with the door 12, relative to bending is shallow (one dimension l 1 anti door 11 side end portion of the door 12, the dimension l 2 is l 1> l 2 ). That is, in the thickness of the left and right side portions of the door 12, the side opposite to the door 11 is configured to be thin. Reference numeral 41 to be described later is a smoke shielding material provided on the outer surface of the door 12 on the side opposite to the door 11, and contacts the vertical frame 2 to close the gap 2s when the landing door is closed.
[0012]
Next, reference numerals 17 and 18 shown in FIG. 3 are smoke shielding materials made of, for example, a C-shaped flame retardant rubber opened toward the tip, and fitted into the lower end recesses of the doors 11 and 12. The guide shoes 11a and 12a shown in FIG. The smoke shields 17 and 18 can be bent so that the tip of the letter C does not come into contact with the side walls of the sill grooves 5a and 5b when the door is opened and closed. Therefore, the tips of the smoke shields 17 and 18 are normally opened and closed. In the event of a fire, the air in the fire room expands thermally, and air containing high-pressure smoke tries to escape through the lower part of the door, but the smoke barrier provided at the lower end of the door When air flows into 17 and 18, the non-fire chamber side smoke-shielding material is pressed against the side walls of the sill grooves 5 a and 5 b, so that sufficient airtightness is ensured according to the direction of smoke flow. Secured. About the shape of this smoke-shielding material 17 and 18, the front-end | tip of a square-shape may be bent a little inward.
[0013]
Next, 21 and 22 shown in FIG. 2 are removably fitted into the U-groove brackets 23 and 24 of FIG. Therefore, it is arranged so as to be located upward as it goes to the closed side of the door. In particular, the U-groove bracket 23 and the smoke shielding material 21 are provided in the notch 12 b of the door 12. Reference numerals 25 and 26 are contact plates provided so as to be adjustable in the vertical direction with respect to the upper frame 1 and are attached so as to contact the smoke shielding materials 21 and 22 and close the gaps 3s and 4s when the doors 11 and 12 are closed. . The backing plates 25 and 26 are also arranged in an inclined manner as shown in FIG.
[0014]
Next, 27 shown in FIG. 9 is a flat plate that closes the end of the contact plate 25, and 28 is a base provided so as to be in contact with the flat plate 27, and a door stop rubber 29 is attached on the base 28. When the door 11 is closed, the door rubbers 13 and 14 are in close contact with each other, but there is a gap 3s between the door 11 and the vertical frame 2 as shown in FIG. The rubber 29 covers the gap 3s so that the gap 3s can be properly closed. As for the rubber 29, an example in which the same member as the above-described rubber 13 and 14 is used is described, but it may be a simple flat plate.
[0015]
4, 8, and 11 is a flat plate that closes the end portions of the smoke shielding material 22, the contact plate 26, and the U-groove bracket 24 when the door 12 is closed. It is provided on the upper frame 1. 4, 5, 6, and 7 is a flat plate having an elastic body attached to a notch portion of the bracket 15 a on the outer surface of the lower end side portion of the door 11. When the door 11 is closed, the above-described smoke shielding material 15 is provided. It has a role of closing the lower gap 5s. A flat plate 33 having an elastic body having the same shape and structure as the flat plate 32 is also provided in a notch portion of a bracket 40 (described later) on the outer surface of the lower end side of the door 12, and a smoke shielding material 41 described later when the door 12 is closed. The lower gap 6s is configured to be closed. About the shape and structure of this flat plate 32 and 33, you may change according to the condition of the place. Also, the mounting location is not limited to the embodiment.
[0016]
Next, reference numeral 40 shown in FIG. 12 denotes an L-shaped bracket provided on the outer side surface of the door 12. The bracket 40 includes a bracket 42 having a smoke shielding material 41 (the U-groove bracket 43 provided in the bracket 42. The smoke-shielding material 41 is detachably inserted into the door 12 so that the smoke-shielding material 22 and the smoke-shielding material 41 are always in contact with each other. ing. That is, it is desirable to arrange the smoke shielding material 22 and the smoke shielding material 41 on the same vertical plane.
[0017]
44 is a bracket provided on the vertical frame 2 so as to extend upward, and the upper frame 1 is placed on the vertical frame 2 so as to cover the upper side of the vertical frame 2. It arrange | positions so that a part of side surface may be covered. Reference numeral 50 denotes a cover that covers the upper portion of the smoke shielding material 41. When the door 12 is closed, the smoke shielding material 41 is pressed against one surface of the bracket 44, so that the gap 7 s between the door 12, the vertical frame 2, and the upper frame 1 becomes the smoke shielding material 22 and the smoke shielding material 41. It is structured to be properly closed.
