Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a band pillow having a function as a tying tool so that a kimono band can be easily worn alone.
[0002]
[Prior art]
When tying a kimono band, a band pillow is used to prevent the drums made behind it from collapsing. A strap is attached to both sides of the obi pillow, and the tie is tightened with the obi pillow inside the drum, so that the formed drum is not caught by the strap and collapses. On the other hand, the obi pillow not only prevents the drum from collapsing, but also has a function as a tie that is indispensable when tying the obi.
[0003]
FIG. 9 shows a procedure for tying a bag band using a conventional band pillow.
(1) Fold the band width of the hand in half, place the ring on the left shoulder and place the hand on the left shoulder so that the tip is at the position of the thigh.
(2) Roll the belt around the trunk twice.
(3) Tie at the center of the back so as to wrap your hands.
(4) Tie your hands up and tie them tightly so that you can wrap your hands.
(5) After setting the knot, let the droop go straight down and pass the drooping fabric.
(6) Place the sag on the side of the body, and put a obi pillow covered with a hood on the position about 30 cm from the tip of the sag.
[0004]
(7) Fold the sagging in two while aligning the pattern of the drum.
(8) Grasp the belt pillow from the top of the belt and turn it back, and lift the wrinkle with the belt and the belt.
(9) Place the obi pillow on the knot, tie the tie pillow in front, clean up the obi and leave your hands in front.
(10) Leave the dripping point 8-10 cm, lift up the excess, determine the size of the drum and tie the temporary string in front.
(11) Pass the hand that has been left in front of you along the temporary string, and put it out to both sides of the drum at 4-5 cm ends.
(12) It can be tied in front through banding.
[0005]
By the way, as shown in FIG. 9 above, when wrapping and tying the hand around the torso, it is necessary to pass the droop between the hands at the center of the back and pull it up and down with both hands. Become. Also, the mountain where the drum is made is decided, but the position of the pattern of the drum and the mountain should not be wrinkled, and the mountain should be placed straight on the back knot. In this case, so that the pile of drums is not too large or too small, it is launched from the inside with a temporary string, the length of the drip point is measured with a finger, the temporary string is tightened in front, and a drum is completed. Work must be done by turning your hand back.
[0006]
In this way, you have to turn your hand to the back, pick up the obi pillow, pick up the obi, pick up the temporary string, pick up the tie, and stand up and squat over and over again. And these work are looking at the back with a mirror, and unless you are quite skilled, you cannot tie a belt alone.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the present invention]
Traditional banding and tying work is difficult and requires considerable skill. The problem to be solved by the present invention is this problem, and provides a band pillow that functions as a tying tool so that one person can tie a kimono band easily and accurately.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The band pillow of the present invention functions as a banding tool used when tying the band, and there are a bag band and a Nagoya band as a method of tying the band, but it can be used in any case. The band pillow is composed of a pillow portion, a string, an arm, and a temporary string portion. The arm is extended from the pillow portion, and the temporary string is connected to the tip of the arm. In some cases, the arm tip is T-shaped to connect the temporary string. And the string is connected to the pillow part on both sides as usual. Moreover, the said pillow part may connect the rubber string extended up and down. Here, the connecting means for the string, the temporary string, and the rubber string is not particularly limited. Hereinafter, embodiments according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
[0009]
【Example】
FIG. 1 is an embodiment showing a belt pillow of the present invention, where (a) represents the front side and (b) represents the back side. In the same figure, 1 is a pillow part, 2 is a string, 3 is an arm, 4 is a temporary string, and the pillow part 1 is made of a cloth such as gauze in an elongated bag shape, and the pillow is accommodated in this into a slender bag. It is placed on the lower plate 5 and sewed with a thread. The arm 3 has a base fixed to the lower plate 5 and extends in the vertical direction. Temporary strings 4 and 4 are connected to both ends of the arm 3. The temporary string 4 is marked with points A, B, and C. Point A is formed at a position about 7.5 cm from arm 3, point B is formed at a position about 60 cm from arm 3, and point C is formed at a position about 45 cm from arm 3. FIG. 1 (c) shows another specific example of the arm tip, and there is a case where it has a T shape as shown in FIG. Here, the arm 3 may be formed continuously with the lower plate 5, and the temporary string 4 extends to both sides of the arm tip, but uses one continuous temporary string 4 so that it does not come off the tip. There are times when it is fixed to.
[0010]
FIG. 2 shows another embodiment of the band pillow of the present invention. This is basically the same as in the case of FIG. 1, and has a pillow part 1, a string 2, an arm 3, and a temporary string 4. In addition, in the case of this belt pillow, in addition to these, rubber straps 23a and 23b are provided to extend from the top and bottom of the pillow portion 1 and to fix the belt lifting. Also in the case of this rubber cord 23, one continuous cord may be passed through a hole formed in the lower plate 5 and fastened. Hereinafter, the work procedure for tying the belt using the belt pillow will be described with reference to FIGS.
[0011]
The method of fastening the belt will be described in two ways, a bag belt and a Nagoya belt, but the method of using the belt pillow of the present invention is not particularly limited. The following use is only one specific example.
(1) The bag belt is folded in four and placed with the sag 6 facing upward, and the sash pillow of the present invention is placed on the sag 6. In this case, the clip 7 is fastened to the place of the pillow part 1 so that the point B marked on the temporary strings 4 and 4 is located at the drooping tip. However, it may be positioned at the point C of the temporary string due to the thick person around the waist and the pattern of the drum.
