【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、遊技盤面に取り付けられる入賞装置や風車等の盤面部品に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、例えば、入賞装置や風車などの盤面部品は、取付基板の裏面に裏側を向く複数の弾性腕が設けられると共に各弾性腕の先端外側面に遊技盤の取付孔の裏側の外周縁に係止する山形形状の係止爪が設けられている。そして、組立ライン上を該組立ラインに沿って水平に流れる遊技盤に対し、その上側から機械または手作業により各取付孔に盤面部品を合致させ、各係止爪の傾斜する後側面が取付孔の表側の外周縁に受け止められるようにして臨ませた状態で仮固定しておく。次に、機械でその上方から圧力を掛け更に盤面部品を取付孔内に嵌入する。そして、各係止爪を遊技盤の取付孔の裏側の外周縁に係止させることにより盤面部品を取付孔に取付固定するようにしている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、前記仮固定しておく場合、盤面部品が取付孔に対して真っ直ぐ嵌入できるように配置されていれば良いが、各係止爪の後側面が取付孔の外周縁に受け止められることから不安定となり、機械や手作業であってもややもすると盤面部品が取付孔に対して若干傾いて配置されることが有る。このような状況で、上方から圧力を掛けて盤面部品を取付孔内に嵌入しようとすると、盤面部品が傾いたまま押し込まれて前記弾性腕に無理な力が加わり、これによって弾性腕が破損してしまい不良品が多く発生するといった課題が有った。また、このような事態が生ずると、盤面部品交換のためその取付作業を一時中止せねばならず、このため作業性が低下し生産能率の向上に大きな障害となるという課題が有った。そこで、本発明は上記課題を解決すべくなされたもので、盤面部品の取付に当りその不良品の発生を抑え、作業性引いては生産能率の向上を図ることができるパチンコ遊技機の盤面部品を提供することを目的とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
かかる目的を達成するため、本発明に係るパチンコ遊技機の盤面部品は、取付孔を介して遊技盤面に取り付けられる盤面部品であって、前記取付孔へ嵌入されその内周壁に押されて撓みつつ該取付孔に係止する複数の弾性腕を備えてなり、該各弾性腕の所定の同じ高さ位置に、仮固定するため前記取付孔へ臨ませたときその表側の外周縁に一時的に受け止められ盤面部品が取付孔に対して真っ直ぐ嵌入できるようにするための安定部を設けて構成される。
そこで、盤面部品の仮固定のため該盤面部品を前記取付孔へ臨ませたとき、該取付孔の表側の外周縁に前記各安定部が一時的に受け止められ安定し、しかも各安定部が同じ高さ位置に設けられているので、盤面部品が取付孔に対して真っ直ぐ嵌入できるように配置される。このため、次の工程で機械により上方から圧力を掛け更に盤面部品を取付孔へ嵌入するも、盤面部品は何ら傾くことなく取付固定される。

前記弾性腕は盤面部品の表側を向くものまたは裏側に向くものが有り、また係止爪も外側を向くものまたは内側を向くものが有り、更には安定部として凸状の段部または凹状の段部が有る。更にまた、盤面部品を固定するためその裏側に、取付杆が突設される場合も有るが、この場合は、先細状に窄まる先端部の基端側の端縁に突起を設ける。
そこで、例えば次に示すような構成が有る。すなわち、取付孔を介して遊技盤面に取り付けられる盤面部品であって、前記取付孔へ嵌入される盤面部品の裏側に該盤面部品を固定するための係合部材を設け、該係合部材は、前記取付孔の幅よりやや大きい幅寸法に形成されると共に盤面部品の表側を向きかつ側面弧状をなす一対の弾性腕を有し、両弾性腕の先端外側面に前記取付孔に係止する係止爪を設け、また両弾性腕の外側面にはそれぞれ同じ高さ位置に段部を設けて構成される。また、前記係合部材は、例えば両弾性腕の外側面であって前記両係止爪の後側に取付孔の内周面と平行となるストレート面を設け、仮固定のため盤面部品を前記取付孔へ臨ませたとき、前記両ストレート面まで入りしかも取付孔の表側の外周縁に前記各係止爪が一時的に受け止められるようにして構成される。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明に係るパチンコ遊技機の盤面部品の実施の形態を図面に基づき説明する。図1は本発明が適用される盤面部品、すなわち、入賞装置の表側から見た斜視図、図2は同裏側から見た斜視図、図3は同分解斜視図である。図中、Aは入賞装置であり、取付基板1の中央に横長の開口2が形成され、該開口2に表側へ開閉自在に回動する開閉板3が装着される。また、前記取付基板1の表面に、開口2の両側に位置してパチンコ球を受け入れる受け口4,4が設けられている。

前記取付基板1の裏面には前記開口2を囲うように箱枠状の枠体5が形成されている。該枠体5は、取付基板1の裏面に突設される横長環状枠6と、表面が開放すると共に外周縁が前記横長環状枠6内に嵌合する箱体7とからなる。なお、該箱体7内には前記開口2から流入したパチンコ球を入賞処理するV入賞口と一般入賞口(共に図示せず。)とが配設される。

14,14は前記枠体5,すなわち箱体7の裏壁7a裏面の両側に取着され、後記する遊技盤Bに開設された取付孔24裏側の外周縁に係止する係合部材である。該各係合部材14,14は、枠体5とは別個に形成され、合成樹脂材からなり、しかも前記取付孔24の幅よりやや大きい幅寸法に形成されている。そして、前記裏壁7aと対向して配置される接合板部14aの両端に、箱体7の側壁外面に沿って配置されると共に枠体5の軸方向であって表側に向きかつ側面弧状をなす一対の弾性腕15,15を有し、これら弾性腕15,15の先端外側面に外側を向く係止爪16,16が設けられている。該各係止爪16,16は側面山形をなし、その内、裏側へ傾斜する前側面16aが前記取付孔24裏側の外周縁に係止することとなる。また、各山形の係止爪16,16の頂部は円弧面16bに形成しておくことが好ましい。これは、前記取付孔24の内周壁に撓んで摺接するとき引っかかり状態が起るのを防止し両弾性腕15,15が滑らかに摺動できるようにするためである。

前記各接合板部14a,14aには両側に前記裏壁7a裏面の段差に合わせ段差を持たせた支持片部14b,14bが突設され、両支持片部14b,14bに裏壁7aに突設した両保持突起12,12の螺子孔13,13と対応位置させて螺子挿通孔17,17が設けられ、これら螺子挿通孔17,17を介して後側から前記各螺子孔13,13にビス18,18を螺締することにより両係合部材14,14が取着される。

なお、これら実施の形態にあっては、係合部材14を枠体5と別個に形成したが、枠体5と一体に成形するようにしても良い。

以上述べたように、本発明に係るパチンコ遊技機の盤面部品は、その裏側に、取付孔の所定位置に係止する複数の弾性腕または取付杆を設け、前記弾性腕の所定の同じ高さ位置または取付杆にあっては同じ高さ位置で先細状に窄まる先端部の基端側の端縁にそれぞれ安定部を設けてなるから、盤面部品を仮固定するため取付孔へ一時的に臨ませるだけで、取付孔の外周縁に前記各安定部が一時的に受け止められ安定し、容易に左右均等に配置されることとなり、その作業が楽でしかも盤面部品を取付孔に対して真っ直ぐ嵌入することができる。これにより、取付作業時の不良品の発生が抑えられ、更に作業性引いては生産能率の向上を図ることができるという効果を有する。
