【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、パチンコ遊技機等の遊技球を用いて遊技を行う遊技機に関し、遊技球を所定数ごとに排出して払出すための球払出装置を備えた遊技機に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
パチンコ遊技機等の遊技球を用いた遊技機は、遊技媒体としての遊技球を遊技領域に送出して、パチンコゲーム等の所要の遊技を行うように構成されている。このような遊技機の裏側には、機構セット盤が配置されており、該機構セット盤には、遊技機のゲームを制御するための制御装置や、球容器や整流路及び球送出路などから構成され遊技球の流通経路として機能する球貯留排出経路部等が設けられている。また、機構セット盤における球貯留排出経路部の下方には球払出装置が配設され、貯留球排出経路部の流通路に該球払出装置の球入り口が連通するように取付られている。

遊技球が遊技機の盤面の入賞装置に入賞した場合等のように、遊技機において所定条件が成立した場合には、所定数の賞球が払出される。賞球の払出しは具体的には、機構セット盤の球貯留排出経路部内に貯留された遊技球(貯留球)が、球払出装置の作動制御の下に、所定数だけ、機前側に設けられた上球皿又は下球皿に給出される。

また、貸球用のカード及びカードユニットを利用して球貯留排出経路部の貯留球を貸し出すように形成された遊技機(一般に「カード式遊技機」と呼ばれる。)の場合には、前述した賞球の払出しとは別に、遊技者による球貸操作に応答して球払出装置が駆動して、球貯留排出経路部から所定数の遊技球(貯留球)が、貸球として上球皿に給出される。

ところで、球払出装置を機構セット盤に取付ける取付手段として、球払出装置の4隅部に前後方向に貫通する複数の通孔を形成し、各通孔にネジを挿通すると共にネジを機構セット盤に設けたネジ孔に締めつけて取付ける手段が知られている(例えば、特許文献1参照。)。

また、球払出装置を機構セット盤に取付ける別の手段として、ネジを使用しないで球払出装置を取付ける手段が提案されている。この手段は、球払出装置の背面に係合突部を設け、機構セット盤の設置部に係合規制部を設け、球払出装置の前面を設置部の奥壁に当てがった後上方に引上げ、係合突部を係合規制部に係合させて球払出装置を機構セット盤に設けられた設置部に取付けるものである(例えば、特許文献2参照。)。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
特許文献1に記載の発明のように、機構セット盤に球払出装置をネジで固定する場合には、両部材を確実に固定でき、更に、球払出装置の球入り口を球貯留排出経路部の球通路に連通させることが、精度良く確実に行うことができる等の利点がある。しかしながら、球払出装置を機構セット盤に対して着脱する際に、球払出装置の通孔にネジを挿通して取付ける構造は、球払出装置の着脱に際し、ドライバ等の工具を使用しなければならない。さらに球払出装置にネジを挿通する作業及び機構セット盤のネジ孔にネジを締付ける作業が必要であり、作業が非常に煩雑である。

また上記特許文献2に記載の発明は、上記特許文献1に記載の手段のようなネジによる煩わしさはない。係合突部及び係合規制部が、球払出装置の背面側となる設置部奥に設けられている。係合突部を用いて係合する場合、球払出装置が邪魔になって係合突部及び係合規制部は作業者から見難い状態となり、手探りで係合作業を行なわなければならず、着脱作業に時間がかかる。また着脱の際に、見難い状態で作業を行なうとこれらの部品に無理な力が加わり、部品が破損する虞がある。

