本発明は、パチンコ機等の遊技機に関する。

例えば、パチンコ機のような遊技機において、遊技球が入球可能な開放状態と入球不可能または入球し難い閉鎖状態とに変化しうる変動入賞装置と、変動入賞装置を開放状態に変化させる契機を発生する始動装置と、変動入賞装置に設けられ、かつ変動入賞装置に入球した遊技球が通過可能な特定領域とを備え、始動装置が変動入賞装置を開放状態に変化させる契機を発生してから、所定期間内に変動入賞装置に入球した遊技球が特定領域を通過した場合に、遊技者にとって有利な特賞遊技状態を生起しうるようにしたものがある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上記の特許文献1に記載されたような従来技術においては、変動入賞装置に入球した遊技球の数をもって、誘導手段を変動させることはできないので、遊技者としては、変動入賞装置内の遊技球の誘導態様を楽しむより、いかに特定の始動装置に入球させることに熱中する。そのため、変動入賞装置を遊技者に強くアピールすることができず、遊技の興趣感が薄れていた。また、誘導手段が作動する契機を発生することのない他の始動装置に遊技球が入球しても、特賞遊技状態を生起する可能性は低く、遊技への期待感も薄かった。

本発明は、上述のような従来の課題を解決するためになされたもので、その目的は、遊技者の期待感を損ねることない、興趣感溢れる遊技機を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明によると、上記課題は、次のようにして解決される。
(1)遊技球が入球可能な開放状態と遊技球が入球不可能または入球し難い閉鎖状態とに変化しうる変動入賞装置と、遊技球が入球したことに基づいて前記変動入賞装置を開放状態に変化させる契機を発生する始動装置と、前記変動入賞装置に設けられ、かつ前記変動入賞装置に入球した遊技球が通過可能な特定領域と、遊技球が前記特定領域を通過した場合に、遊技者にとって有利な特賞遊技状態を生起しうる制御手段とを備える遊技機において、前記変動入賞装置は、前記開放状態となった際に前記変動入賞装置に入球した遊技球を検出する検出手段と、前記特定領域に遊技球を誘導可能な誘導手段とを有し、前記誘導手段は、上昇位置及び下降位置に移動可能な左右の可動片と、当該可動片を上昇位置及び下降位置に移動させる電動手段と、前記左右の可動片の間に配置される固定片とを含み、前記左右の可動片が前記上昇位置にあるときは、前記左右の可動片の上端が前記固定片の上端よりも高くなって、遊技球を前記左右の可動片の間にガイドしたまま前記特定領域へ誘導可能とし、また、前記左右の可動片が前記下降位置にあるときは、前記左右の可動片の上端が前記固定片の上端よりも低くなって、遊技球を前記左右の可動片の間にガイド不能とし、前記制御手段は、前記始動装置に遊技球が入球したことに基づいて、前記変動入賞装置が前記開放状態に変化した際、前記検出手段によって検出された遊技球を計数し、当該計数の値が予め定めた所定数以上のときには、前記電動手段を前記左右の可動片が前記下降位置から前記上昇位置に移動するように制御する通過率変更手段を含む。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の一実施形態について、図面を参照しつつ説明する。
図1は、本発明の一実施形態における遊技機の一部分を構成する遊技盤(1)の正面図である。遊技盤(1)は、外側ガイドレール(2)と、内側ガイドレール(3)とによって包囲された円形状の遊技領域(4)を備え、遊技者の操作により図外の発射装置から発射された遊技球が、遊技領域(4)を転動することにより後記する遊技が行われる。
なお、遊技領域(4)には、遊技釘が多数配置され、遊技球が遊技釘に当接しながら転動することになるが、遊技釘は、図面簡素化のため省略してある。

図3に示すように、可動片(16)(16)が上昇位置にあるときは、遊技球(100)が、左右の可動片(16)(16)の間にガイドされたまま、前方へ誘導されるため、極めて高い確率で特定領域(7)を通過可能となる。一方、図4に示すように、可動片(16)(16)が下降位置にあるときは、遊技球(100)が、左右の可動片(16)(16)にガイドされず、固定片(17)の右傾斜面に遊技球(100)が接触するだけなので、図示した矢印に示すように、遊技球(100)は右方向に落下して誘導される可能性が極めて高くなる。すなわち、遊技球(100)が特定領域(7)を通過する確率は、可動片(16)(16)が下降位置あるときより上昇位置にあるときの方が高くなる。

次に、遊技盤(1)に係わる基本的動作の概略を説明する。まず、遊技球がいずれかの始動入賞口(9)に入球すると、始動入賞口(9)の内部に配置された始動スイッチ(90)により、遊技球が検出されることによって発生する検出信号が、主制御部(200)に送信される。主制御部(200)は、受信した検出信号に基づいて、可動翼ソレノイド(24)に駆動制御信号を送信することで、変動入賞装置(5)の可動翼(6)(6)を1回または2回可動させる。

【発明の効果】
本発明によれば、次のような効果を奏することができる。
(a) 請求項1記載の発明によると、変動入賞装置が、始動装置に遊技球が入球したことに基づいて開放状態に変化した際、変動入賞装置に予め定めた所定数以上の遊技球が入賞したときには、左右の可動片が上昇位置に移動するため、遊技者は変動入賞装置を注目しながら遊技を楽しむことができる。また、左右の可動片が下降位置に移動しているときには、変動入賞装置に入球した遊技球は、左右の可動片により特定領域へ誘導されないため、特定領域の通過率を下げることができ、射倖性を適度に抑制した健全な遊技が可能となる。
