【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、吸収性物品を装着して用いる吸収性物品の装着用補助シートに係り、特に羽根なしの生理用ナプキンを用いてもズレやヨレが発生することがなく、さらには下着に直接貼り付ける場合のような音の問題や下着を傷めるといった問題が生じない装着用補助シートに関する。

【従来の技術】
吸収性物品としては、羽根付きのものと羽根なしのもの等が従来より提案されている。
羽付きの吸収性物品は、ズレ止め性能が高く、漏れにより下着を汚すことが少ないという利点がある。しかし、装着や脱着が面倒である。
一方、羽なしの吸収性物品は、装着や着脱は楽だが以下のような問題がある。
(1)ズレやヨレが発生しやすく、下着のサイドを汚しやすい。
(2)吸収性物品の着脱時にベリベリと大きな音がするため、他の人に聞かれると恥ずかしい。
(3)１日に何度かナプキンを交換する際、ナプキンを下着から剥がす度に、ズレ止め用の粘着剤により下着の装着面が摩耗するので、下着を傷めやすい。
そこで、吸収性物品を使用する際に吸収性物品を貼付する補助シートが種々提案されている。

例えば、特開２００２−２０４８１２号公報（特許文献１）には、吸収性物品をアンダーガーメントに装着する際に、吸収性物品とアンダーガーメントとの間に配して用いる、弾性を有する取り付け手段が提案されている。実用新案登録第３０８５２２号公報（特許文献２）には、生理用ナプキンを用いた場合の横漏れを防止する観点から、表面が吸収シートからなる生理用ナプキンと下着との間に装着して用いる漏液吸収シートが提案されている。特開平５−４９６６０号公報（特許文献３）には、下着に貼り付けられる第１ナプキンと該第１ナプキンに接着されもっぱら使用者に当接される第２ナプキンとからなり、該第１ナプキンに第２ナプキンの側縁部分を差し込むポケット部が形成されてなる生理用ナプキンが提案されている。特表平９−５００５６２号公報（特許文献４）には、下着カバー部材を有する吸収性物品が提案されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、従来提案されている補助シートでは、上述の課題、特に(2)及び(3)の点について、解消することができていなかった。
本発明は、上記従来の問題点に着目してなされたものであり、ズレやヨレが発生し難く下着のサイドを汚しにくく、吸収性物品の着脱時に大きな音がせず、しかも下着を傷めることがないように生理用ナプキンなどの吸収性物品を使用できる吸収性物品の装着用補助シートを提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明者らは、上記課題を解消するために鋭意検討した結果、従来の補助シートは、生理用ナプキンなどを交換する際に同時に交換を要する構造であったことが上述の問題点を生じる要因であったことを知見し、この点を解消すべく更に検討した結果本発明に至った。
請求項１の発明は、下着類に装着され、使用者側に位置する表面に吸収性物品を装着して用いる吸収性物品の装着用補助シートであって、
液不透過性の基材シートと該基材シートの周縁部を覆い且つ中央部分を露出させるように配された１枚のシート材とからなり、上記装着用補助シートの表面には、上記シート材により装着用補助シートの周縁部に非剥離処理部が設けられると同時に、吸収性物品をその裏面に設けられた粘着部を介して着脱自在に貼り付けるための剥離処理部が設けられ、裏面に下着類に固定するための粘着部が設けられ、かつ後方部の幅方向中央に吸収性物品の長手方向に沿って後方の外縁部に亘って施された直線状のエンボス加工部を有するか又は後方部全体に後方の外縁部に亘って施されたエンボス加工部を有することを特徴とする吸収性物品の装着用補助シートである。
請求項１の発明によれば、吸収性物品を、ズレたりヨレたりすることなく、また大きな音をさせることなく、更には下着を痛めることなく使用することができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態に係る吸収性物品用の補助シート１の実施の形態を図１〜図６に従って説明する。
本実施形態の補助シート１は、図１〜３に示すように、ショーツ等の下着類に装着され、使用者側に位置する表面１ａに吸収性物品としての生理用ナプキン１１を装着して用いる（図３参照）。ここで、「表面」とは、使用時に使用者側に位置する面であり、「裏面」とは、使用時に下着側に位置する面である。

本実施形態の補助シート１は、通常のウイング付きの生理用ナプキンと同様の平面構造をしており、補助シート１の本体の左右両側縁から外方に延出された左右一対のウイング部１ｃが形成されている。
また、裏面１ｂ側に下着類に固定するための粘着部３ａが設けられている。本実施形態においては、図２に位置を示すのみで形状などについては特に図示しないが、ウイング部１ｃの裏面に長方形状に設けられていると共に、本体１ｄの裏面においてその長手方向全体に亘って設けられている。

そして、上記表面１ａには、吸収性物品を着脱自在に貼り付けるための剥離処理部７が設けられている。
具体的には、本実施形態の補助シート１は、液不透過性の基材シート３と該基材シート３の周縁部を覆い且つ中央部分を露出させるように配された１枚のシート材５とからなり、上記シート材５により補助シート１の周縁部に非剥離処理部９が形成されている。このシート材５は、本体１ｄの周縁部全体とウイング部全体とに、ヒートシールやホットメルトにより基材シート３に貼り付けることにより設けられ、係る部分に非剥離処理部９が形成されている。これにより、上記中央部分はほぼ長方形状となされており、中央部分に上記剥離処理部７が形成されている。

