Description

【0001】

Figure 0004306205
【0025】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a decorative sheet and a decorative material, and more particularly relates to a decorative sheet composed of a base sheet mainly composed of either paper or non-chlorine resin, and a decorative material using the same. It is.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In the field of metal decorative boards, there are coated steel sheets that have been designed with resin coating on the surface of metal sheets, but since complicated designs and embossed expressions cannot be obtained by painting, various designs and Many types are used in which a decorative sheet made of a vinyl chloride resin with an embossed pattern is attached to a metal plate.
[0003]
However, in the field of decorative sheets and decorative plates, the demand for using resins other than vinyl chloride resin has been increasing day by day due to environmental problems caused by vinyl chloride resin, especially concerns about the generation of chlorine and dioxin during combustion. ing.
[0004]
Under such circumstances, a decorative sheet using an acrylic resin, a decorative sheet using a completely non-crystalline polyester resin, and the like have appeared.
[0005]
However, these vinyl chloride substitute decorative sheets use expensive resins as compared with vinyl chloride resins, and are not perfect substitutes.
[0006]
In addition, decorative sheets using inexpensive polyolefin-based resins and decorative sheets using this decorative sheet are also on the market, but there are problems such as whitening and cracking during bending, and there are restrictions on the parts that can be used.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been made to solve the various problems of the prior art as described above, and the subject is mainly paper or a non-chlorine resin other than vinyl chloride resin. An object of the present invention is to provide a decorative sheet that is composed of a base sheet and the like, is excellent in the appropriateness of the bending process, and is inexpensive, and a decorative material using the decorative sheet.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention has been made to achieve the above object, and the invention according to claim 1 is mainly composed of paper or an olefin resin, an acrylic resin, a polyester resin, or a non-chlorine resin such as a polyvinyl alcohol resin. A decorative sheet in which a printing layer and a transparent or translucent surface resin layer made of a polypropylene resin are laminated at least in this relative order on the surface of the base sheet, and is based on JIS Z 1702 of the surface resin layer In the tensile test, when the distance between the marked lines when the stretched film causes whitening is defined as l, from the formula (l −l 0 ) / l 0 × 100 (%) (l 0 is the initial distance between the marked lines). whitening elongation defined by elongation obtained was 200%, and elongation at break defined in JIS Z 1702 is a metal plate, which is a 500%粧 a sheet.
[0009]
The invention described in claim 2 is a decorative material obtained by bonding the decorative sheet for metal plate according to claim 1 to the metal plate via the adhesive layer on the base sheet side.
[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional explanatory view showing an example of a decorative sheet (1) according to the present invention. This decorative sheet (1) is obtained by applying a printing layer (20) to a base sheet (10) and further laminating a transparent or translucent surface resin layer (40) thereon.
[0011]
FIG. 2 is an explanatory sectional view showing an example of the decorative material (11) according to the present invention. This decorative material (11) has a printed layer (20) on one surface of a base sheet (10), and further a transparent or translucent surface resin layer (40) laminated on the decorative sheet ( 1) is bonded to a metal plate (50) through an adhesive layer (30).
[0012]
The base sheet (10) is mainly composed of paper or olefin resin, acrylic resin, polyester resin, or non-chlorine resin such as polyvinyl alcohol resin.
The printed layer (20) on the substrate sheet (10) has a pattern such as a wood grain pattern or an abstract pattern, and is a layer formed by, for example, gravure printing using urethane-based ink.
[0013]
On the other hand, the transparent or translucent surface resin layer (40) is made of polypropylene resin, and has a whitening elongation of 150% or more and a breaking elongation of 150% or more. The term “whitening elongation” as used herein refers to the formula (1−l 0 ) / l 0 × 100 (%) when the distance between the marked lines when the film expansion part is whitened in the tensile test in JIS Z 1702 is l. The elongation obtained. (L 0 : initial distance between marked lines) Further, the elongation at break is the elongation at break defined in JIS Z 1702.
The reason why the physical property value of the surface resin layer (40) is specified in this manner is to maintain excellent bending workability. Incidentally, even if the whitening elongation is 150% or more, if the breaking elongation is less than 150%, the surface layer is cracked. Further, even when the breaking elongation is 150% or more, if the whitening elongation is less than 150%, whitening appears although cracking does not occur. Further, when the whitening elongation is 150% and the elongation at break is 150% or less, cracking easily occurs and the bending workability is poor.
[0014]
Polypropylene resins satisfying these two conditions include compatible rubber components such as styrene-butadiene rubber, ethylene-propylene random copolymer added, or polypropylene having a large atactic component such as isotactic index. Can be mentioned, such as polypropylene, random copolymer polypropylene and the like.
[0015]
Among the resin compositions that constitute the surface resin layer (40), during the production process, when the resin composition is extruded into a film shape to form a layer and to prevent thermal oxidation of the resulting layered product, an antioxidant is provided. In order to prevent deterioration due to ultraviolet rays, a light stabilizer may be appropriately added. Although the kind and addition amount of these additives are not particularly defined, for example, a combination of additives generally used for an olefin resin is sufficient.