(2) The band 8 is extended and folded back at the position of the clip 7.
(3) Place the obi pillow in the middle of the obi 8 as shown in the figure, align it so that the point A of the temporary string 4, 4 is located at the tip of the sag 9, and the position of the mountain of the drum is fixed here. Check if the handle is good by turning it over.
(4) Cover the obi lift 10 on the pillow part 1 and the two strings 2 and 2, extend the temporary strings 4 and 4 to both sides, and further fold the droop 9 that is folded in this state as shown in the figure. . When using the band pillow shown in FIG. 2, the bandage 10 is fastened so as not to come off with the rubber cords 23a and 23b.
(5) The state in which the sagging 9 is bent is shown in the figure. In this case, the distal end portion 11 is further turned back to the inside, and the temporary strings 4 and 4 are interposed therebetween and hugged. Therefore, there are 6 bands that overlap.
(6) Fix both sides with the clips 12 and 12 so that the sag folded in this way does not collapse. In the case of a fat person, as shown in (b), both sides of the temporary string 4 and 4 are fixed with separate clips 13 and 13, but one lower band is sandwiched. I can't. And this is the drum.
[0012]
(7) to (12) in FIG. 4 show the subsequent work procedure.
(7) The folded drum is turned upside down as shown in the figure, the band width from the tip 14 to the drum 15 is folded in half, and appropriate two places are sandwiched between clips 16 and 16.
(8) Fold the band width in half and bend in the vertical direction at the drum boundary. In this case, the intersection is bent so as to form an isosceles triangle, and the apex 17 is sandwiched by clips 18 and fixed.
(9) The hand 19 of the barrel 20 thus formed is placed on the left shoulder so that the tip is located in the middle of the barrel 20. Then, the body 20 is wound around the body twice and adjusted while pulling the hand 19 so that the handle of the wound body 20 is correctly positioned on the front surface.
(10) The body 20 wound twice around the body is clamped by the clip 21 at the center of the waist and fixed.
(11) Lower the hand 19 from the shoulder and fold it diagonally so that the hand 19 does not come out on the back.
(12) Turn the hand 19 that has been lowered from the shoulder forward, leave it at the right bust point, and clip it. The surplus hand 19 is pulled back as shown in FIG.
[0013]
FIGS. 5 (13) to (18) show further work procedures.
(13) Place the drum 15 with the mountain on the back. At this time, in order to conceal the remaining part of the hand 19, the hand 19 is lowered from the top, and the remaining part pulled over the back in (12) is folded under the drum 15.
(14) Pull the straps 2 and 2 of the obi pillow to both sides when they are correctly placed on the back.
(15) The two cords 2 and 2 are fastened at the chest and hidden in the trunk 20. Then, the obi lift 10 is inserted into the trunk 20.
(16) Pull the temporary strings 4 and 4 on both sides, tighten them in front, and retract them to the lower side of the trunk 20. Then, all the clips 7, 12, 13, 16, 18, 21 that are fastened are removed.
(17) Adjust the shape of the drum, remove the hand 19 that has been deposited in front, pass it through the drum along the temporary string 4, put out about 4-5 cm on both sides and hide the temporary string 4.
(18) The band 22 is tightened through the drum and completed.
In this way, by using the obi pillow of the present invention, the drum is made first and tied in that state, the shape of the drum can be easily adjusted and the position can be worn in a well-balanced manner. Of course, no great power is required for the knot.
[0014]
6 to 8 show work procedures when tying the Nagoya belt, the belt pillow shown in FIG. 1 or FIG. 2 is used.
(1) Bend the band vertically at the sewing stop position as shown in the figure. Then, the pillow part 1 is placed on the side where the belt back 24 is put out. In this case, it arrange | positions so that the front-end | tip of the arm 3 may be located in the sewing stop 25. FIG.
(2) Cover the pillow part 1 and the string 2 with the bandage 10 and cover the sag 26 over the band pillow. However, if there is a pattern on the drum, the position of the pattern is determined and arranged.
(3) Lift the sag 26 on the side of the temporary string 4 of the belt pillow and fold it inside as shown in the figure, so that the length of the sag 26 extending downward is about 7 cm. (B), (c) has shown another folding form of the drooping 26. FIG.
(4) Insert and fix both sides with clips 27 and 27 so that the pile of drums made by folding inside does not collapse. If the sag 26 is long, it may be clipped by two on each side.
(5) The sag 26 extending from the band sewing stop 25 is bent upward and the whole is sandwiched by the clips 28. This completes the drum part.
(6) Put the hand 29 over the left shoulder and wrap the band around the body twice. In this case, adjustment is made so that the tip of the hand is positioned at the center of the band, and when the band has a pattern, the position of the pattern is also taken into consideration.
[0015]
(7) In order to wrap the body twice and fix the band, the clip 30 is sandwiched at the center of the waist.
(8) Lower the hand 29 from the shoulder and fold it diagonally so that the hand does not touch the back. As shown in (b), pull the back position with your right hand and fold it.
(9) Carry the hand 29 forward along the belt wrapped around the body and place it in the right bust point with the clip 31 so that it does not come off.
(10) Place the drum on the back so that the mountain is on top. In this case, hide the drum with the drum so that the excess part of the hand does not come out.
(11) Fasten the obi pillow string 2 in front and place it in the obi, and insert the obi lift 10 into the obi.
(12) Tie temporary strings 4, 4 on both sides.
