本発明は、根太又は他の下地に合板等を捨て貼りした床下地の上に敷設して施工される床暖房装置の構造に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
この種の床暖房装置は、根太又は他の下地に合板等を捨て貼りした床下地1の上に図4に示すように床暖房パネルAを敷設し、床暖房パネルAの上面に床仕上げ材2を貼って施工される。床暖房パネルAは発泡スチレン等の発泡樹脂の基板3に温水パイプ4a、電熱ヒータ等の発熱体4を埋設し、床仕上げ材2を固定するための木材等の小根太5を基板3に部分的に設け、基板3や小根太5の上面にアルミニウム箔等の均熱シート6を貼ってある。上記床暖房パネルAは薄型にするために基板3の厚さと小根太5の厚さを同じにしてあり、基板3に小根太5を上下に貫通するように埋設してある。実際の製造では基板3の適宜形状のピース材と小根太5とをジグソーパズル状に組み合わせ、例えば、これらに貼り合わされた均熱シート6を介することによって一体的に組み合わせられている。

上記課題を解決するため本発明の床暖房装置は、温水パイプ4a、電熱ヒータ等の発熱体4を基板3に埋設すると共に床仕上げ材固定用の小根太5を前記基板3に部分的に設け、前記基板3や前記小根太5の上面に全面に亙るように均熱シート6を貼り、前記均熱シート6の上に床仕上げ材2を敷設して床仕上げ材2を前記小根太5に固定した床暖房装置であって、前記小根太5間の部分の位置と対応する部分で前記均熱シート6の上面に接着剤9が接着しない非接着層12を設けたことを特徴とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の床暖房装置も従来例と同様に根太又は他の下地に合板等を捨て貼りした床下地1の上に床暖房パネルAを敷設し、床暖房パネルAの上面に床仕上げ材2を貼って施工される。床暖房パネルAは発泡スチレン等の発泡樹脂の基板3に温水パイプ4a、電熱ヒータ等の発熱体4を埋設し、床仕上げ材2を固定するための木材等の小根太5を基板3に部分的に設け、基板3や小根太5の上面にアルミニウム箔等の均熱シート6を貼ってある。
