Claims (23)
- 中空内臓に挿入される拡張構造体(10)において、
この拡張構造体は、第一接続部(14)から第二接続部(16)へと拡張構造体(10)のほぼ長手方向(36)に延び、拡張構造体(10)の周縁に配置され、半径方向に広がることにより中空内臓の壁面に当接して配置することができる拡張ロッド(12)を有する拡張構造体(10)であって、
拡張構造体(10)は長手方向に沿う少なくとも一つの部位(22)を有し、この部位(22)は隣接部(20、24)と比べ低い曲げこわさを有するとともに非直線ロッド部を有し、
非直線ロッド部は、伸縮状態で、既に曲げ及びよじれを有することを特徴とする拡張構造体。 - 隣接部(20、24)と比べ低い曲げこわさの部位(22)は、減少した横断面を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の拡張構造体。
- 少なくとも一つの低い曲げこわさの部位(22)は、非直線のロッド部を有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2のいずれかに記載の拡張構造体。
- 少なくとも一つの低い曲げこわさの部位(22)は、曲折したロッド部を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の拡張構造体。
- 少なくとも一つの低い曲げこわさの部位(22)は、波型のロッド部を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の拡張構造体。
- 少なくとも一つの低い曲げこわさの部位(22)は、ジグザグ型のロッド部を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の拡張構造体。
- 少なくとも一つの低い曲げこわさの部位(22)は、正方形の横断面を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の拡張構造体。
- 第一及び第二接続部(14、16)は、拡張構造体(10)の縦軸(36)に設けられた中央ハブとして機能することを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の拡張構造体。
- 少なくとも一つの接続部(16)は、中心ロッド(30)を第二接続部(14)までスライドさせることができる開口部(28)を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の拡張構造体。
- 前記接続部(14、16)は、略円筒形であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至9のいずれか1項に記載の拡張構造体。
- 接続部(14、16)から始まる各々の拡張ロッド(12)は、拡張構造体(10)の初期状態において、半径方向外方に湾曲する第一部(18、26)と、この第一部(18、26)に続く略直線の第二部(20、24)とを有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至10のいずれか1項に記載の拡張構造体。
- 拡張構造体(10)の周縁に均等に配置される6個の拡張ロッド(12)を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至11のいずれか1項に記載の拡張構造体。
- 中空内臓に挿入される拡張構造体(10)において、
この拡張構造体は、第一接続部(14)から第二接続部(16)へと拡張構造体(10)のほぼ長手方向(36)に延び、拡張構造体(10)の周縁に配置され、半径方向に広がることにより中空内臓の壁面に当接して配置することができる複数の拡張ロッド(12)を有する拡張構造体(10)であって、
フィルター膜(40)が少なくとも二つの拡張ロッド(12)間に配置され、前記フィルター膜は拡張ロッド(12)が半径方向へ拡張することにより、略展開状態となることを特徴とする請求項1乃至12のいずれか1項に記載の拡張構造体(10)。 - フィルター膜(40)は、全ての隣接する拡張ロッド(12)間に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項13記載の拡張構造体。
- フィルター膜(40)は、拡張構造体の末端部から拡張構造体の中間部まで延在することを特徴とする請求項13又は14に記載の拡張構造体。
- フィルター膜(40)は、拡張構造体の近位部から中間部まで延在することを特徴とする請求項13乃至15のいずれか1項に記載の拡張構造体。
- フィルター膜(40)は、試錐孔、編まれた繊維(44)及び/又はネット構造により形成された孔(42)を有することを特徴とする請求項13乃至16のいずれか1項に記載の拡張構造体。
- 孔(42)は、約50μm以上100μm以下の範囲で自由な直径をもつことを特徴と
する請求項16記載の拡張構造体。 - フィルター膜(40)は、ニチノール、ePTEE、ダクロン(登録商標)、ポリエステル、ポリウレタン、ポリアクリル樹脂、シリコン及び/又はEPDMにより作られることを特徴とする請求項13乃至18のいずれか1項に記載の拡張構造体。
- フィルター膜(40)は、少なくとも一つの拡張ロッド(12)にHF溶接、接着、改鋳又はホットプレスによって設けられることを特徴とする請求項13乃至19のいずれか1項に記載の拡張構造体。
- フィルター膜(40)は、浸漬及び/又は噴霧により少なくとも二つの拡張ロッド(12)間に設けられることを特徴とする請求項13乃至20のいずれか1項に記載の拡張構造体。
- 請求項1乃至21のいずれか1項に記載の拡張構造体(10)と、
拡張構造体(10)の第一接続部(16)を通って、逆側にある第二接続部(14)に取り付けられた中心ロッド(30)と、
長手方向に中心ロッド(30)に沿って第一接続部(16)をスライドさせることのできる、中心ロッド(30)の周りに配置されたチューブ(34)と、
を備えたことを特徴とする拡張装置。 - 拡張構造体(10)、中心ロッド(30)及びチューブ(34)が挿入される鞘(38)を備え、当該鞘(38)から取り出す際又は取り出した後に、拡張構造体(10)が広がることを特徴とする請求項22記載の拡張装置。
