図2は、蒸煮液への応用を示す図解図である。
図1a及び1bは本発明が如何にヘミセルロース富化含浸液に応用し得るかを示している。本発明は単一容器及び2個容器の蒸煮システムの両方に適当であり、その際図1a及び図1bにそれぞれ示す如く含浸液はシステムに応じて種々の位置から抜出すことができしかも蒸煮システム外部で滞留時間が与えられて次後にこの同じシステムに返送される。
好ましい具体例においては、本発明は図2により種々の蒸煮帯域3、12及び13の間にあるスクリーン部分10及び11で蒸煮液の全ての抜出しに好ましくは応用されるけれども、本発明はまた個々の抜出しに応用でき、それにも拘わらず本発明の目的を満たす。特に本発明を最終の向流式蒸煮帯域に応用した時、きわめて良好な結果が得られた。

Claims (8)
- 向上したパルプ品質及び/又は増大した収量を有するケミカルパルプの連続蒸煮方法であって、蒸解機システムはチップ材と処理液との混合物を供給する入口を含有する、セルロース含浸及び蒸煮用の少なくとも1個の容器よりなり、その際チップ材は先ず既定の含浸温度Timpで含浸されついで含浸帯域におけるよりも10〜40℃高い蒸煮帯域での既定の蒸煮温度Tcookで蒸煮され、その後に蒸解機システムで溶解したパルプは蒸解機システムの出口から送出し、
(イ)処理液の多数、n、の抽出は、蒸解機システムの入口と出口との間の相異なる位置で行ない、その際第1の抽出は蒸解機システムで最初に設けられ、nは少なくとも1であり、
(ロ)チップ材は蒸解機システム内の多数回(n+1)、の処理帯域を通過し、その際第1の処理帯域は蒸解機システムの最初に設けられ、前記の抽出は処理帯域間で行ない、
(ハ)処理帯域におけるチップ材の滞留時間は10〜120分の期間であり、その際チップ材は少なくとも60分間既定の蒸煮温度Tcookで蒸煮する、ケミカルパルプの連続蒸煮方法において、前記の抽出nの何れか1つから連続的に抜出される処理液は140℃以上に何ら加熱することなく少なくとも30分間の滞留時間t中は蒸解機システムの外側の位置に少なくとも一部は保持され、これによって、ヘキセンウロン酸は処理液に溶解したヘミセルロース中のキシラン連鎖から脱離し、しかる後に処理液は抜出しの高さに達する前にチップカラム中の液体についてせいぜい5〜10分の滞留時間t 1 に相当する位置で又は抜出しの下流側にある位置で蒸解機システムに返送され、これによってキシランがパルプに再沈澱される次後の処理帯域で処理液の一部を構成することを特徴とする、ケミカルパルプの連続蒸煮方法。 - 処理液が蒸解機システムの外側の位置に滞留する滞留時間tは45〜90分の間であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 処理液を蒸解機システムに返送するとき、処理液はTmin−Tmax(但しTmin=100℃、Tmax=140℃)の間隔にある温度Treturnであることを特徴とする請求項2記載の方法。
- 滞留時間t後に蒸解機システムに返送される処理液の一部は、抜出される処理液の少なくとも20%を構成することを特徴とする請求項3記載の方法。
- 滞留時間t後に蒸解機システムに返送される処理液の全量は、回収のため蒸解機システムからの全抜出し量の少なくとも50%を構成することを特徴とする請求項4記載の方法。
- 蒸解機システムの外部で保持される処理液に白液、緑液、黒液、セルロース誘導体又はアントラキノンの少なくとも1回の添加を行なうことを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 処理液への滞留時間の作用を増大するため、抜出した処理液に蒸解機システム外部の滞留時間を与える前に、抜出した処理液に少なくとも白液、緑液、黒液、セルロース誘導体又はアントラキノンの添加を行なうことを特徴とする請求項6記載の方法。
- 添加は白液、緑液、黒液、セルロース誘導体、有機スルフィド、メルカプチド又はアントラキノン誘導体よりなり得ることを特徴とする請求項7記載の方法。
