本発明は、乾式工法により石材等からなる内装パネル材または外装パネル材を建築物の躯体の内壁面または外壁面に取付けるための取付用金具およびその取付け方法に関するものである。

従来において、建築物の内装構造としては、躯体の内壁面あるいは天井面に対して、所定の寸法からなる下地ボードを、それぞれ隙間なく突き合わせ状態で固定し、これら下地ボードの表面にクロス貼りや塗装を施した構成からなるものが採用されている。そして、前記下地ボードとしては、例えば石膏ボード、ベニヤ合板、ケイカル板等の種々のボードが適用されている。

そこで、本発明者は、鋭意研究並びに検討を重ねた結果、建築物の躯体の内壁面に沿って水平方向に延在張設する基板を設け、この基板の前記内壁面とは反対側の側面に上下に離間する上側レール部と下側レール部とをそれぞれ平行に突設してなる胴縁部材を構成し、一方前記胴縁部材を長手方向に所定間隔で垂直に切断して形成したハンガー部材を、それぞれ反転させてその基板部側を所要の矩形状に形成した内装パネル材の背面に配置固定し、前記複数の胴縁部材を建築物の躯体の内壁面に沿って平行に配置固定して、前記内装パネル材に固定されたハンガー部材を前記胴縁部材の上側レール部と下側レール部に対し同時にスライド可能に懸吊支持させるよう構成し、さらに前記ハンガー部材の上側ハンガー部と前記胴縁部材の上側レール部との懸吊支持部に、クリップやねじ具を設けて前記ハンガー部材の移動を固定した構成とすることにより、従来のような下地ボードを使用することなく、直接建築物の躯体等の内壁面に対して、乾式工法により簡便にかつ確実に取付けることができる、内装パネル材の取付用金具およびその取付け方法の開発に成功した。