本発明は、上記従来技術の欠点を解消するためになされたものであり、機構セット盤からの球払出装置の着脱作業を容易に行うことが可能な遊技機を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、
(1)遊技球を排出することが可能な球払出装置及び該球払出装置を設置するための球払出装置設置部を有する遊技機において、
遊技機を背面側から見た場合における手前側を前側とするとともに、前側から遊技機の正面側に近い方に向かう方向を前後方向とし、且つ、遊技機を背面側から見た場合における左側の方向と右側の方向をそれぞれ左方向と右方向とした場合、
球払出装置収容体が前記球払出装置設置部に装着され、
前記球払出装置収容体及び/又は前記球払出装置設置部に、前記球払出装置収容体を前記球払出装置設置部の前後方向にスライド案内させて着脱するための着脱案内手段が設けられ、
前記球払出装置収容体が前記球払出装置設置部に装着された状態の保持及び解除が指先で操作可能な保持手段が前記球払出装置収容体及び/又は前記球払出装置設置部の前面側に設けられ、
前記球払出装置設置部から前記球払出装置収容体を取出すための把持手段が該球払出装置収容体に設けられ、
前記球払出装置収容体は、2つの球払出装置を収容可能に形成されており、且つ、球払出装置収容体に1つの球払出装置を収容する場合に球払出装置収容体に取り付けられて球払出装置収容体の内部の空間を前後方向に仕切るとともに球払出装置と密着する仕切板であって球払出装置収容体に2つの球払出装置を収容する場合には球払出装置収容体に取り付けられない仕切板を、球払出装置収容体の前後方向中央部に取り付け可能に、形成されている、ことを特徴とする遊技機、
(2)球払出装置収容体は、床板と前後左右の壁板を備えて上面に開口部を形成した箱体を有してなり、該球払出装置収容体の内部の床板に仕切板保持部を設け、左右の壁板に上側から切り欠いた切り欠き溝を設け、且つ、上端部に幅方向に突出した突部を備えた仕切板を、仕切板保持部に仕切板の先端を挟むとともに切り欠き溝に突部を嵌合させることにより、球払出装置収容体の前後方向中央部に取り付け可能に形成されている、上記(1)記載の遊技機、
(3)球払出装置収容体は、床板と前後左右の壁板を備えて上面に開口部を形成した箱体を有してなり、且つ、左右の壁板における位置のうち球払出装置収容体に球払出装置が収容された場合における球払出装置の側面上方に対応した位置に、左右の壁板の上方から所定の深さまで切り欠いてなる切欠部を形成している、上記(1)又は(2)記載の遊技機、
(4)着脱案内手段は、凸部及び溝状凹部から構成され、
球払出装置収容体の上面が球払出装置を出し入れ可能な開口部と、該開口部を覆うカバー部材とから構成され、
球払出装置設置部が球払出装置収容体の嵌入する空間である嵌入部及び該球払出装置収容体の底面を支持するための支持部材とから形成され、
前記カバー部材の上面および前記球払出装置収容体の底面のそれぞれに、着脱案内手段の凸部又は溝状凹部が設けられ、
球払出装置設置部の前記カバー部材の上面と対向する部分に、前記カバー部材の上面に設けられた凸部又は溝状凹部に対応する溝状凹部又は凸部が設けられ、
前記球払出装置収容体の底面に対向する前記球払出装置設置部の支持部材に、前記球払出装置収容体の底面に設けられた凸部又は溝状凹部に対応する溝状凹部又は凸部が設けられている、上記(1)から(3)のいずれか1項に記載の遊技機。
(5)着脱案内手段の凸部が、溝状凹部の案内方向に亘り連続的又は断続的に延設された凸条として形成されている、上記(4)記載の遊技機。
(6)2つの球払出装置が球払出装置収容体の前後方向に収容されている場合には、前記球払出装置が少なくとも同一の外形を有し、夫々の球払出装置を前後へ重ね合わせた際の一方の球払出装置の外壁面に第1の位置決め部が形成され、前記一方の球払出装置の外壁面に対向する他方の球払出装置の外壁面に前記第1の位置決め部が整合する第2の位置決め部が形成され、夫々の球払出装置が位置決め部を整合させた状態で球払出装置収容体に収容されている、上記(1)から(5)のいずれか1項に記載の遊技機、
を要旨とするものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、図面を用いて本発明の実施例を詳細に説明する。図1は本発明遊技機の球払出装置設置部と球払出装置収容体の一例を示す斜視図であり、図2は本発明に係る遊技機の一実施態様として、貸球用のカードユニットを利用して貯留球を貸出すように形成されたカード式パチンコ機の正面図を示し、図3は図2のパチンコ機の背面図を示す。

