Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a gate pump facility for preventing intrusion of outside water and forcibly discharging inside water to the outside water side.
[0002]
[Prior art and its problems]
As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, when the drainage pump 110 is mounted facing the inner water side A of the gate 101 that is supported by the sluice provided in the water channel so as to be movable up and down, and the outer water level is lower than the inner water level. As shown in FIG. 4, the drainage pump 110 is lifted together with the gate 101 and drained by natural flow. When the outside water level becomes higher than the inside water level, the drainage pump 110 is lowered together with the gate 101 as shown in FIG. A gate pump facility for preventing and forcibly discharging internal water by pump operation is already known.
[0003]
However, in the conventional gate pump equipment, since the drain pump 110 is mounted in a cantilevered manner on the inner water side A surface of the gate 101, a weight imbalance occurs, and the raising / lowering operation of the gate 101 becomes unsmooth. Since the heavy gate 101 is moved up and down together with 110, a large power is required and the running cost is increased, and a machine hatch having a large opening H for passing the pump is required in the slab at the upper part of the waterway to maintain the strength of the building frame. The construction cost is high, and the drainage pump 110 facing the inner water channel A has a drawback that a falling material in the water channel directly hits and is damaged. Furthermore, the gate equipment is equipped with a secondary pump in preparation for additional drainage in the event of a main pump failure or emergency, and separate discharge pipes are provided for each of the two main and secondary pumps installed individually. For this reason, there is a grudge that the configuration becomes complicated and the size of the equipment cannot be avoided.
[0004]
OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
The object of the present invention is to have a simple structure and can be installed at a low cost without increasing the size, and it is possible to avoid the falling material in the water channel from directly hitting the drainage pump, and running without requiring a large amount of power for the lifting operation. The purpose is to provide an advantageous gate pump facility in terms of cost.
[0005]
[Structure of the invention]
In the gate pump facility according to the present invention, a top-opening box-shaped gate housing is provided in the water channel, a water intake is opened at a lower portion of the inner water side wall surface, and the inside of the elbow discharge pipe is separated from the main pump side discharge channel by a separator. A sub-pump side discharge passage is partitioned, a check valve is provided on each upper opening surface of both of the partitioned discharge passages, and a single discharge conduit for merging the discharge passages is further provided above the check valve. The upper end is opened to the outside water side, and the elbow-like discharge pipe branched into a bifurcated lower part is fixed to the lower part of the gate housing by an attaching / detaching bend, and the opening surfaces on both side ends are respectively discharged from the side pump. Formed on the exit abutment surface, the main pump elevating guide and the sub pump elevating guide are erected separately in the gate housing, and the engaging element derived from the outer surface of the main pump slides on the main pump elevating guide It can be freely engaged and The engagement element derived from the surface sliding allowed freely engaged in lifting guide for the sub pump.
[0006]
【Example】
The embodiment will be described below with reference to FIGS.
[0007]
Reference numeral 1 denotes a gate housing provided in the water channel, which is formed in a box shape having an upper surface opened, an intake port 2 is opened at a lower portion of the inner water side wall surface 1a, and an elbow-like discharge is made by a detachable bend 3 at the lower bottom portion. The tube 4 is fixed. The elbow discharge pipe 4 is divided into a main pump side discharge path 6a and a sub pump side discharge path 6b by a separator 5 in the pipe, and check valves are respectively provided on upper end opening surfaces 7a and 7b of the divided discharge paths 6a and 6b. 8 and 8, but if it is a butterfly type check valve, one valve element is arranged on the upper end opening surface of the main pump side discharge path 6a, and the other valve element is connected to the sub pump side discharge path 6b. It will be placed on the top opening surface. A single discharge conduit 9 is formed above the check valves 8 and 8 to join the discharge passages 6a and 6b. An upper end of the discharge conduit 9 is opened from above the gate housing 1 to the outside water side. 10a is a main pump, 11a is a side opening type pump discharge port of the main pump 10a, 12a is a pump suction port of the main pump 10a, 10b is a sub pump, 11b is a side opening type pump discharge port of the sub pump 10b, and 12b is a sub pump. 10b pump inlet. The elbow-shaped discharge pipe 4 is bifurcated at the lower side, and both side end opening surfaces 13a and 13b are formed at the abutting surfaces of the side-open pump discharge ports 11a and 11b, respectively. 14a is an elevating guide for the main pump 10a, and 14b is an elevating guide for the sub pump 10b, which are opposed to each other across the discharge conduit 9 in the gate housing 1. An engaging member 15a led out from the outer surface of the main pump 10a is slidably engaged with the main pump elevating guide 14a. An engaging member 15b led out from the outer surface of the sub pump is slidably engaged with the sub pump lifting guide 14b. Reference numeral 16a denotes a locking claw that is led out from the upper edge of the pump discharge port 11a and detachably engages with the upper edge of the side end opening surface 13a of the elbow discharge pipe 4, and 16b is led out from the upper edge of the pump discharge port 11b. The locking claw that is detachably locked to the upper edge of the side end opening surface 13b of the elbow-shaped discharge pipe 4, 17a is a hanging chain for lifting / lowering operation of the main pump 10a, and 17b is for lifting / lowering operation of the sub pump 10b. It is a hanging chain.
[0008]
[Action]
When the external water level is lower than the internal water level, the main and sub pumps 10a and 10b are in the ascending position together with the gate housing 1, and drainage is performed by natural flow. When the water level becomes higher, the main and sub pumps together with the gate housing 1 10a and 10b are lowered to prepare for intrusion of outside water, but even if the outside water level further rises, the inside water is not forcibly discharged by the pump operation while the inside water level does not reach the pump operation water level. . If repair or replacement is necessary due to a pump failure during this period, it is sufficient to raise only the pump that needs repair and replacement while leaving the gate housing 1 in the waterway. When the internal water level rises and reaches a predetermined operating water level, the internal water is forcibly discharged by the operation of the main pump 10a. When a failure occurs in the main pump 10a, the internal water is forcibly discharged by the operation of the sub pump 10b. Further, when the internal water is discharged urgently, the main and sub pumps 10a and 10b are operated simultaneously.
[0009]
【The invention's effect】
According to the gate pump facility of the present invention, since the discharge ports of the two main and sub pumps are connected to a single discharge conduit, the structure is simple and can be installed at low cost without increasing the size. Since the pump is held in the top-opening box-shaped gate housing, it is possible to prevent the spilled material in the water channel from hitting the pump directly, and leave the gate housing in the water channel when repairing or replacing the drain pump. Since it is sufficient to raise and lower only the pump that requires repair / replacement, it does not require a large amount of power for the lifting operation, which is advantageous in terms of running cost.
