本発明は、購入注文受付システム、その方法及びそのプログラムに関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、物品の購入注文を受け付ける購入注文受付システムとしては、オンラインショッピングサービスでパーソナルコンピュータ（以下パソコンという）を購入する場合に、顧客がパソコンの本体を指定すると、指定されたパソコン本体のメモリ容量やハードディスク容量などについて予め設定されたデフォルト値を提示し、その中から顧客が選択した値を取得して、パソコンの購入注文を受け付けるものが提案されている（例えば、特許文献１参照）。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、近年、パソコンに代表される物品は、製造事業者が自主回収及び再資源化の取組を促進すべき物品と位置づけられている。この種の物品は、主として、法人等の事業者が使用する事業系物品と個人が家庭で使用する家庭系物品とに分類される。そして、事業系物品については、その物品が不要になったときには排出者負担の原則により事業者がその物品を産業廃棄物として処理している。これに対して、家庭系物品については、その物品が不要になったときにその物品の回収をどのように行うかが問題となるが、回収時にその物品に所定の回収ラベルが貼付され且つ回収要求者が個人であることを条件として、無料で製造事業者が自主回収することが考えられる（なお、回収時のその物品に所定の回収ラベルが貼付されておらず且つ回収要求者が個人のときには、有料で製造事業者が自主回収する）。

しかしながら、回収時にその物品に所定の回収ラベルが貼付され且つ回収要求者が個人であることを条件として回収されるパソコン等の物品について、このような回収を考慮したうえで購入注文を受け付けるといったことは、これまで行われていなかった。このため、この種の物品の回収の実効性を高めるにはどうすべきかが課題となっている。

本発明は、このような課題に鑑みなされたものであり、回収時にその物品に所定の回収ラベルが貼付され且つ回収要求者が個人であることを条件として回収される物品につき回収の実効性を高めることができる購入注文受付システム、その方法及びそのプログラムを提供することを目的の一つとする。特に、電気通信回線を通じて受注されるこの種の物品につき回収の実効性を高めることができる購入注文受付システム、その方法及びそのプログラムを提供することを目的の一つとする。

【課題を解決するための手段およびその作用・効果】
本発明の購入注文受付システム、その方法及びそのプログラムは、上述の目的の少なくとも一つを達成するために以下の手段を採った。

本発明は、回収時に回収ラベルが貼付され且つ回収要求者が個人であることを条件として回収される所定物品について購入注文を受け付ける購入注文受付システムであって、
前記所定物品の購入を希望する顧客が個人か否かの属性を取得する属性取得手段と、
前記属性取得手段によって取得された前記属性が個人か否かを判定する属性判定手段と、
前記所定物品の購入を希望する顧客が前記回収ラベルを購入するか否かのラベル購入有無情報を取得するラベル購入有無情報取得手段と、
前記ラベル購入有無情報取得手段によって取得された前記ラベル購入有無情報がラベル購入ありかなしかを判定するラベル購入有無判定手段と、
前記属性判定手段によって前記属性が個人であると判定されたときには前記ラベル購入有無判定手段によってラベル購入ありと判定されたときに限り購入注文の受付処理を行う受付処理手段と
を備えたものである。

この購入注文受付システムでは、回収時に回収ラベルが貼付され且つ回収要求者が個人であることを条件として回収される所定物品の購入注文を受け付ける際、属性判定手段によって顧客の属性が個人であると判定されたときにはラベル購入有無判定手段によって回収ラベルの購入ありと判定されたときに限り、購入注文の受付処理を行う。この結果、個人の顧客は所定物品と共に回収ラベルも購入することになり、購入後の所定物品に回収ラベルを貼付するようになる。このため、その物品が不要になったときには、その物品に所定の回収ラベルが貼付され且つ回収要求者が個人であるとして製造者等へ回収要求される可能性が高くなり、回収の実効性が高くなる。

