Description

【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は遊技機において外枠の前に開閉可能に設けられた前面枠、および前面枠の前に開閉可能に設けられたガラス枠等、外側の枠部材に開閉可能に設けられた前側の枠部材の開放を規制する施錠装置に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、パチンコ機等の遊技機は、外枠に前面枠が開閉可能に取付けられており、施錠装置により前面枠の開放を規制している。また、前面枠にガラス枠が開閉可能に取付けられており、施錠装置によりガラス枠の開放を規制している。図15は前面枠Mを外枠Sに施錠する従来の代表的な施錠装置を示し、従来の施錠装置は、前面枠Mの開放側の縦枠に沿って設けられた縦長のベースプレート1の上部と下部にそれぞれ傾動可能な係合フック2を備えている。また、ベースプレート1にはこれ沿って上下方向に昇降可能なスライド部材3を設けてその上端および下端をそれぞれ係合フック2と連結し、スライド部材3の上下方向の昇降により、両係合フック2をほぼ水平姿勢をなす施錠位置と、下方へ傾動する解錠位置とに作動可能としている。スライド部材3はバネ部材33により下側へ付勢され、通常、両係合フック2を上記施錠位置に保持している。スライド部材3は、ベースプレート1の中間に設けたシリンダ錠10のキー操作により上方へスライドして両係合フック2を上記解錠位置に切り換えるようにしている。施錠装置は、前面枠M閉鎖時、外枠Sの開放側の縦枠に設けられた各係合金具4に各係合フック2を上記施錠位置で係合することにより前面枠を施錠する(例えば、特許文献1参照。)。尚、図例は係合フック2を下側へ傾動することにより解錠するものを示したが、従来の施錠装置にはスライド部材を下降することにより係合フックを上方へ傾動せしめて解錠するものもある。

また従来、ガラス枠を前面枠に施錠する場合、上記施錠装置を前面枠の開放側の縦枠に設け、ガラス枠の開放側の縦枠に係合金具を設けておき、ガラス枠閉鎖時に、前面枠側に設けた施錠装置の係合フックをガラス枠の上記係合金具に係合することで施錠をすることが行われている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、従来の施錠装置では、係合フック2と係合金具4とを上下方向に係合するのみの施錠であり、かつ外枠と前面枠または前面枠とガラス枠の開放側の縦枠どうしを施錠するのみであるため施錠強度が不十分であり、外枠と前面枠または前面枠とガラス枠の境界に、故意に先の尖った工具等を差し込んでこじることにより各枠部材間に隙間ができやすいという問題点があった。例えば、外枠と前面枠との間に隙間ができると、該隙間から先端を複数の段差状に屈曲した特殊な板バネ材等を機台内に差し込み、該板バネ材の先端を係合フック2に引っ掛けて強制的に係合フック2を解錠位置へ傾動せしめて前面枠を開放し、前面枠背面の制御基板を改変する等の不正行為が行われるおそれがある。また、前面枠とガラス枠との間に隙間ができると、そこから遊技盤上へセルロイド板や針金等を挿入して、遊技球の進路を強制的に変えたり、大入賞口や始動口を強制的に開放する等の不正行為が行われるおそれがある。そこで本発明は、施錠強度が高く、各枠部材間に隙間ができ難く、不正行為を防止する遊技機の施錠装置を提供することを課題としてなされたものである。

