Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a binding tool used to bundle electric wires and cables.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As a binding tool of this type, it is composed of a strap made of synthetic resin and a locking head, the locking head is provided with a pair of insertion holes or one insertion hole, and locking teeth are projected in the insertion holes. There is something called. To bundle wires and cables, bundle the wires and cables with a strap of the required length, insert both ends of the strap into the insertion holes of the locking head, and then tighten both ends of the strap with your fingers or tools. The strap is bitten into the locking teeth in the insertion hole and engaged in the retaining state, whereby the electric wire, the cable and the like are held in the tightened and bound state.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, since the front and back surfaces of the synthetic resin strap are smooth, the fingers and tools are slippery when the strap is inserted into the locking head and the ends of the strap are tightened with fingers or tools. I couldn't tighten it as I wanted.
[0004]
As an anti-slip measure, it is conceivable to form knurls on both the front and back sides of the strap. As the knurls, flat grooves that run in parallel with the narrow grooves running along the entire length of the strap in the longitudinal direction are arranged at a small pitch. If you use, it will exert the function of preventing your fingers from slipping, but the strap will be thinned and weakened by the flatness over the entire length in the width direction, so if the locking teeth in the locking head bite into the flat after tightening, It was found that the strap easily breaks due to concentration.
[0005]
Therefore, the present invention has been made based on such knowledge, and the strap has a function of preventing slipping of fingers and tools so as to enable strong tightening and to prevent the strap from being broken by the locking teeth in the locking head. An object of the present invention is to provide a binding tool such as an electric wire.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The binding device such as an electric wire of the present invention includes a strap made of synthetic resin, an insertion hole through which both ends of the strap are inserted, and protruding into the insertion hole so as to bite into the strap in the insertion hole. A locking head having locking teeth to be joined, and diagonally knurled eyes in which slanted eyes are formed on both front and back surfaces of the strap so that the thinned portions of the strap are intermittently formed in the width direction. It is characterized in that it is formed so that the locking teeth bite in the width direction of the part .
[0007]
[Action]
Even when both ends of the strap inserted through the insertion hole of the locking head are gripped and tightened strongly with fingers or tools, the fingers and tools are caught on the both sides of the strap so that they do not slide.
In addition, according to the twilled knurled eyes crossing the diagonal eyes, the thinned portion of the strap is discontinuous only by being intermittently formed in the width direction. Even if the locking teeth in the locking head bite, the strap does not break.
[0008]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
An embodiment of a binding tool according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
1 is a perspective view of the locking head of the binding tool, FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing the strap of the binding tool with a part thereof omitted, FIG. 3 is an enlarged sectional view taken along line AA in FIG. 2, and FIG. It is a half notched cross-sectional view of the binding tool shown.
[0009]
The binding tool according to the present invention is a combination of the locking head 1 shown in FIG. 1 and the strap 2 shown in FIGS.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 4, the locking head 1 is formed by bending a head body 3 made of a synthetic resin material into a truncated pyramid shape, a stainless steel plate or the like into a V shape, and engaging teeth at both ends. 4 and 4 and a metal locking body 5. The head main body 3 has two insertion holes 6, 6 that can be inserted through both ends of the strap 2 in a vertically penetrating manner, and a V shape in which a locking body 5 can be inserted between the insertion holes 6, 6. The insertion hole 7 is formed in a penetrating shape in the front-rear direction so as to communicate with the insertion holes 6 and 6. The locking body 5 is inserted into the insertion hole 7 from one side in the front-rear direction of the head body 3 and fixed so that the tooth tips of the locking teeth 4, 4 protrude into the insertion holes 6, 6, respectively.
[0010]
On the other hand, the strap 2 is extruded in a strip shape with a synthetic resin material, and the strap 2 is engraved on both the front and back surfaces of the strap 2 by passing between knurled gears on the outer peripheral surface in the extrusion process. As a result, a knurled eye 8 having a cross shape is formed by crossing oblique eyes as shown in FIGS.
[0011]
In order to bundle electric wires, cables and the like using the locking head 1 and the strap 2 having the above-described configuration, as shown in FIG. 4, bundled bodies 9 such as electric wires and cables are bundled with the strap 2, and one end 2 a of the strap 2 is connected to the locking head. After inserting the other end 2b of the strap 2 into the other insertion hole 6 of the locking head 1 and holding the locking head 1 with one hand, the finger of the other hand or the other hand The strap 2 is gripped and tightened with the tool 2 held in place, and the strap 2 is engaged with the locking teeth 4 in the respective insertion holes 6 to engage with each other in a retaining state. As a result, the bundled body 9 is tightened and bound. It is kept in the state that was done.
[0012]
At that time, fingers and tools that grasp both ends 2a and 2b of the strap 2 are not slipped because they are caught by the knurled knurled eyes 8 formed on both the front and back surfaces of the strap 2, and therefore, an extremely easy tightening operation. Thus, the object 9 can be strongly tightened and bound. In addition, according to the knurled knurled eye 8, the thinned portion of the strap 2 is formed intermittently in the width direction and becomes discontinuous. The strap 2 is not broken even if the latching teeth 4 of the first bite bite.
[0013]
In the above embodiment, the locking head 1 has two insertion holes 6, 6. One end 2 a of the strap 2 is inserted into one insertion hole 6, and the other end 2 b of the strap 2 is inserted into the other insertion hole 6. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and it is assumed that the locking head 1 has a single insertion hole 6 and that one end 2a and the other end 2b of the strap 2 are inserted through the insertion hole 6 together. Even if it exists, it is applicable similarly. In the case of the locking head 1 having the single insertion hole 6, it goes without saying that the locking teeth 4 that bite into and engage with the one end 2 a and the other end 2 b of the strap 2 are projected into the insertion hole 6. That is.
[0014]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, a simple means of forming a knurled knurled eye on both the front and back sides of the strap can exert the anti-slip function of the strap fingers and tools and tighten the electric wires and cables easily and firmly. This has the advantage that the strap can be prevented from being broken by the locking teeth in the locking head.