基材シート３の形成材料としては、プラスチックフィルムおよび不織布のいずれでも使用することができる。これらは、吸収性物品の使用中にムレにくくするため、複数の孔が空いていることが好ましい。また、プラスチックフィルムより不織布の方が蒸れ防止の点で好ましく用いられる。
上記プラスチックフィルムとしては、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレンなどのオレフィン系；ポリエステル系；及びポリアミド系等の樹脂の単独重合体又はこれらの共重合体からなるフィルムが好ましい。
また、上記不織布としては、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレンなどのオレフィン系；ポリエステル系；及びポリアミド系等の樹脂繊維からなる不織布が好ましく用いられる。繊維の種類は、短繊維と長繊維とのどちらでもよいが、長繊維の方が毛羽立ちにくいので好ましく用いられる。また、高融点樹脂を鞘とし、低融点樹脂を芯とした芯鞘構造の繊維でも良い。さらには、分割繊維も使用することができる。更に、不織布の製法は、スパンレース、エアスルー、ポイントボンド、ケミカルボンド、スパンボンド、又はメルトブローン等が採用できる。
本実施形態の基材シート３は、１５ｇ／ｍ^２スパンボンド不織布を用いており、該スパンボンド不織布は、生理用ナプキンを粘着させる表面１ａをあらかじめ離形処理してなるものである。シート材５は、親水性のシート、疎水性のシートのいずれも用いることができるが、その素材としては、不織布、天然繊維、フィルム等を用いることができる。親水性のシートを用いた場合には、万一生理用ナプキンから吸収した体液がしみ出した場合でも、しみ出した程度の液なら該シート材が吸収保持できるので、より効果的に漏れを防止できる。剥離処理部７は、特に図示しないが、基材シートにフィルム、ラミネート不織布、紙などの剥離処理された素材を貼り合わせることにより形成されている。剥離処理としては、通常、この種の生理用ナプキン等に採用されている剥離処理手法を特に制限なく用いることができる。本発明においては、より蒸れの生じない素材構成とするのが特に好ましい。具体的には、基材シート３及び／又はシート材５を通気性のよい不織布又は織布を用いて形成したり、剥離処理部７を液体は通さず蒸気のみを通す通気フィルムに剥離処理した素材を用いる等するのが好ましい。

次に、本実施形態の補助シートの使用態様について図３を参照して説明する。
本実施形態の補助シートは、図３に示すように、ショーツ２１に裏面側を当接させてウイング部１ｃを折り込むことにより、ショーツ２１に固定されている。そして、吸収性物品としての羽根なしタイプの生理用ナプキン１１を、生理用ナプキン１１の裏面側の粘着部が剥離処理部７に当接するように補助シート１に貼り合わせる。これにより、生理用ナプキン１１を補助シート１を介してショーツ２１に装着することができる。そして生理用ナプキン１１の交換に際しては、補助シート１はそのままにして生理用ナプキン１１のみを取り替えることができる。

このようにして使用できる本実施形態の補助シート１は、ズレやヨレが発生し難く、下着のサイドを汚しにくい。下着に直接貼り付けた場合と異なり、吸収性物品の着脱時にベリベリと大きな音がしない。１日に何度かナプキンを交換する場合でも、下着に直接貼り付けていないのでズレ止め用の粘着剤により下着の装着面が摩耗して下着を傷めることがない。

次に、図４〜１０に示す本発明の補助シートの他の実施形態について説明する。ここで、以下の説明においては、上述の実施形態と異なる点を中心に説明する。特に説明しない点については、上述の実施形態における説明が適宜適用される。
図４に示す形態の補助シート１０１は、液不透過性の基材シート１０３と該基材シート１０３の左右両側部を覆い且つ幅方向中央部分全体を露出させるように配されたシート材１０５とからなり、上記シート材１０５により左右両側部に非剥離処理部１０９が形成されており、上記基材シートの露出された中央部分に上記剥離処理部１０７が形成されている。
このように形成された本実施形態の補助シート１０１は、長手方向全体に亘って剥離処理部が形成されているので、いわゆる夜用の生理用ナプキン等大きめの吸収性物品に効果的である。

図５に示す形態の補助シート２０１は、液不透過性の基材シート２０３のみからなり、上記基材シート２０３の全面に上記剥離処理部２０７が形成されている。
このように形成された本実施形態の補助シート１０１は、全体に亘って剥離処理部２０７が形成されているので、いわゆる夜用の生理用ナプキン等大きめの吸収性物品に効果的である。

図６に示す形態の補助シート３０１は、液透過性のトップシート３０５と液不透過性のバックシート３０３とからなり、上記トップシート３０５に剥離処理を施して上記剥離処理部３０７が形成されている。
更に、上記トップシート３０５及び上記バックシート３０３間に液体保持性の吸収体３０５ａが配されている。トップシート３０５とバックシート３０３とは、ホットメルト、ヒートシール等で接着されている。吸収体３０５ａは、特に図示しないが吸収コアと、これを包むクレープ紙とによって構成されている。

