【従来の技術】
従来、土木、建築の鉄筋コンクリート構造、鉄骨鉄筋コンクリート構造等の鉄筋工事で使用する帯筋及びあばら筋は異型鉄筋を冷間工法で加工製作して施工しているのが大部分である。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
異型鉄筋を使用した帯筋、あばら筋はベンダー等の冷間工法にて施工する為に曲げ加工部分の強度が低下するので地震や年月の経過による鋼材の劣化及びコンクリートの劣化(鋼材の錆の発生やコンクリートの化学反応等に起因する膨張、亀裂、破壊等)が原因で生じる鋼材の破断や亀裂に対し耐力不足が生じる場合があり構造物の安定が損なわれる。

異型鉄筋ではコンクリートに圧縮力が生じる時に帯筋、あばら筋の中央部が曲げに弱いので主筋の応力に対する曲げに対し対応出来なくなる場合が生じる。

本発明の帯筋、あばら筋を使用する事で、従来工法と比較して強度の向上を計り耐力を補う事で前述の欠点を解決しようとするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は異型鉄筋で造る、帯筋及びあばら筋をT字形断面の形鋼材で造る事で強度の向上が計れるようにした。

曲げ角部の強度の向上を計るために製品は四方閉鎖型の一体構造とし基本の製造方法を熱間圧延工法にする事で従来工法と比較して、曲げ角部の強度の低下を改善した。

【発明の実施の形態】
帯筋及びあばら筋に使用する形鋼材の断面はT字型の形状とし断面の出隅部は丸面取り、入隅部は丸面付けとしてコンクリートとなじみ易いようにした。

一体製法の四方閉鎖型とし曲げ加工等による角部の強度の低下を防いだ。

製造方法は熱圧延工法を基本とするが、部分的に現場等では継手部分等を溶接やガス圧接工法及びボルト接続工法等を併用する事も出来る。

以下添付図面に従って一実施例を説明する。図1で示すように帯筋やあばら筋に使用する形鋼材は角丸面T字形断面形状とする

角丸面T字形断面の形鋼材は図1イに示すように出隅角部分は丸面取りとし図1ロに示すように入隅部分を丸面付けにすることによりコンクリートの打設時に骨材の流れが滑らかになるようにしてコンクリート躯体の密度を高め、鋼材の周囲に隙間が生じにくい様な形状の造りにする

【発明の効果】
上記の如く本発明の角丸面T字形断面の形鋼材を使用した帯筋、あばら筋は従来の異型鉄筋を加工して使用するのと比較して次の点で有利になる
(イ)年月の経過による鋼材やコンクリートの劣化が原因で生じる応力に対する耐力の向上が計れる
(ロ)コンクリートの化学反応等に起因するコンクリートの膨張や劣化による鋼材の破断や欠損等に対する耐力の向上が計れる
(ハ)地震等構造体に掛かる多種の応力に対する耐力の向上が期待できる
