Description
【0001】
【0017】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a stick-like composition, and more particularly, to a stick-like composition with good usability and excellent cosmetic finish, in which folding during use is suppressed, and particularly to a stick-like cosmetic.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A stick-like composition is a composition containing a solid oil, liquid oil, powder, etc., molded into a stick-like shape. Eye shadow for beautifully laying the eyes, lipstick for attractively expressing the lips, etc. It is used for cosmetics. Among these, the stick-like composition having a large amount of powder such as eye shadow has a problem in that it often breaks during use. On the other hand, conventionally, a solution has been made by selecting the type of solid oil, increasing the blending amount, or the like.
[0003]
However, when the bending strength is given by such a method, there are problems that the usability becomes heavy in terms of usability, and that the powder does not touch the skin and the finish is poor.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and prevents breakage during use, which is a drawback of stick-like compositions such as stick-like cosmetics with a large amount of powder, while maintaining usability and cosmetic finish. For the purpose.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
As a result of intensive studies to solve the above problems, the present inventors have found that the above problems can be solved by blending a specific amount of spherical powder, and have completed the present invention.
[0006]
That is, the present invention is a stick-like composition containing 30 to 60% by weight of a powder and containing 5 to 40% by weight of a spherical powder in the total powder.
[0007]
The blending amount of the spherical powder is preferably 15 to 30% by weight in the total powder.
[0008]
The spherical powder is preferably a spherical resin powder, and examples of this resin include organopolysiloxane elastomer, crosslinked polystyrene, polymethyl methacrylate, and the like.
[0009]
The spherical powder preferably has an average particle size of 1.0 to 15.0 μm.
[0010]
In the present invention, solid oil and liquid oil are further blended, and the blending amount of the solid oil is preferably 0.3 to 5.6 times (weight) with respect to the spherical powder. The blending amount of the solid oil has an excellent effect due to a synergistic effect with the spherical powder.
[0011]
The stick composition in the present invention can be a stick cosmetic.
[0012]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described.
[0013]
The present invention is a technique in a stick-like composition containing a large amount of powder at 30 to 60% by weight.
[0014]
As the spherical powder used in the present invention, any powder can be used as long as it is used in cosmetics and the like, but a spherical resin powder is preferable in that it exhibits more effect. Specific examples of the spherical resin powder resin preferably used include, for example, organopolysiloxane elastomer, polystyrene, polymethyl methacrylate (hereinafter also referred to as PMMA), polyamide resin (nylon), polyethylene, styrene and acrylic acid. A copolymer, a benzoguanamine resin, polytetrafluoroethylene, a silicone resin, etc. are mentioned. Among these, organopolysiloxane elastomer spheres, polystyrene, particularly crosslinked polystyrene, and PMMA are preferred because they are particularly excellent in the effect of preventing breakage. Of these, organopolysiloxane elastomers are most preferred.
[0015]
The most preferred organopolysiloxane elastomer spherical powder blended in the present invention is a spherical powder obtained from a curable organopolysiloxane composition. For example, the curable organopolysiloxane composition is mixed with water in the presence of a surfactant. Then, after uniformly mixing with a homomixer or the like, it can be obtained by releasing into hot water at 50 ° C. or higher, curing and drying. Details of the organopolysiloxane elastomer spherical powder are described in JP-B-4-66446, JP-A-2-243612, and JP-B-4-17162. As a commercial product, for example, Trefil E-505C , E-506C (manufactured by Toray Dow Corning Silicone Co., Ltd.).
[0016]
The cross-linked polystyrene powder preferably used in the present invention is a polymer obtained by copolymerizing styrene and divinylbenzene, and examples of commercially available products include Fine Pearl (manufactured by Sumitomo Chemical Co., Ltd.).
[0017]
As the PMMA powder, it is preferable to use a commercially available product, for example, Microsphere M, Microsphere M-100, Microsphere M-306 (all manufactured by Matsumoto Yushi Seiyaku Co., Ltd.) and the like.
[0018]
The spherical powder of the present invention preferably has an average particle size of 1.0 to 15.0 μm. When it is in this range, it is particularly excellent. When it exceeds 15.0 μm, a rough feeling tends to appear.
[0019]
The blending amount of the spherical powder is 5 to 40% by weight in the total powder, and 1.5 to 24.0% by weight in the total amount of the stick-like composition. A preferable blending amount is in the range of 10 to 35% by weight in the total powder and 3.0 to 21.0% by weight in the total amount of the stick-like composition. Particularly preferred is 15 to 30% by weight in the total powder and 4.5 to 18.0% by weight in the total amount of the stick-like composition. When the blending amount is less than 5% by weight in the total powder, the breakage preventing effect is weakened. Moreover, when it exceeds 40 weight% in all the powders, usability and a finishing feeling will worsen.
[0020]
Next, powders other than the spherical powder in the present invention will be described.