ここで、「ラベル購入有無情報」とは、回収ラベルの購入の有無に関する情報であってもよいが、回収ラベル付きの物品と回収ラベルなしの物品とが商品名、型番、シリーズ名等で区別されている場合にはその商品名、型番、シリーズ名等であってもよい。

本発明の購入注文受付システムにおいて、前記受付処理手段は、前記属性判定手段によって前記属性が個人であると判定され且つ前記ラベル購入有無判定手段によってラベル購入なしと判定されたときには、前記所定物品と共に前記回収ラベルも併せて購入する必要がある旨を前記顧客に通知するようにしてもよい。個人の顧客は所定物品を購入する際に回収ラベルも併せて購入しないと購入注文の受付処理がなされない。このとき個人の顧客の意思にかかわらず強制的に回収ラベルを購入させることも考えられるが、そうすると唐突に回収ラベルの代金を徴収されることになり、個人の顧客に不快感を与えかねない。これに対して、ここでは、所定物品と共に回収ラベルも併せて購入する必要がある旨が個人の顧客に通知されるため、唐突に回収ラベルの代金を徴収される場合に比べて不快感を感じにくい。

この態様を採用した本発明の購入注文受付システムにおいて、前記受付処理手段は、前記属性判定手段によって前記属性が個人であると判定され且つ前記ラベル購入有無判定手段によってラベル購入なしと判定されたときには、前記所定物品と共に前記回収ラベルも併せて購入する必要がある旨を前記顧客に通知し、その後前記ラベル購入有無判定手段によってラベル購入ありと判定されたときには、前記所定物品と共に前記回収ラベルも併せて購入するときの金額を前記顧客に提示するようにしてもよい。こうすれば、個人の顧客は所定物品と共に回収ラベルを購入するときの金額を確認することができる。

本発明の購入注文受付システムにおいて、前記受付処理手段は、前記属性判定手段によって前記属性が個人以外であると判定され且つ前記ラベル購入有無判定手段によってラベル購入ありと判定されたときには、前記所定物品と共に前記回収ラベルを併せて購入する必要がない旨を前記顧客に通知するようにしてもよい。こうすれば、個人以外の顧客が誤って回収ラベルを購入してしまうのを防止することができる。

この態様を採用した本発明の購入注文受付システムにおいて、前記受付処理手段は、前記属性判定手段によって前記属性が個人以外であると判定され且つ前記ラベル購入有無判定手段によってラベル購入ありと判定されたときには、前記所定物品と共に前記回収ラベルを併せて購入する必要がない旨を前記顧客に通知し、その後前記所定物品と共に前記回収ラベルを併せて購入することを妨げずに購入注文を受け付けるようにしてもよい。こうすれば、個人以外（法人等）の顧客であっても回収ラベルを購入する事情があるかもしれないので、そのような事情のある顧客の要求を満たすことができる。

本発明の購入注文受付システムにおいて、前記属性取得手段は、前記属性を前記顧客のコンピュータから電気通信回線を通じて取得し、前記ラベル購入有無情報取得手段は、前記ラベル購入有無情報を前記顧客のコンピュータから前記電気通信回線を通じて取得するようにしてもよい。こうすれば、電気通信回線を通じて顧客からの購入注文を受け付けることができるため、顧客は販売店に出向いたりする必要がない。

この態様を採用した本発明の購入注文受付システムにおいて、前記受付処理手段は、前記顧客に通知する際には前記電気通信回線を通じて前記顧客のコンピュータへ通知するようにしてもよい。こうすれば、郵送等で通知する場合に比べて、顧客に通知すべき事項を迅速に通知することができる。