[0016]
In addition, as a method of laminating the surface resin layer (40) on the base sheet (10), an appropriate method may be selected and employed from thermal lamination, dry lamination, or the like in addition to extrusion lamination. .
[0017]
The decorative sheet according to the present invention has been described above. Next, the decorative material according to the present invention will be described.
As described above, the decorative material (11) shown in FIG. 2 has the decorative sheet (1) configured as described above attached to the metal plate (50) on the base sheet (10) side through the adhesive layer (30). It is a combination.
[0018]
Here, a metal plate (50) consists of an iron plate, a galvanized steel plate, etc. which are used in the conventional metal decorative material. In order to bond the decorative sheet (1) on the metal plate (50) via the adhesive layer (30), it is preferable that the surface is subjected to acid washing, degreasing treatment, and the like.
The adhesive layer (30) is an adhesive such as urethane resin or urethane-modified polyester polyol / polyisocyanate used in an adhesive layer used in a conventional decorative material obtained by bonding a decorative sheet to a metal plate. The agent can be used. When the decorative sheet (1) is bonded through the adhesive layer (30), a primer layer may be provided on the surface of the base sheet (10) as necessary.
[0019]
【Example】
Next, an Example demonstrates this invention concretely.
[0020]
<Example 1>
A polyethylene resin film was used as a base sheet (10), and a wood grain pattern was printed thereon using urethane-based ink to form a printed layer (20).
Next, a urethane-based adhesive was applied on the print layer (20) by a gravure printing method so as to have a thickness of about 5 μm, thereby providing an adhesive layer. Thereafter, 0.2% by weight of a phenolic antioxidant, 0.3% by weight of a hindered amine light stabilizer, and 5% by weight of a benzotriazole UV absorber were added to a polypropylene resin. Example 1 having a surface resin layer (40) on the surface by using a resin composition having an elongation of 500%, obtaining a sheet-like material by a melt extrusion method, and laminating and integrating it on the adhesive layer A decorative sheet (1) was obtained.
On the other hand, a urethane-modified polyester polyol / polyisocyanate-based adhesive is applied to a steel sheet (50) subjected to hot dip galvanization to a thickness of 5 g / m 2 (dry) with a roll coater, and an adhesive layer (30) is applied. After being provided, this was heated at 200 ° C. for 3 minutes, bonded to the base sheet (10) side of the decorative sheet (1), pressed with a rubber roll, and then rapidly cooled in a water tank to make the decorative material (11) according to Example 1 Got.
[0021]
<Comparative Example 1>
A polyethylene resin film was used as a base sheet, and a wood grain pattern was printed thereon using urethane-based ink to form a printed layer.
Next, a urethane adhesive was applied on the printed layer by a gravure printing method so as to have a thickness of about 5 μm, thereby providing an adhesive layer. After that, 0.2% by weight of phenolic antioxidant, 0.3% by weight of hindered amine light stabilizer and 5% by weight of benzotriazole UV absorber were added to polypropylene resin. A resin composition having an elongation of 500% was extruded using an extrusion laminating method and laminated on the adhesive layer to obtain a decorative sheet according to Comparative Example 1 having a surface resin layer on the surface thereof.
On the other hand, a urethane-modified polyester polyol / polyisocyanate-based adhesive was applied to a hot-dip galvanized steel sheet at a thickness of 5 g / m 2 (dry) with a roll coater to provide an adhesive layer, and this was then applied at 200 ° C. The decorative material according to Comparative Example 1 was obtained by heating for 3 minutes, pasting the decorative sheet according to Comparative Example 1 on the base sheet side, and quenching with a rubber roll after quenching in a water tank.
[0022]
<Comparative example 2>
Using a resin composition having an elongation of 100%, a sheet-like material was extruded by an extrusion laminating method and laminated on the adhesive layer to obtain a decorative sheet according to Comparative Example 2 having a surface resin layer on its surface.
After heating for 3 minutes, it was bonded to the base sheet side of the decorative sheet, and after crimping with a rubber roll, it was quenched in a water tank to obtain a cosmetic material according to Comparative Example 2.
[0023]
The decorative materials obtained in Example 1 and Comparative Examples 1 and 2 were subjected to two types of bending processes and visually evaluated for the presence or absence of whitening of the processed parts. The results are shown in Table 1.
[0024]
[Table 1]
Figure 0004306205
[0025]
Needless to say, the decorative sheet and the decorative material obtained in Example 1 have no problem of generation of toxic gas in the incineration process because the base sheet and the surface resin layer do not use the vinyl chloride resin. As is clear from Table 1, it was excellent in bending workability.
[0026]
On the other hand, the decorative sheet and the decorative material obtained in Comparative Example 1 had a whitening elongation of 100% and a breaking elongation of 500%. there were.
[0027]
Moreover, since the decorative sheet and the decorative material obtained in Comparative Example 2 had a whitening elongation of 100% and a breaking elongation of 100%, they easily cracked and had poor bending workability.
[0028]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, since the present invention does not use a chlorine-based resin such as polyvinyl chloride, there is no problem of toxic gas generation in the incineration process, the whitening elongation is 150% or more, and the elongation at break is 150%. Since the above polypropylene resin is used as a constituent material of the surface resin layer, it is excellent in bending processability.
