Claims (10)
- パワーユニット、エネルギー貯蔵装置及び、複数の状態を持つ状態機械を含む制御器、を持つハイブリッド電気自動車を制御する方法であって、
上記貯蔵装置のパラメーターの値を判定する工程、
上記機械が、上記パワーユニットを停止させるように要求するOFF状態にあり、そして上記パラメーターがONレベル未満であるとき、上記機械を上記OFF状態から、上記パワーユニットが既に運転中であれば動作を継続させるように要求する一方、該パワーユニットが既に停止中であれば何もしないように要求するOPPORTUNISTIC状態へ移行させる工程、
上記機械が、上記パワーユニットを運転することを要求するON状態にあり、上記パラメーターが上記ONレベルよりも大きいとき、上記機械を上記ON状態から上記OPPORTUNISTIC状態へ移行させる工程、
上記機械が上記OPPORTUNISTIC状態にあり、上記パラメーターがMINレベル未満のとき、上記機械を上記OPPORTUNISTIC状態から上記ON状態へ移行させる工程、及び
上記機械が上記OPPORTUNISTIC状態にあり、上記パラメーターが、上記ONレベルよりも大きいOFFレベルよりも大きいとき、上記機械を上記OPPORTUNISTIC状態から上記OFF状態へ移行させる工程、を有する方法。 - 上記貯蔵装置がバッテリーである、請求項1の方法。
- 上記パワーユニットが内燃機関である、請求項1又は2の方法。
- 上記パラメーターが上記バッテリーの充電状態(SOC)である、請求項2の方法。
- 上記パラメーターが、リアルタイムに計算される上記バッテリーの放電出力限界(DPL)である、請求項2の方法。
- 上記レベルが、車両変速機の位置に応じて変化する、請求項3の方法。
- パワーユニット、エネルギー貯蔵装置、変速機及び、上記パワーユニットが運転状態にあることを要求するON状態、上記パワーユニットが停止状態にあることを要求するOFF状態、そして、上記パワーユニットが既に運転中のときに運転を継続することを要求する一方、該パワーユニットが既に停止中であれば何もしないように要求するOPPORTUNISTIC状態を含む、複数の状態を持つ状態機械を含む制御器、を持つハイブリッド電気自動車を制御する方法であって、
上記貯蔵装置のパラメーターの値を判定する工程、
上記機械が上記ON状態にあり、上記パラメーターがONレベルよりも大きいとき、上記機械を上記ON状態から上記OPPRTUNISTIC状態へ移行させる工程、
上記機械が上記OFF状態にあり、上記パラメーターがONレベル未満のとき、上記機械を上記OFF状態から上記OPPORTUNISTIC状態へ移行させる工程、
上記機械が上記OPPORTUNISTIC状態にあり、上記パラメーターが上記ONレベル未満のMINレベル未満のとき、上記機械を上記OPPORTUNISTIC状態から上記ON状態へ移行させる工程、及び
上記機械が上記OPPORTUNISTIC状態にあり、上記パラメーターが上記ONレベルよりも大きいOFFレベルよりも大きいとき、上記機械を上記OPPORTUNISTIC状態から上記OFF状態へ移行させる工程、を有する方法。 - パワーユニット及びエネルギー貯蔵装置を持つハイブリッド電気自動車のための制御器であって、
上記パワーユニットを運転することを要求するON状態、上記パワーユニットが停止することを要求するOFF状態及び、上記パワーユニットが既に運転中のときに運転を継続することを要求する一方、該パワーユニットが既に停止中であれば何もしないように要求するOPPORTUNISTIC状態を含む、複数の状態を持つ状態機械、
上記貯蔵装置のパラメーターの値を判定する手段、
上記パラメーターがONレベルを下回るとき、上記機械の上記OFF状態から上記OPPORTUNISTIC状態への移行を要求する手段、
上記パラメーターが上記ONレベルを上回るとき、上記機械の上記ON状態から上記OPPORTUNISTIC状態への移行を要求する手段、
上記パラメーターが上記ONレベル未満のMINレベルを下回るとき、上記機械の上記OPPORTUNISTIC状態から上記ON状態への移行を要求する手段、
上記パラメーターが上記ONレベルより大きいOFFレベルを上回るとき、上記機械の上記OPPORTUNISTIC状態から上記OFF状態への移行を要求する手段、を有する制御器。 - 上記車両が変速機を含み、上記MINレベル、ONレベル及びOFFレベルが、上記変速機がドライブ位置にあるとき一組の値であり、上記変速機が後進位置にあるときそれぞれがより高い別の組の値である、請求項8の制御器。
- 上記ONレベルが、上記MINレベルと上記OFFレベルとの間の値を持つ、請求項9の制御器。