本発明の購入注文受付システムにおいて、前記属性取得手段は、前記所定物品の購入を希望する顧客が個人か否かの属性に関するデータを取得して各種情報を記憶可能な記憶手段に記憶し、前記属性判定手段は、前記属性取得手段によって取得され前記記憶手段に記憶された前記属性に関するデータを読み出して該属性が個人か否かを判定し、前記ラベル購入有無情報取得手段は、前記所定物品の購入を希望する顧客が前記回収ラベルを購入するか否かのラベル購入有無に関するデータを取得して前記記憶手段に記憶し、前記ラベル購入有無判定手段は、前記ラベル購入有無情報取得手段によって取得され前記記憶手段に記憶された前記ラベル購入有無に関するデータを読み出してラベル購入ありかなしかを判定してもよい。また、本発明の購入注文受付システムは、前記属性取得手段、前記属性判定手段、前記ラベル購入有無情報取得手段、前記ラベル購入有無情報取得手段及び前記受付処理手段を備えたコンピュータから構成されていてもよい。

本発明は、回収時に回収ラベルが貼付され且つ回収要求者が個人であることを条件として回収される所定物品について購入注文を受け付ける購入注文受付システムであって、
前記所定物品の購入を希望する顧客が個人か否かの属性を取得する属性取得手段と、
前記属性取得手段によって取得された前記属性が個人か否かを判定する属性判定手段と、
前記属性判定手段によって前記属性が個人であると判定されたときには前記回収ラベルの購入ありとして前記所定物品の購入注文を受け付ける受付処理手段と
を備えたものとしてもよい。

この購入注文受付システムでは、回収時に回収ラベルが貼付され且つ回収要求者が個人であることを条件として回収される所定物品の購入注文を受け付ける際、属性判定手段によって顧客の属性が個人であると判定されたときには回収ラベルの購入ありとして購入注文の受付処理を行う。この結果、個人の顧客は所定物品と共に回収ラベルも購入することになり、購入後の所定物品に回収ラベルを貼付するようになる。このため、その物品が不要になったときには、その物品に所定の回収ラベルが貼付され且つ回収要求者が個人であるとして製造者等へ回収要求される可能性が高くなり、回収の実効性が高くなる。

本発明の購入注文受付システムにおいて、前記所定物品は、パソコンであってもよい。パソコンは、製造事業者が自主回収及び再資源化の取組を促進すべき物品と位置づけられているため、本発明の購入注文受付システムにおける所定物品に適用する意義が高い。

本発明は、回収時に回収ラベルが貼付され且つ回収要求者が個人であることを条件として回収される所定物品について購入注文を受け付ける、コンピュータ・ソフトウェアによる購入注文受付方法であって、
（ａ）前記所定物品の購入を希望する顧客が個人か否かの属性を取得するステップと、
（ｂ）前記ステップ（ａ）で取得された前記属性が個人か否かを判定するステップと、
（ｃ）前記所定物品の購入を希望する顧客が前記回収ラベルを購入するか否かのラベル購入有無情報を取得するステップと、
（ｄ）前記ステップ（ｃ）で取得された前記ラベル購入有無情報がラベル購入ありかなしかを判定するステップと、
（ｅ）前記ステップ（ｂ）で前記属性が個人であると判定されたときには前記ステップ（ｄ）でラベル購入ありと判定されたときに限り購入注文の受付処理を行うステップと
を含むものとしてもよい。

この購入注文受付方法では、回収時に回収ラベルが貼付され且つ回収要求者が個人であることを条件として回収される所定物品の購入注文を受け付ける際、顧客が個人のときには回収ラベルが併せて購入されるときに限り、購入注文の受付処理を行う。この結果、個人の顧客は所定物品と共に回収ラベルも購入することになり、購入後の所定物品に回収ラベルを貼付するようになる。このため、その物品が不要になったときには、その物品に所定の回収ラベルが貼付され且つ回収要求者が個人であるとして製造者等へ回収要求される可能性が高くなり、回収の実効性が高くなる。

本発明は、上述した購入注文受付方法の各ステップを１又は複数のコンピュータに実行させるためのプログラムとしてもよい。このプログラムは、コンピュータが読み取り可能な記録媒体（例えばハードディスク、ＲＯＭ、ＦＤ、ＣＤ、ＤＶＤなど）に記録されていてもよいし、伝送媒体（インターネットやＬＡＮなどの通信網）を介してあるコンピュータから別のコンピュータへ配信されてもよいし、その他どのような形で授受されてもよい。このプログラムを一つのコンピュータに実行させるか又は複数のコンピュータに各ステップを分担して実行させれば、上述した購入注文受付方法の各ステップが実行されるため、上述した購入注文受付方法と同様の作用効果が得られる。