請求項1の発明は、外枠の前に前面枠が開閉可能に設けられ、前面枠の前にガラス枠が開閉可能に設けられた遊技機の外側の枠部材に開閉可能に設けられた前側の枠部材の開放を規制する施錠装置であって、外側の枠部材または前側の枠部材のいずれか一方の枠部材の開放側の縦枠に沿うベースプレートに設けた傾動可能な係合フックと、上記ベースプレートに沿って昇降可能で昇降作動により上記係合フックを施錠位置と解錠位置とに切換可能となすスライド部材と、該スライド部材を昇降作動せしめるシリンダ錠を備え、上記前側の枠部材の閉鎖時に、係合フックを相手側の枠部材の縦枠に係合して施錠する遊技機の施錠装置において、
付勢手段により上記スライド部材を下方へ付勢せしめ、上記係合フックを上記施錠位置に保持せしめる一方、上記シリンダ錠の開放操作により上記スライド部材が上昇して係合フックを上記解錠位置に切換えるようになし、
上記ベースプレートにはこれに沿って上下方向に進退可能で、上方へ進出する施錠位置と、上記施錠位置から下方へ後退する解錠位置とに切換可能な係合ロッドを支持せしめ、
係合ロッドの基端を、上記ベースプレートと上記スライド部材に設けた第1のスリットおよび第2のスリットとからなる連動手段に一連に挿通せしめ、上記スライド部材の昇降作動に伴う上記第1および第2のスリットの相対移動により上記係合ロッドを上記解錠位置から上記施錠位置に押し上げるとともに上記施錠位置に保持し、上記開放操作によるスライド部材の昇降作動で係合ロッドが最上部に押し上げられたときに解除位置に切り替えるようになし、
上記前側の枠部材の閉鎖時に、上記係合ロッドを上記施錠位置で上記相手側の枠部材の横枠に設けた係合孔に挿入せしめて施錠せしめる。

【発明の実施の形態】
図1ないし図7に基づいて本発明の第1の実施形態を説明する。本実施形態は、パチンコ機の外側の枠部材たる外枠に開閉可能に設けた前側の枠部材たる前面枠を施錠する施錠装置に本発明を適応したものである。パチンコ機には長方形状の外枠の前に前面枠を配し、前面枠の一方の縦枠の上下端を外枠の縦枠の上下端にヒンジ結合し、前面枠を外枠に対して水平方向に開閉自在に取付けてある。図1に示すように、前面枠Mの他方(開放側)の縦枠の背面には施錠装置が設置してあり、前面枠Mは施錠装置により外枠Sに対して閉鎖状態に施錠される。外枠Sに対して前面枠Mを開放して前面枠Mの背面に設置された各種の制御装置のメンテナンス等を行なう。前面枠Mの内側には遊技盤が収納してあり、前面枠Mに遊技盤を覆うようにガラス枠を開閉可能に設け、ガラス枠を前面枠Mに対して開放して遊技盤上の球つまりの解消や遊技釘等の調整を行なう。

図1ないし図3に示すように、前面枠Mを外枠Sに施錠する施錠装置は、前面枠Mの開放側の縦枠の背面に沿って縦方向に延びるベースプレート1を備えている。ベースプレート1は断面ほぼL字形の金属板で、取付け部1bを前面枠Mの上記縦枠の背面に沿って固定して、上記縦枠の背面から後方へ突出する縦壁状の支持部1aが設けてある。尚、取付け部1bの上下中間位置には前方へ突出するシリンダ錠10が取付けてあり、シリンダ錠10は上記縦枠に形成した取付け穴を貫通して前面枠Mの前面側に突出せしめてある。

ベースプレート1の支持部1aの上端にはスライド部材3の上方位置に、スライド部材3と反対側の板面に沿って上下方向に延びる金属棒からなる係合ロッド5が設けてある。係合ロッド5は支持部1aの上記板面に設けた上下のホルダー部11a,11bにより保持され、ロッド先端が支持部1aの上縁から上方へ突出する上昇位置とロッド先端が支持部1aの上縁よりも下がる下降位置とを上下動可能としてある。また、外枠Sの横枠の下面には、前面枠M閉鎖時に、係合ロッド5のロッド先端と対向する位置に係合孔6が形成してある。係合孔6は係合ロッド5の突出量よりも深くしてあり、孔径は係合ロッド5のロッド先端よりも若干大径で、ロッド先端を挿入可能な大きさにしてある。

第2のスリット7bは、第1のスリット7aよりも若干縦長に形成してあり、スライド部材3が上記下限位置にあるとき、第2のスリット7bの上端縁が第1のスリット7aの上端縁とほぼ同じ位置か若干上方に位置するようにしてあり、第1のスリット7aと全体的に重なるようにしてある。第2のスリット7bのスリット幅は、第1のスリット7aの第1のガイド部71と嵌合部72を合わせた最大スリット幅と同じにしてある。スライド部材3の上昇時に係合ロッド5の基端51と当接してこれを押し上げる第2のスリット7bの下端縁には、前側を低くし後側を高くした湾曲階段状で、係合ロッド5の基端51を第1のスリット7aの嵌合部72側から第1のガイド部71側へ案内する第2のガイド部73が形成してある。第2のスリット7bの下端縁は、スライド部材3が上記上限位置に上昇したとき、第2のガイド部73の低部が第1のスリット7aの上端縁よりも下方に位置し、第2のガイド部73の高部が第1のスリット7aの上端縁よりも上方に位置するようにしてある。

