図1〜図3に実施例1の電動ウォータポンプを示す。図1は、実施例1の電動ウォータポンプにおける軸方向側面の断面図である。また、図2は、実施例1の鉄心としての固定子鉄心1相分とコイルの詳細を説明した図であり、図2(a)は固定子鉄心及びコイルを部分的に断面とした状態の斜視図、図2(b)は固定子鉄心の正面図、図2(c)は、固定子鉄心の内周を内側から見た周方向の展開図、図2(d)は、固定子鉄心及びコイルにおける一部の側面の断面図である。更に、図3は、図1のA−A断面図である。
12aの他端側の開口は、ボルト6によってポンプハウジング3で封止されている。このため、ポンプハウジング3の一部がモータハウジング12を兼ねることとなる。尚、収容部12aと封止板12bは、ポンプハウジング3と同様のダイキャスト工法によるアルミ合金材料にて成形されている。また、封止板12bには、ウォータポンプ部側に突出する中空円筒形状の軸受支持部17がポンプハウジング3の軸受支持部8と対向するかたちでポンプハウジング3の軸受支持部8と同様に一体成形されている。
図5に実施例2の電動ウォータポンプを示す。図5aは、実施例2の電動ウォータポンプにおける軸方向側面の断面図であり、図5bは、図5aのB−B断面図である。また、図5cは、非磁性体材料である樹脂にてモールドされた固定子鉄心だけを取り出したものの側面図である。尚、実施例1と共通する部位については、同一称呼,同一の符号で表す。

Claims (17)
- 車両に搭載される電動ポンプであって、
軸方向両端側から相手側端部に向かって夫々伸びる複数の第1の爪磁極と複数の第2の爪磁極を有し、該第1の爪磁極と複数の第2の爪磁極が周方向に交互に配置されるよう環状に形成された鉄心と、
該鉄心に沿って環状に周回するように巻回され、通電することにより前記第1の爪磁極と複数の第2の爪磁極に異なった磁極を形成するコイルと、
前記第1の爪磁極と複数の第2の爪磁極に対向して前記鉄心と相対回転可能に設けられ、周方向に異なった磁極が生じるように構成された磁極部材と、で構成される電動モータと、
前記鉄心、もしくは、前記磁極部材によって回転力が与えられることにより流動媒体を吐出するポンプ構成体と、を有し、
前記鉄心は、単相に形成されると共に、前記第1の爪磁極及び第2の爪磁極には、周方向一方に磁界が偏奇する磁界偏奇部が設けられていることを特徴とする電動ポンプ。 - 請求項1に記載の電動ポンプにおいて、
前記磁界偏奇部は、前記第1の爪磁極及び第2の爪磁極における周方向一方側より周方向他方側の方が前記磁極部材と空隙が離間することにより構成されることを特徴とする電動ポンプ。 - 請求項1に記載の電動ポンプにおいて、
前記鉄心は、複数相に形成されていることを特徴とする電動ポンプ。 - 冷却媒体を吐出する電動ポンプであって、
環状に巻回されたコイルと、
該コイルに沿って筒状に形成され、前記コイルへ通電することにより周方向に異なった磁極が交互に形成される鉄心と、

前記鉄心及び前記磁極部材の少なくとも一端に隣り合って配置され、前記鉄心、もしくは、前記磁極部材によって回転力が与えられることにより冷却媒体を吐出するポンプ構成体と、を有し、
前記モータハウジング内周の前記ポンプ構成体側端部と前記鉄心との間には、相対回転を規制する回り止め機構が設けられていることを特徴とする電動ポンプ。 - 請求項4に記載の電動ポンプにおいて、
前記鉄心及び前記磁極部材は、モータハウジング内に収容され、該モータハウジングの軸方向一端側が前記ポンプ構成体を収容するポンプハウジングを兼ねていることを特徴とする電動ポンプ。 - 請求項4に記載の電動ポンプにおいて、
前記モータハウジング内周の前記ポンプ構成体側端部は、前記鉄心と密着していることを特徴とする電動ポンプ。 - 請求項4に記載の電動ポンプにおいて、
前記回り止め機構は、一方に設けられた凸部と、他方に設けられた凹部とで構成されていることを特徴とする電動ポンプ。 - 請求項4に記載の電動ポンプにおいて、
前記鉄心は、複数相に形成され、各相の鉄心同士にも前記回り止め機構が設けられていることを特徴とする電動ポンプ。 - 請求項4に記載の電動ポンプにおいて、
前記磁極部材の内周に前記磁極部材の軸受が配置されることを特徴とする電動ポンプ。 - 液体を吐出する電動ポンプであって、
環状に巻回されたコイルと、
該コイルに沿って筒状に形成され、内周に前記コイルへ通電することにより周方向に異なった磁極が交互に形成されるよう圧粉磁心にて構成され、少なくとも内周に非磁性材料にてモールドされたモールド部を有する固定子鉄心と、
該固定子鉄心の前記磁極形成部分に対向して周方向に異なった磁極が生じるように構成され、液体中にて回転する回転子と、で構成される電動モータと、
該回転子によって回転力が与えられることにより液体を吐出するポンプ構成体と、を有し、
前記固定子鉄心の内周面は非磁性材料と磁極とが周方向に交互に形成されていることを特徴とする電動ポンプ。 - 請求項10に記載の電動ポンプにおいて、
前記非磁性材料は、樹脂材料であることを特徴とする電動ポンプ。 - 請求項10に記載の電動ポンプにおいて、
前記モールド部は、前記固定子鉄心の内周全体に設けられていることを特徴とする電動ポンプ。 - 液体を吐出する電動ポンプであって、
環状に巻回されたコイルと、
該コイルに沿って筒状に形成され、内周に前記コイルへ通電することにより周方向に異なった磁極が交互に形成されるよう圧粉磁心にて構成され、少なくとも内周に非磁性材料にてモールドされたモールド部を有する固定子鉄心と、
該固定子鉄心の前記磁極形成部分に対向して周方向に異なった磁極が生じるように構成され、液体中にて回転する回転子と、で構成される電動モータと、
該回転子によって回転力が与えられることにより液体を吐出するポンプ構成体と、を有し、
前記固定子鉄心は、複数相に形成され、各相毎に前記モールド部が形成されていることを特徴とする電動ポンプ。 - 液体を吐出する電動ポンプであって、

前記流路は、放射状に形成されていることを特徴とする電動ポンプ。 - 請求項14に記載の電動ポンプにおいて、
前記固定子鉄心は、複数相に形成され、各相毎に前記モールド部が形成されると共に、各相間に流路が設けられることを特徴とする電動ポンプ。 - 請求項14に記載の電動ポンプにおいて、
前記流路は前記磁極の中心位置に形成されていることを特徴とする電動ポンプ。
