【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記栓付替え容器は、比較的大形であり、従って注出栓付き容器として使用する場合、把手付き容器であることが望ましい。容器体胴部には把手を付設出来るから、上記各栓付替え容器にそれぞれ把手を付設しておくことが考えられるが、そのようにすると一回限りの使棄て容器にそれぞれ把手を付設することとなるから成形が面倒であると共に材料も多く要してコスト高となる。

本発明は、従来容器の胴部に設けていた把手を、栓付替え容器が有するキャップに代えて使用時に装着させる液体注出栓に付設することで、各栓付替え容器に把手を設ける面倒を除去し、把手付き容器と同様に便利に使用できるよう設けたものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
第1の手段として栓付替え容器1の口頸部外面へ嵌合させる周壁14を頂板13外周から垂下すると共に、頂板13の一部に穿設した開口周縁から起立する連結筒16上端開口面へ、連結筒16と連通させて、第1外気吸入孔17付きのノズル保持筒18を前後方向へ横設する栓本体12と、ノズル保持筒18内へ前後方向中間部を回動可能に嵌合させると共に、前面開口でかつ後面を閉塞し、且つ、後面に回動摘み32を付設したノズル31と、周壁14後面側からヒンジ20を介して突出させた栓付替え容器持上用の把手21としてリングとを備え、ノズル保持筒18内に嵌合されたノズル周壁部分の一部へ、連結筒16と連通する液体流入孔34を、又液体流入孔34よりも後方側に位置する他の一部に、第1外気吸入孔17と連通する第2外気吸入孔35を、それぞれ穿設し、回動摘み33を介してノズル31を回動させることで、連結筒16の上端開口面と第1外気吸入孔17とが、それぞれノズル外壁面により密閉可能となし、該密閉状態に於ける回動摘み33が、ヒンジ20部分で起立させたリング内に回動を防止されて位置する。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下図面について説明すると、1は栓付替え容器で、該容器は同一大きさ、同一寸法に形成させた容器で、例えば図5が示すように同一大きさに設けた胴部2上端から肩部3を介して口頸部4を起立し、該口頸部にキャップ5を螺合させている。該容器は複数梱包されて市場を流通する。尚その胴部には容器廃棄時、その胴部を折畳み、容器の体積を圧縮するための複数折畳み線6を設けている。

上記の容器使用の際は、図4が示すキャップ5を外し、その口頸部4外面へ、図1が示すような液体注出栓11を装着させる。図示例において液体注出栓11は、栓本体12とノズル31とからなる。

栓本体12は口頸部上端面を閉塞する頂板13外周から周壁14を垂下させて、その周壁を口頸部外面へ螺合させている。又その頂板13下面からは口頸部の上部内面へ嵌合させるシール筒15を垂下し、該シール筒が囲む頂板部分の前部を開口し、該開口周縁から上面開口の連結筒16を起立させ、該連通筒上端へ、連結筒と連通させて第1外気吸入孔17付きのノズル保持筒18を前後方向へ向けて横設している。

上記ノズル保持筒18内へは、基端部としての後面32閉塞でかつ該基端部外面に回動摘み33を有する、前端面開口のノズル31を回動可能に嵌合させている。該ノズルはノズル保持筒内へ嵌合された周壁一部に、上記連結筒16と連通可能な液体流入孔34を有し、又他の一部に、第1外気吸入孔17と連通する第2外気吸入孔35を穿設させており、図2が示すように、液体流入孔34と連結筒16とが連通する位置で第1、第2外気吸入孔17,35 が連通し、又図1が示すように、上記回動摘み33によってノズル31を回動させることで、連結筒16の上端開口面および第1外気吸入孔17内面は、それぞれノズル外壁面により密閉可能としている。既述第1外気吸入孔17は、液体流入孔34よりも後方側に設けておく。尚図示例ではノズル後部を除く部分をやや小外径として、該小外径部の後半部外面へノズル保持筒18を嵌合させているが、ノズル保持筒18に対してノズル31が前後方向へ摺動して上記第1、第2外気吸入孔等が位置ずれすることを防止するためには、ノズル保持筒18の後部内面に凹溝を周設すると共に、ノズルの後部外面にその凹溝内へ回動可能に嵌合する係合突条36を周設するとよい。

既述栓本体12の周壁14の後部からは、図3が示すように張出し板19を後方突出し、該張出し板後端から薄肉ヒンジ20を介して栓付替え容器持上げ用の把手21としてのリングを後方突出させている。該リングは横長の楕円形状とし、そのリング内に拇指を除く四本の指を入れてリング後部を握持可能な大きさに設けている。そのリングは図1が二点鎖線で示すように起立させた状態で形成してもよく、この場合は、連結筒16および第1外気吸入孔17がノズル外壁面で密閉された位置で、そのリング内に回動摘み33が位置するよう設けるとよい。

図示実施形態のほか、栓付替え容器用液体注出栓としてはどのようなものでもよい。本実施形態において栓付替え容器、栓本体、ノズルはそれぞれ合成樹脂材で形成している。
