【発明の実施の形態】
以下、この発明の具体的実施例を添付図面に基づいて説明する。この実施例においては型枠として梁型枠を想定しているが、型枠はこれに限られず、例えば土木仮枠、打ちっぱなし用等も想定し得ることは勿論である。

図中符号10はこの発明の型枠締付用ボルトである(図3参照)。在来の型枠締付用ボルトがせき板の外側に突出したコーンの取り付け部に螺合されるものであったのに対し、この発明における型枠締付用ボルトは先端にセパレータ1を螺合固定した状態でコーンの中に挿入されるものであり、これがこの発明の大きな特徴となっている。従って、この発明の型枠締付用ボルト10においては一端に設けられた螺子孔11はセパレータ1の端部の螺子部が螺合されるためのものである。この発明の型枠締付用ボルト10の他端は在来の型枠締付用ボルトと同様にリブ座金60Aの固定ナット61Aが螺合進退するための螺子部13を有するが、後記する理由よりリブ座金60Aの一定限度の進行を阻止するフランジ状のストッパー12が中途に設けられる。

次に図中符号20はこの発明のコーンである(図3参照)。この発明のコーンは在来のコーンと同様にせき板に固定されるが、在来のコーンのように型枠締付用ボルトとの螺合により固定されるのではなく、別途用意された筒状の止め具30との螺合により固定される。このコーン20は前記の型枠締付用ボルト10が進入可能な中空部21を有すると共に底部22にこの中空部と連通して型枠締付用ボルトの端部の螺合固定されたセパレータ1が貫通可能な開口23を有する有底筒状に構成される。そして、開口側をせき板S1に設けた取り付け穴に挿入する取り付け部24とすると共にその外周に段部25を設け、更に中空部21の内周に螺子溝を設ける。尚、この実施例においては取り付け部24に対しコーン20の本体を拡径部とすることにより段部25を得ているが、この段部は例えばフランジ状として得てもよいことは勿論である。以上のコーン20に対して用意される止め具30は前記の型枠締付用ボルト10が貫通可能な中空の筒状に構成され、コーン20の取り付け部24内周に螺合可能な螺子部31を外周に設けると共にフランジ状の段部32が設けられる。

以上の構成よりなるこの発明のセパレータ支持具を用いた型枠の施工法は次の通りである。
(1) 一方のせき板S1には在来のコーン40が、せき板を挟んでその取り付け部42を在来の型枠締付用ボルト50と螺合することにより固定される(図2の状態)。
(2) 他方のせき板S1にはこの発明のコーン20が、せき板を挟んでその取り付け部24を止め具30と螺合することにより固定される(図2の状態)。即ち、せき板S1に穿設した取り付け穴に挿入されたコーン20の取り付け部24の内周には反対側から止め具30の螺子部31が螺合されることにより、コーン20の段部25と止め具30の段部32によりせき板S1を挟持する(図2の状態)。
(3) 螺子部2Aと螺子孔11によりセパレータ1を型枠締付用ボルト10の一端に螺合固定した状態で、セパレータをコーン20の開口から内部に挿入し、コーンの底部22の開口23からセパレータの他端を型枠内に進行させる(図2の状態)。
(4) セパレータ1を在来のコーン40の螺子孔41に達するまで進行させ、型枠締付用ボルト10ごと回転することにより螺子部2Bと螺子孔41によりセパレータを在来のコーンに螺合固定する。この段階においてセパレータ1の一端はコーン20の底部22の内壁面に当接するので、結果的にセパレータは在来のコーン40とこの発明のコーン20間に支持され、それによりせき板S1同士が結合されることとなる(図1の状態)。
(5) 以上の在来の型枠締付用ボルト50にはリブ座金60Bが外挿されると共にその固定ナット61Bが螺合され、リブ座金60Bとせき板S1の外側の間にばた材となる丸パイプ62B、62Bが挟持固定される(図1の状態)。
(6) 同じく、この発明の型枠締付用ボルト10にはリブ座金60Aが外挿されると共にその固定ナット61Aが螺合され、リブ座金60Aとせき板S1の外側の間にばた材となる丸パイプ62A、62Aが挟持固定される(図1の状態)。尚、この場合固定ナット61Aを締め過ぎると在来のコーン40に螺合されたセパレータ1を引き戻そうという力が働いてしまうので、これを防止するために固定ナット61A(それに伴うリブ座金60A)の一定限度の進行を阻止するためのフランジ状のストッパー12が型枠締付用ボルト10の中途に設けられる。

以上の構成よりなるこの発明の型枠用セパレータ支持具によれば、鉄筋を型枠内に組んでからも、コーンの穴を利用して型枠内の在来のビーコンを確かめ、型枠の外側からセパレータを差し入れてコーンの間に支持することが可能となるので、従来技術のように金てこやパイプ等で鉄筋を壊して手や道具の差し入れのために隙間を確保する必要がなくなり、施工能率が格段に向上する。