本実施例のパチンコ機Pは、図2に示すように、その基本的な構成として、外枠1の開口前面側に対して前枠2が、連結支持手段及び施錠手段を利用して着脱及び開放可能に組付けられている。そして前枠2には、横開き式のガラス扉3を組付けた窓枠4と、ガラス扉3の下部において前枠2に対して着脱及び開放可能に組付けられる開閉セット板の前側に上球皿5が組付けられると共に、該開閉セット板の後側に電動式の球送り装置(図示せず)等がセットされ、前枠2の下部に下球皿6及び打球発射装置7等が設置されている。更に前枠2の後方に設けた保持枠8(図3参照)の正面内部に、所要の遊技領域9を構成した遊技盤10が着脱交換可能にセットされる。

また図2に示すようにパチンコ機Pの側方(外枠1の隣接部位となる)には、貸球の払出し制御に必要とされる球貸しユニット(カバー式)Tが設置されていて、該球貸しユニットTは各電子制御部と接続されている。

また図3に示すようにパチンコ機Pの裏側には、機構セット盤12等が装備される。機構セット盤12は、前枠2の裏側に位置する遊技盤10のセット用の保持枠8の背面側に着脱可能に取付けられている。機構セット盤12は、保持枠8に対応し得る方形サイズに樹脂成形され、略中央部に遊技盤裏面の点検用窓口15が開口している。

さらに機構セット盤12において、前記点検用窓口15の上部から右側部に亘る外周囲部に、球貯留排出経路部17等が配設されている。球貯留排出経路部17は、機構セット盤12の上部に上方開口状態で設置される球容器(「球タンク」とも云う)17aと、この球容器17a底面の下流端に開口された球出口に合わせた下部に取着される斜状レール形の整流路部17bと、左右蛇行状に形成されて前記整流路部17bの下流端に連絡し、第1球払出装置L1(後述する)の上方に位置する第1球送出路部17cと、第2球払出装置L2(後述する)の上方に位置する第2球送出路部17dとに2分割された球送出路部Rとから構成される。球貯留排出経路部17には、相当量(例えば500個程度)のパチンコ球を貯留球として一時的に貯留可能である。なお球送出路部Rの第1球送出路部17cと第2球送出路部17dとは、夫々別々に機構セット盤12に装着されている。

そして図3に示すように、機構セット盤12の球貯留排出経路部17の球送出路部Rの下側には、遊技球を排出して払出すことが可能な球払出装置を設置するための球払出装置設置部31が設けられている。球払出装置設置部31には、電動制御式の球払出装置が2個収容された球払出装置収容体32が、該球払出装置設置部31から取り外し可能に設置されている。

図1は図3に示すパチンコ機Pの球払出装置設置部31と球払出装置収容体32の部分を示すものである。図1に示すように機構セット盤12に設けられる球払出装置設置部31は、機構セット盤12の前面側に開口し球払出装置収容体32が嵌入可能な大きさを有する空間として形成されている嵌入部33と、前記球払出装置収容体32を嵌入した状態を維持し機構セット盤12の所定の位置に保持するために設けられている左右の側面板34a、34b、奥側面板34c、底面板34d及び天井板34eからなる複数の支持部材と、レバー46が軸支されている前面板34f等から構成されている。

これらの各支持部材34a〜34eは、機構セット盤12の一部として形成されている。なお本発明では支持部材は球払出装置収容体32を支持することが可能であればよく、少なくとも底面板34d及び天井板34cを備えていれば良く、球払出装置設置部31の側面板34a、34bなどを省略することができる。球払出装置収容体32が球払出装置設置部31に装着された状態では、球払出装置収容体32は球払出装置設置部31の底面板34dに支持されている。これらの球払出装置設置部31は、機構セット盤を成型する際に一体に成型してもよいし、別体の部材として成型し、機構セット盤に後から取付けてもよい。