このように構成した施錠装置の施錠動作を図3ないし図5に基づいて説明する。前面枠Mの開放時、施錠装置の係合フック2はほぼ水平な施錠位置に保持され、係合ロッド5はその基端51が第1のスリット7aの第1のガイド部71の下端縁に当接してロッド先端がベースプレート1の支持部1aの上縁よりも下がった解錠位置となっている。前面枠Mを閉じ方向に回動すると、図3(A)に示すように、係合フック2の案内部22が外枠Sの係合金具4に当接する。更に前面枠Mを閉じ方向に押し込むと、図3(B)に示すように、係合フック2の案内部22と係合金具4とが相対移動して係合フック2が下方へ傾動する。このとき、係合フック2の傾動によりスライド部材3が上方へ引き上げられる。

次に、図6および図7に基づいて前面枠を開放する解錠動作について説明する。前面枠を開放するにはシリンダ錠10にキーを差し込み、回し操作(キー操作)することによりなされる。図6(A)(B)に示すように、施錠状態から上記キー操作を行うと、スライド部材3が上限位置へ上昇し、係合フック2が下方へ傾動して解錠位置となり、係合フック2と係合金具4の施錠が解錠される。

一方、図6(A)(B)、図7のa.ないしe.に示すように、係合ロッド5は、キー操作によりスライド部材3が上昇すると、第2のスリット7bの下端縁の第2のガイド部73の高部が係合ロッド5の基端51に当接し、バネ部材52に抗して上方へ押し上げられる。このとき、係合ロッド5の基端51は、第1のスリット7aの上端縁から嵌合部72に至る傾斜部により案内されて第2のスリット7bの下端縁の第2のガイド部73の高部から低部側へ移動し、スライド部材3が上限位置へ至ると、係合ロッド5の基端51は、第1のスリット7aの上端縁に当接し、かつ第2のスリット7bの下端縁の第2のガイド部73の低部に嵌入する。

そして、図6(B)(C)、図7のe.ないしi.に示すように、キー操作をゆっくり戻し、スライド部材3を下降させることで、係合ロッド5は、基端51が第2のガイド部73の低部に嵌入した状態で、第1のスリット7aの第1のガイド部71に沿って下降し、ロッド先端が外枠Sの係合孔6から後退するとともにベースプレート1の支持部1aの上縁から下がって解錠する。

本実施形態によれば、従来構造に比べて施錠箇所を増やし、かつ前面枠Mの開放側の縦枠を外枠Sの開放側の縦枠と横枠とに施錠するようにしたので、施錠強度を向上することができる。従って、前面枠Mと外枠Sとの間に隙間ができにくく、異物の挿入が困難で、不正に前面枠Mを開放することができない。

特に、係合ロッド5の解錠は、係合フック2と係合金具4との係合解除に比べて、スライド部材3を上限位置まで上昇させないと解錠することができないので、仮に前面枠Mと外枠Sとの間に特殊な板バネ材等を差し込むことができ、これにより係合フック2を傾動させて係合金具4との係合が解除できたとしても、この時点ではスライド部材3が上限位置まで上昇せず、係合ロッド5は解錠しない。従って不正な開放操作では容易に係合ロッド5を解錠することができず、前面枠Mを開放することができない。

また、上述の実施形態では施錠装置を前面枠と外枠との施錠に用いたが、本施錠装置をガラス枠と前面枠との施錠に用いてもよい。この場合、施錠装置を前面枠の開放側の縦枠に設け、その係合フックをガラス枠の開放側の縦枠に設けた係合金具に施錠するとともに、係合ロッドをガラス枠の横枠に設けた係合孔に嵌入して施錠するようにする。これによれば、ガラス枠と前面枠との施錠強度が向上し、ガラス枠と前面枠との間に隙間ができず、遊技盤の盤面上へ異物を挿入することが困難で、遊技球の進路を変えたり、大入賞口や始動口を強制的に開放する等の不正行為を防止することができる。