【発明の実施の形態】
次に、本発明の実施の形態を図面に基づいて説明する。図１は、本発明の一実施形態である購入注文受付システム１０の構成の概略を示す構成図である。本実施形態の購入注文受付システム１０は、図１に示すように、オンラインショッピングサイトを開設するウェブサーバ１２と、顧客情報や商品情報や注文情報をデータベース化してストレージ１６へ記憶するデータベースサーバ１４とを備えている。

ウェブサーバ１２は、各種制御を実行するＣＰＵ１２ａ、各種制御プログラムを記憶するＲＯＭ１２ｂ、データを一時記憶するＲＡＭ１２ｃ、各種アプリケーションプログラムや各種データファイルを記録するＨＤＤ１２ｄ、ＬＡＮケーブル１８に接続されたＬＡＮボード１２ｅなどを備えた周知のサーバコンピュータである。このウェブサーバ１２は、ＬＡＮケーブル１８に接続された図示しないルータを介して電気通信回線としてのインターネット２０に接続され、インターネット２０上でパソコンを販売するオンラインショッピングサイトを開設するサーバである。また、ウェブサーバ１２は、顧客側に設置されたクライアントコンピュータ２２からの要求をインターネット２０を通じて受信する要求窓口となるサーバであり、クライアントコンピュータ２２から受信した要求内容に応じた応答内容をクライアントコンピュータ２２へ送信したり、クライアントコンピュータ２２から受信した顧客情報や注文情報をＬＡＮケーブル１８を通じてデータベースサーバ１４に送信したりする機能を有している。オンラインショッピングサイトで販売されるパソコンは、不要になったときにこのサイトを運営する事業者が回収を行うことになっており、具体的には、不要になったときに回収ラベルが貼付されていること及び事業者に回収を要求する者が個人であることを条件にこのサイトを運営する事業者が回収を行うことになっている。

データベースサーバ１４は、ウェブサーバ１２と同様、各種制御を実行するＣＰＵ１４ａ、各種制御プログラムを記憶するＲＯＭ１４ｂ、データを一時記憶するＲＡＭ１４ｃ、各種アプリケーションプログラムや各種データファイルを記録するＨＤＤ１４ｄ、ＬＡＮケーブル１８に接続されたＬＡＮボード１４ｅなどを備えた周知のサーバコンピュータである。このデータベースサーバ１４は、ＬＡＮケーブル１８を通じてウェブサーバ１２と通信を行い、必要に応じてストレージ１６から情報を読み出してウェブサーバ１２へ送信したりウェブサーバ１２から受信した情報をストレージ１６へ記憶したりする。ストレージ１６は、顧客情報をデータベース化した顧客ＤＢ１６ａと、商品情報をデータベース化した商品ＤＢ１６ｂと、注文情報をデータベース化した注文ＤＢ１６ｃとを備えている。ここで、顧客情報とは、顧客がオンラインショッピングサイトで商品を注文する際に登録した情報であり、具体的には顧客の住所、氏名、年齢、メールアドレス等の個人情報である。商品情報とは、商品の外観を表す画像、商品名、商品を説明する説明文、価格、在庫数に関する情報である。注文情報とは、顧客がオンラインショッピングサイトで商品を注文する際に入力した情報であり、具体的には受注日、商品名、購入個数などの情報である。

クライアントコンピュータ２２は、周知の汎用パソコンであり、インストールされたウェブブラウザによりインターネット２０を通じてウェブサーバ１２へ要求を送信したりウェブサーバ１２から応答を受信したりする。このクライアントコンピュータ２２は、各種情報を画面表示するディスプレイ２４や、顧客が各種指令を入力するキーボード等の入力装置２６などを備え、ウェブサーバ１２から送信されるブラウザ画面をディスプレイ２４に表示すると共に、そのブラウザ画面に表示されたボタン等を顧客が入力装置２６を介してオン操作したときにそのボタンに応じた動作を実行する機能を有している。