[0018]
Accordingly, when the landing doors 11 and 12 are closed, the gap between the vertical frame 2 and the door 11 is the door rubber 13, the door rubber 14 and the door rubber 29, and the gap between the door 12 and the vertical frame 2. The clearance between the bracket 44 and the smoke shielding material 41, the gap between the door 11 and the door 12 is the flat plate 32 and the smoke shielding material 15, and the gap between the upper frame 1 and the door 11 is the smoke shielding material 21, the contact plate 25, the rubber 29 per door, and the door. 12 and the upper frame 1 are closed by the flat plate 30 and the smoke shielding material 22 and the contact plate 26, and the gap between the door 11 or the door 12 and the sill 5 is blocked by the smoke shielding materials 17 and 18 and the flat plates 32 and 33. It is possible to reliably prevent the inflow of smoke into the hoistway and the outflow of smoke from the hoistway to the landing side. In particular, as shown in FIG. 13, since the gaps at the arrow points where three or more members are facing each other can be reliably closed, it can be said that the smoke shielding effect is perfect.
[0019]
By the way, it is thought that it is better to determine the material and shape of the smoke shielding materials 17 and 18 and the smoke shielding materials 21 and 22 or the smoke shielding materials 15 and 41 in accordance with their respective roles, functions, and properties. That is, in the case of the smoke shielding materials 15 and 41, since the surface is simply pressed, it is only necessary to satisfy the smoke shielding performance, and there is no need to consider the movement accompanied by friction. On the other hand, in the case of the smoke shielding materials 17 and 18, since relative movement is always caused with respect to the sill 5 with the opening and closing operation of the door, it is necessary to consider not only the smoke shielding performance but also the friction (vibration and noise countermeasures, etc.). There is a need for a function that allows smooth sliding operation. Further, in the case of the smoke shielding materials 21 and 22, since the friction due to the relative movement with the contact plates 25 and 26 is also received just before the door is closed, the function of performing a smooth sliding operation even if it is not as much as the smoke shielding materials 17 and 18. Is required. That is, it is desirable to have both the properties of smoke shielding performance and sliding performance. Since the doors 11 and 12 are closed while being pressed against the contact plates 25 and 26 at the door closing end portion, the operation is accompanied by friction. Therefore, the smoke shielding materials 21 and 22 improve wear resistance with a low coefficient of friction. It is also effective to apply a special processing to be applied, and to apply a tape or the like having excellent sliding characteristics to the contact plates 25 and 26 side.
[0020]
Especially in the event of a fire, the temperature and air pressure fluctuate. Therefore, in the case of a member that deforms due to the change in the air temperature / pressure difference, for example, in the case of the smoke shielding materials 21, 22, 41, the hollow portion expands slightly or the smoke shielding materials 17, 18 In this case, it is effective that the C-shape is deformed according to the direction of smoke flow. In addition to the case where the shape of the smoke shielding material changes according to the pressure difference, for example, a similar effect can be obtained even if a member (such as a U-groove bracket) that supports the smoke shielding material is configured to be movable. . In addition, according to the regulations regarding smoke shielding performance, it is sufficient that the amount of smoke leakage is 0.2 m 3 / min * m 2 or less when the pressure difference between both sides of the door is 19.6 Pa. Since the smoke performance is not required, it is not always necessary to completely adhere the members.
[0021]
Here, FIG. 14 shows a case where the same members as the smoke shielding materials 17 and 18 are used as the smoke shielding materials 21 ′ and 22 ′. In this way, it is advantageous to devise so as to share parts as much as possible, so that the number of parts can be reduced as much. However, it goes without saying that the material and shape may be selected and determined as appropriate according to the properties, roles, and functions required for the member.
[0022]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, there is very little risk of problems such as vibration and noise when opening and closing a normal door, and if the door is closed, the gap between each door and the entrance / exit frame and the sill and the mutual doors. Since the gap is surely closed according to the situation of the spot, it is possible to appropriately prevent smoke from entering anytime and at any time. Further, there is no need to provide a special drive mechanism or device for the smoke shielding / smoke preventing function. Furthermore, there is a merit that it can be additionally employed in an existing elevator.
