Description
厚さ0.8mmの鋼板(C:0.20%、Mn:1.2%、Si:0.1%、Al;0.03%、S:0.01%、P:0.01%、Ti:0.01%、残部Fe)の表面に、溶融めっき法により、表1に記載した付着量のZnめっきを施した。これらのめっき層には表1に示したようにAlが含まれている。なお、GIは溶融Znめっきのままで、GAとあるのは、600℃で30秒、合金化したものである。
Claims (3)
- 鋼母材のAc3点以上の温度に加熱された後、加工されるホットプレス用溶融Znめっき鋼板であって、上記加熱時に溶融し得るAl粉末および/またはAl基合金粉末40〜98質量%と、有機樹脂2〜60質量%とからなる皮膜が、上記溶融Znめっき層表面に3〜15μm厚で形成されていることを特徴とするホットプレス用溶融Znめっき鋼板。
- 上記溶融Znめっき層が、非合金化溶融Znめっき層であって、その付着量が50g/m2以上である請求項1に記載のホットプレス用溶融Znめっき鋼板。
- 上記溶融Znめっき層が、合金化溶融Znめっき層であって、その付着量が30g/m2以上である請求項1に記載のホットプレス用溶融Znめっき鋼板。