[0021]
Any powder other than the above spherical powder in the present invention can be blended as long as it is generally used in cosmetics and the like. For example, talc, carion, mica, sericite (sericite), muscovite, phlogopite, synthetic mica, saucite, biotite, lithia mica, permiculite, magnesium carbonate, calcium carbonate, aluminum silicate, barium silicate, silica Calcium oxide, magnesium silicate, magnesium, silica, zeolite, barium sulfate, calcined calcium sulfate (baked gypsum), calcium phosphate, fluorine apatite, hydroxyapatite, ceramic powder, metal soap (zinc myristate, calcium palmitate, aluminum stearate) , Inorganic powder such as boron nitride, organic powder such as silicon resin powder, cellulose powder, titanium dioxide, zinc oxide, iron oxide (Bengara), iron iron titanate, carbon black, low order titanium oxide, mango violet , Kova Toviolet Inorganic pigments such as chromium oxide, chromium hydroxide, cobalt titanate, ultramarine and bitumen, titanium oxide coated mica, titanium oxide coated bismuth oxychloride, titanium oxide coated talc, colored titanium oxide coated mica, bismuth oxychloride, fish scale foil Pearl pigments, metal powder pigments such as aluminum powder, copper powder, red 201, red 202, red 204, red 205, red 220, red 226, red 228, red 405, orange 203 No., Orange No. 204, Yellow No. 205, Yellow No. 401, and Blue No. 404 Red No. 3, Red No. 104, Red No. 106, Red No. 227, Red No. 230, Red No. 401, Red No. 505, Orange No. 205, Yellow No. 4, Yellow No. 5, Yellow No. 202, Yellow No. 203, Green No. 3 and Blue Examples include organic pigments such as zirconium, barium or aluminum lake such as No. 1, natural pigments such as chlorophyll and β-carotene.

Further, the above powder may be blended after silicone treatment, metal soap treatment, fatty acid treatment, surfactant treatment, treatment with acid, alkali or inorganic salt, or combined treatment thereof. A compounding quantity is 30 to 60 weight% in a stick-shaped composition as the powder whole quantity which also added the said spherical powder.
[0023]
In the present invention, a solid oil component is blended to form a stick. The solid oil is generally used in stick cosmetics, and examples thereof include solid oils and fats, waxes, hydrocarbons, higher alcohols, and silicones. Table 2 shows an experimental example in which the powder amount is 60% by weight, the solid oil content is 14% by weight, and the liquid oil content is 24% by weight. It can be seen that Examples in which Trefill E-506C was blended in an amount of 5 to 40% by weight based on the total amount of powder are strong against bending during use and excellent in usability and cosmetic finish. On the other hand, it can be seen that Comparative Example 3 in which Trefil E-506C is not blended is inferior in bending strength, and Comparative Example 4 in which 50% by weight is blended has poor usability and cosmetic finish.
[0043]
[Table 3]
[0044]
Table 3 shows experimental examples in which the total powder amount is 45% by weight, the solid oil content is 14% by weight, and the liquid oil content is 39% by weight. It turns out that the Example which mix | blended 5-40 weight% of trefil E-506C with respect to the total powder amount as a spherical powder was strong with respect to the folding at the time of use, and was excellent in usability and a cosmetic finish. On the other hand, it can be seen that Comparative Example 5 in which Trefill E-506C is not blended is inferior in bending strength, and Comparative Example 6 in which 50% by weight is blended has poor usability and cosmetic finish.
[0045]
[Table 4]
[0046]
Table 4 shows an example of blending fine pearl as a spherical powder. The total powder amount is 40% by weight. It turns out that the Example which mix | blended the fine pearl 5 to 40weight% with respect to the total powder amount as a spherical powder is strong with respect to the folding at the time of use, and is excellent in usability and a cosmetic finish. On the other hand, it can be seen that Comparative Example 7 containing no fine pearl is inferior in bending strength, and Comparative Example 8 containing 50% by weight is poor in usability and cosmetic finish.
[0047]
[Table 5]
[0048]
Table 5 shows an example in which microsphere M is blended as a spherical powder. The total powder amount is 50% by weight. It can be seen that the examples in which 5 to 40% by weight of the microsphere M as a spherical powder is blended with respect to the total amount of powder are strong against bending during use and excellent in usability and cosmetic finish. On the other hand, Comparative Example 9 in which no microsphere M is blended is inferior in bending strength, and Comparative Example 10 in which 50% by weight is blended is poor in usability and cosmetic finish.
[0049]
[Table 6]
[0050]
Table 6 shows the results of examining the relationship between the spherical powder and the solid oil content. It can be seen that the solid oil content is in the range of 0.8 to 3.0 times (weight) with respect to the spherical powder, and the folding, usability, and cosmetic finish are excellent.
[0051]
Hereinafter, stick-shaped cosmetics having the compositions of Examples 29 to 36 were prepared. In both cases, a stick-shaped cosmetic material having excellent usability and cosmetic finish, and having little breakage during use was obtained. All the manufacturing methods were prepared according to the method of Tables 1-6.