バックシート３０３の材料は、上述した基材シートと同じである。トップシート３０５の材料としては、無孔または有孔の不織布や多孔性プラスチックシート等が挙げられる。吸収コアは、吸水性繊維に高吸水性樹脂を分散混入してなるものである。吸水性繊維としては、パルプ、即ちセルロース繊維の他、レーヨン、アセテート等の人工セルロース繊維からなるものが好適材として挙げられる。
更に、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン等のオレフィン系、ポリエステル系、ポリアミド系等の疎水性合成繊維を併用してもよい。高吸水性樹脂としては、ポリアクリル酸塩架橋物、自己架橋したポリアクリル酸塩、アクリル酸エステル−酢酸ビニル共重合体架橋物のケン化物、イソブチン・無水マレイン酸共重合体架橋物、ポリスルホン酸塩架橋物、ポリエチレンオキシド、ポリアクリルアミドなどの水膨潤性ポリマーを部分架橋したものなどが挙げられる。これらのうち、吸水量、吸水速度に優れるアクリル酸またはアクリル酸塩系のものが好適である。

この実施形態の補助シート３０１は、漏れ防止性が更に向上されており、生理用ナプキンから大量の体液が漏れ出たとしても下着や衣服を汚すことがない。

図７に示す形態の補助シート４０１は、その後方部に直線状のエンボス加工部４０１ｅが形成されている。すなわち、本実施形態の補助シート４０１は、図１に示す形態のものと同様に基材シート４０３上にシート材４０５を貼り合わせて、非剥離処理部４０９と剥離処理部４０７とが形成されている。そして、その表面４０１ａ側の後方部の幅方向ほぼ中央部に直線状のエンボス加工部４０１ｅが形成されている。
なお、ここで、後方部とは使用時に後身頃側に位置する部分である。
本実施形態の補助シート４０１によれば、直線状のエンボス加工部４０１ｅが形成されていることにより、使用時にお尻の形に合わせてフィットしやすくなるという効果が更に奏される。

図８に示す形態の補助シート５０１は、その後方部全体に格子状のエンボス加工部５０１ｅが形成されている。すなわち、本実施形態の補助シート５０１は、図１に示す形態のものと同様に、非剥離処理部５０９と剥離処理部５０７とが形成されている。そして、エンボス加工部５０１ｅは、表面５０１ａ側の後方部の幅方向全域に格子状にエンボス処理を行って形成されている。
本実施形態の補助シート５０１によれば、後方部全体に格子状のエンボス加工部５０１ｅが形成されているので、シートの後方部のコシが上がり、ナプキン後方のヨレが効果的に防止されるという効果が更に奏される。
なお、本実施形態においては、格子状にエンボス加工部を設けた例を示して説明したが、エンボス加工部の形態はこれに制限されず、例えば、ドット状、点線状等とすることができる。

図９及び１０に示す形態の補助シート６０１は、ウイング部６０１ｃが図１に示す形態の補助シートよりも長く形成されており、ウイング部６０１ｃの先端にウイング固着手段６０１ｆが形成されている以外は、特に図示しないが、図１に示す形態の補助シートと同様に、非剥離処理部と剥離処理部とが形成されている。すなわち、本実施形態の補助シート６０１ｆは、図９に示すように、左右一対のウイング部６０１ｃの長さの合計ｔ１＋ｔ２が、補助シート本体の幅ｗ１より大きくなるようになされている。また、ウイング固着手段６０１ｆは、一方のウイング部６０１ｃにおいては裏面６０１ｂ側に、他方のウイング部６０１ｃにおいては、表面側に形成されている。

そして、これにより図１０に示すように、補助シートを装着する際に、ウイング部６０１ｃ、６０１ｃの先端同士が重なり合い、両ウイング固着手段６０１ｆを当接させることができ、補助シート６０１をショーツ２１に装着できる。ウイング固着手段６０１ｆとしては、スナップ、ベルクロテープ（登録商標）、再接着ホットメルトなどを使用することができる。
本実施形態の補助シート６０１によれば、装着中にウイング部の粘着が外れて、ショーツをカバーするべき補助シートのサイド部分が十分にその役目を果たすことができなくなるのを効果的に防止することができる。

以上、本発明の実施の形態を説明したが、本発明の具体的構成がこの実施の形態に限定されるものではなく、本発明の要旨から外れない範囲での設計変更等があっても本発明に含まれる。
例えば、剥離処理部は、基材シート自体に剥離処理を施すことにより形成しても良い。また、ウイング部を設けずに、補助シートを楕円形とし、その短径部分をショーツに折り込ませることで、ウイング部としての機能を担わせてもよい。

【発明の効果】
以上説明したように本発明の吸収性物品の装着用補助シートによれば、吸収性物品のズレやヨレが発生し難く、横漏れにより下着のサイドを汚しにくく、吸収性物品の着脱時に大きな音がせず、しかも下着を傷めることがないように生理用ナプキンなどの吸収性物品を使用できる。