球払出装置設置部31は、天井板34eの球払出装置収容体32が嵌入した際の上対向面(すなわち嵌入部33側)には、前面側から奥側に直線状に1本の溝状凹部35が、嵌入部33の左右方向の略中央に設けられている。また球払出装置設置部31の底面板34dの球払出装置収容体32が嵌入した際の下対向面(すなわち嵌入部33側)には、前面側から奥側に直線状に2本の溝状凹部36、37が、嵌入部33の左右方向に一定の間隔を持って2本形成されている。天井板34e及び底面板34dに設けられているこれらの溝状凹部35〜37の凹部内を、球払出装置収容体32の前記溝状凹部35〜37に夫々対向する位置に設けられている凸条38、39、40(後述する)がスライドする。溝状凹部35〜37及び凸条38〜40が組み合わされて着脱案内手段として構成され、球払出装置収容体設置部31に球払出装置収容体32を嵌入或いは抜き出す場合のガイドとして機能する。

図1に示すように、球払出装置設置部31の前面側の開口部の上方の左右方向略中央に、係止片としての棒状のレバー46が、その一方の端部側が止ねじ47を軸として、機構セット盤12の前面板34fに軸支されている。レバー46は前面において上下方向に回動するように取付けられている。レバー46の先端が水平位置よりも下方を向くように回動させると、該レバー46が嵌入部33の開口に掛かり、球払出装置収容体32が係止される位置となり、一方レバー46の先端が水平よりも上を向くように回動させると、嵌入部33の開口に掛らないようになり、球払出装置の収容体32の係止が解除される。またレバー46の裏側の端部には、球払出装置収容体32に設けられた係止用溝部51(被係止部となる)に係止されるための円柱状の突起48が、奥側に突出するように設けられている。このレバー46及び係止用溝部51は、球払出装置収容体32が球払出装置設置部31に装着された状態の保持及び解除が指先で操作可能な保持手段を構成している。

図4は球払出装置収容体と球払出装置を示す斜視図である。図4に示すように、球払出装置収容体32は、上面が球払出装置を出し入れ可能な開口部52を有し、2つの球払出装置L1、L2を前後方向に収容可能な大きさを有する箱体53と、該箱体53の開口部52を覆い、該箱体53から取り外し自在に形成されたカバー部材54とから構成されている。箱体53は、前壁板53a、奥壁板53b、左壁板53c、右壁板53d、及び床板53eにより箱状に形成されている。

図2、図3に示すカード式パチンコ機Pの場合、球払出装置は図4に示すように、遊技盤面上の入賞口に入賞したセーフ球に対して所定数の賞球を排出する賞球払出装置L1(第1球払出装置)、及び遊技者による貸球操作に対して所定数の貸球を排出する貸球払出装置L2(第1球払出装置)の、2つの球払出装置が球払出装置収容体32に収容されてセットされる。パチンコ機Pがカード式球貸機11を備えていない現金式パチンコ機Pの場合には、賞球払出装置L1のみを球払出装置として球払出装置収容体32に収容してセットすればよい(図9参照)。

なおカード式パチンコ機Pの場合でも、一つの球払出装置のみで賞球と貸球の排出を行うことは可能である。しかしその場合、球払出装置が故障した際に、賞球又は貸球のどちらの排出制御に不具合があるのかを特定するのが困難であったり、賞球排出時に貸球の操作をした場合、すべての賞球を排出した後に貸球が排出されることになり、賞球と貸球の排出操作を同時に行うことができないため排出スピードが遅くなるという問題が生じる。

また、一つの球払出装置に賞球と貸球の二つの排出機構を内在させて構成することも可能である。しかしその場合には、一方の排出機構が故障した場合に他方の排出機構が正常であっても、球払出装置を修理や廃棄しなければならないことになり、経済的に問題がある。しかも現金式のパチンコ機は、貸球の排出機構が不要である。一つの球払出装置に賞球と貸球の二つの排出機構を設けることはコスト面で不利である。このような点を鑑みると、全く同一の球払出装置を2個準備して、それぞれを賞球用球払出装置又は貸出用球払出装置として利用することは種々の利点がある。つまり同一の球払出装置を複数使用することは、球払出装置に汎用性を持たせることができ製造の際の管理等が容易になる。さらにパチンコ機Pとした際には、どの球払出装置が故障した場合であっても1種類の装置で対応することができる。