次に、こうして構成された本実施形態の購入注文受付システム１０の動作、特にウェブサーバ１２の動作について説明する。図２は、ウェブサーバ１２のＣＰＵ１２ａにより実行される注文受付処理のフローチャートである。ここではウェブサーバ１２の注文受付処理を便宜的にフローチャートを用いて説明するが、実際にはウェブサーバ１２がクライアントコンピュータ２２との間で行う通信処理であるため、クライアントコンピュータ２２からの要求内容によってはこのフローチャートどおりに処理が流れていかないこともある。例えばステップＳ１００の処理はクライアントコンピュータ２２からお奨めパソコンの表示画面の要求を受信することが前提となっているが、ここでの処理はウェブサーバ１２がクライアントコンピュータ２２からの要求を受信したときその要求内容を解析し、その要求内容がお奨めパソコンの表示画面を要求するものだったときにその表示画面をクライアントコンピュータ２２へ送信することを意味する。したがって、要求内容がお奨めパソコンの表示画面の要求でなかったときには別の処理を行う。ステップＳ１０２〜Ｓ１０６についても同様である。

さて、ウェブサーバ１２は、インターネット２０を通じてクライアントコンピュータ２２からお奨めパソコンの表示画面の要求を受信すると、それを一時的にＲＡＭ１２ｃに記憶し、その要求に応じてお奨めパソコンの表示画面３０（図３参照）をインターネット２０を通じてクライアントコンピュータ２２へ送信する（ステップＳ１００）。これを受信したクライアントコンピュータ２２は、この表示画面３０をディスプレイ２４に表示する。この表示画面３０には、タワーＰＣシリーズ表示欄３２とノートＰＣシリーズ表示欄３４とに分類され、各シリーズ表示欄３２，３４につき複数のお奨めパソコンの表示欄３２ａ，３２ｂ，３４ａ，３４ｂが設けられている。各表示欄３２ａ，３２ｂ，３４ａ，３４ｂには、商品名、お奨めの構成部品（ＣＰＵのプロセッサ名やクロック数、ＲＡＭ容量、ＨＤＤ容量等）、価格などが表示される。ウェブサーバ１２は、これらの情報をデータベースサーバ１４から取得して表示する。顧客は、気に入ったお奨めパソコンをそのまま購入する場合には「カートに入れる」ボタンを入力装置２６を使って選択するが、お奨め商品の構成部品を自分の好みに合わせて変更したい場合には「カスタマイズ」ボタンを選択する。ここでは、顧客が「カスタマイズ」ボタンを選択したとする。すると、クライアントコンピュータ２２は、そのお奨め商品に関するカスタマイズ要求をインターネット２０を通じてウェブサーバ１２へ送信する。

ウェブサーバ１２は、所定のお奨め商品に関するカスタマイズ要求を受信すると、その要求に応じてデータベースサーバ１４からそのお奨め商品に関する商品情報を取得しそれを一時的にＲＡＭ１２ｃに記憶し、そのお奨め商品に関するカスタマイズ画面４０（図４参照）をインターネット２０を通じてクライアントコンピュータ２２へ送信する（ステップＳ１０２）。これを受信したクライアントコンピュータ２２は、カスタマイズ画面４０をディスプレイ２４に表示する。図４は、お奨め商品がタワーＰＣシリーズの商品名「○○○○」のときのカスタマイズ画面４０を表す説明図であり、ＢＴＯ（Build To Order）画面とも呼ばれるものである。このカスタマイズ画面４０には、本体必須仕様の選択部４２としてベースユニット、ＯＳ、ＣＰＵ、メモリ等のほかＰＣ回収ラベルの購入選択欄が表示され、オプション＆サービスの選択部４４としてディスプレイ、外付けＵＳＢ機器等の購入選択欄が表示され、このうちベースユニットの購入選択欄は固定表示されているがそれ以外はプルダウンメニューから顧客が選択するようになっている。このカスタマイズ画面４０の左側には、価格欄４６が設けられている。この価格欄４６には、各購入選択欄で選択された内容に連動して価格が更新されるシステム単価欄のほか、送料欄、消費税欄、合計金額欄などが設けられている。顧客は、各購入選択欄で自分の好みに合った構成を選択しつつ価格欄４６のシステム単価や合計金額を確認し、各購入選択欄の入力が完了したとき、「構成確認へ」ボタンを入力装置２６で選択する。すると、クライアントコンピュータ２２は、このカスタマイズ画面４０で選択された内容と構成確認要求とをインターネット２０を通じてウェブサーバ１２へ送信する。

