本発明は、杭頭処理方法に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
杭と上部構造物を接続する従来の杭頭処理方法に、杭頭を剛結合とするために上部構造物内に杭径程度埋め込む方法がある。この場合、上部工の下筋が杭と干渉するため以下の方法で結合部を補強する。
<イ>杭頭周辺に開口部補強鉄筋を配置する方法。
<ロ>杭を打設した現地で杭頭にプレートを溶接して取り付け、プレートに上部構造物の鉄筋を溶接する方法。

【本発明が解決しようとする課題】
前記した従来の杭頭処理方法にあっては、次のような問題点がある。
<イ>開口部補強鉄筋による方法では局部的に鉄筋量が増える。このため、限られた空間内に多くの鉄筋を配置する必要がある。この結果、密に配置された鉄筋の間にコンクリートを充填するための対策が必要となる。
<ロ>プレートを使用する場合は、施工現場で杭頭とプレート、プレートと鉄筋の溶接をおこなう。このため、施工効率、溶接の信頼性、費用等の点で問題になる場合がある。

本発明は上記したような従来の問題を解決するためになされたもので、容易で品質の高い杭頭処理方法を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記のような目的を達成するために、本発明の杭頭処理方法は、杭頭と上部構造物を接続する杭頭処理方法において、杭の上端から所定の距離の杭周に支持材を取り付けた杭を打設し、内径が杭の外径よりも大きい環状板に、杭に接続する上部構造物用の鉄筋を予め溶接して取り付けた杭頭処理材を杭頭から挿入し、前記支持材の上に杭頭処理材を設置し、上部構造物用のコンクリートを打設することによって、杭と杭頭処理材と上部構造物とを一体化させることを特徴としたものである。

以下図面を参照しながら本発明の実施の形態について説明する。

<イ>杭頭処理材
杭頭処理材3は、環状板1と上部構造物用の鉄筋2から構成される。
環状板1は、杭4の外径より大きな内径を有する環状の鋼板である。
環状板1は、杭頭周辺の開口部を補強するために使用される。
環状板間の鉄筋2は杭頭間に構築する上部構造物の下部鉄筋となる。
鉄筋2は環状板1に溶接で固定する。

杭4は、海中等に打設する鋼管杭、コンクリート杭等をいう。
杭頭41は、杭4を打設した場合の杭の上方をいう。
杭の上端42から所定の距離の杭周に支持材5を取り付ける。
支持材5は、山形鋼等の鋼材を使用し、所定の位置に取り付ける。取り付けは溶接、ボルト等によっておこなう。
支持材5は、杭の打設前に予め取り付けておくことが望ましい。なお、杭4の打設後に取り付けることもできる。

まず、杭4を所定の間隔で打設する。
杭打設前に支持材5を取り付けていない場合は、支持材5を所定の位置に取り付ける。
次に、杭頭処理材3を設置する。
環状板1と鉄筋2の溶接は、工場又は陸上の作業ヤードでおこなう。このため、信頼性の高い溶接を効率的に行える。ここで、鉄筋2の取り付け位置は、実際に打設した杭頭間の距離を考慮して決める。例えば、杭間隔が設計より狭くなった場合は、設計より短い鉄筋2を使用するか、鉄筋2と環状板1が重複する範囲を長くする。
杭頭処理材3はクレーンで吊り上げ、各環状板1をそれぞれの杭頭に挿入する。
環状板1は、支持材5の上に設置する。
杭頭41と環状板1は、原則として溶接等で固定しない。
上部構造物用に打設したコンクリートによって杭頭41と杭頭処理材3と上部構造物とを一体化させる。

本発明の杭頭処理方法は以上説明したようになるから次のような効果を得ることができる。
<イ>開口部の補強には、鋼製の環状板を使用する。このため、配置する鉄筋量を減らすことができる。
<ロ>環状板と鉄筋の溶接は杭頭処理材を設置する前に陸上の作業ヤード又は工場で行う。このため、溶接の信頼性が向上し、施工効率も向上する。
<ハ>環状板を杭に溶接して固定しない。このため、溶接箇所が少なくなり、施工性が向上する。
