なお、剥離強度計測装置は試験片の一部を固定し、クランプ12と対をなすクランプ板(図示せず)も備えており、試験片の未剥離部分Aに対して90度の方向に剥がしていく90度剥離において、試験片の剥離強度を計測することも可能になっている。

The holding guide 14 is attached to the same fixing member as the clamp 12 and rises together with the clamp 12. If the unpeeled portion of the test piece is maintained at a predetermined angle in this way, the phenomenon that the urethane resin 15 expands and contracts when an elastic body such as the urethane resin 15 is pulled can be suppressed. The peel strength measuring device also includes a clamp plate (not shown) that fixes a part of the test piece and is paired with the clamp 12, and peels it in a direction of 90 degrees with respect to the unpeeled portion A of the test piece. クランプ板20には、図6のように、試験片の被剥離部材(ウレタン樹脂18)の部分だけが露出するように切り欠き20aが形成されている。これにより、試験片はウレタン樹脂18以外の部分だけがクランプ板20によって押圧保持される。測定時には、90度剥離用の試験片のウレタン樹脂18の一端を荷重計測器11のクランプ12に固定し、荷重計測器11が上昇することにより試験片の剥離強度の計測が行なわれる。
このように、T字剥離で用いるクランプ13は容易に外すことができるので、90度剥離用への切り換えが簡単である。また、90度剥離で用いるクランプ板20に被剥離部材(ウレタン樹脂18)だけが露出するように切り欠きを形成したことにより、セッティングが容易になり、確実な固定に基づく剥離強度計測が可能になる。