ここで、カスタマイズ画面４０におけるＰＣ回収ラベルの購入選択欄４２ａは、本体必須仕様の一つとして設けられ、プルダウンメニューを開くと購入するかしないかのいずれかが選択可能となっている。ＰＣ回収ラベルは、顧客が個人のときには必ず購入する必要があるものであり、その注意書きが同欄の下に表示されている。また、ＰＣ回収ラベルは、本実施形態ではディスクトップ型（タワーＰＣを含む）とノート型とで異なる価格設定がなされている。ＰＣ回収ラベルを利用したパソコンの回収手順は、購入後に個人がパソコンの本体にＰＣ回収ラベルを貼付し、将来そのパソコンが不要になったときに個人がそのパソコンの製造事業者（ここではオンラインショッピングサイトを運営する事業者でもある）へ回収を要求すると、そのパソコンが回収されリサイクルされる。つまり、回収時にパソコンに回収ラベルが貼付され且つ回収要求者が個人であることを条件としてそのパソコンが製造事業者により回収される。

図２に戻り、ウェブサーバ１２は、カスタマイズ画面４０で選択された内容と構成確認要求とを受信するとそれを一時的にＲＡＭ１２ｃに記憶し、その要求に応じて構成確認画面５０（図５参照）を作成し、その構成確認画面５０をインターネット２０を通じてクライアントコンピュータ２２へ送信する（ステップＳ１０４）。これを受信したクライアントコンピュータ２２は、構成確認画面５０をディスプレイ２４に表示する。この構成確認画面５０には、カスタマイズ画面４０で顧客が選択した構成部品が列記される構成部品列記欄５２と、カスタマイズ画面４０の価格欄４６と同様の価格欄５６とが表示される。顧客は、構成部品列記欄５２と価格欄５６のシステム単価や合計金額を確認したあと、その構成で購入を希望する場合には「カートに入れる」ボタンを入力装置２６で選択する。すると、クライアントコンピュータ２２は、カート中身の要求をインターネット２０を通じてウェブサーバ１２へ送信する。

ウェブサーバ１２は、カート中身の要求を受信するとそれを一時的にＲＡＭ１２ｃに記憶し、その要求に応じてカート画面６０（図６参照）を作成し、そのカート画面６０をインターネット２０を通じてクライアントコンピュータ２２へ送信する（ステップＳ１０６）。これを受信したクライアントコンピュータ２２は、カート画面６０をディスプレイ２４に表示する。このカート画面６０には、構成確認画面５０で確認された商品名や台数、システム単価、税込合計等を表示したショッピングカートの中身を表示するカート中身表示欄６２と、顧客に属性を入力してもらう顧客属性入力欄６４とが表示される。顧客は、カート中身表示欄６２の内容を確認後、その内容で購入することを決めたときには、顧客属性入力欄６４に列記された個人、個人事業主、法人、学校、官公庁のうち自分の該当するラジオボタンに入力装置２６でチェックを入れたあと、「ご購入手続へ」ボタンを入力装置２６で選択する。すると、クライアントコンピュータ２２は、カート画面６０に表示された内容（顧客属性入力欄６４の内容を含む）と購入手続要求とをインターネット２０を通じてウェブサーバ１２へ送信する。
