Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an agricultural vinyl chloride resin film.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as a covering material for agricultural facilities such as houses and tunnels (hereinafter referred to as “agricultural covering material”), vinyl chloride resin film, polyethylene film, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin film, polyester film, or these A laminated film or the like is used. Among them, the vinyl chloride resin film is evaluated as having a good balance of various properties such as light transmittance, heat retention, mechanical strength, durability, workability when forming a film, and economy, and the above-mentioned agricultural use. Widely used as a covering material.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In recent years, there has been a demand for an agricultural covering material that can be extended for a long period of time due to the shortage of farmers and resource saving.
Therefore, the above agricultural vinyl chloride resin film also has the structural unit shown in Chemical Formula 2 as a light stabilizer so as to improve weather resistance and to be able to be stretched over a long period of time. It has been proposed to add.
[0004]
[Chemical formula 2]
[0005]
The above hindered amine compounds exhibit the effect of improving the weather resistance of agricultural vinyl chloride resin films and can be stretched over a longer period of time compared to agricultural vinyl chloride resin films that do not contain them. It becomes possible to obtain an agricultural vinyl chloride resin film.
However, the hindered amine compound having the above structural unit is strong in basicity and therefore easily loses its activity due to a sulfur compound or a halogen compound. That is, when agricultural chemicals containing sulfur compounds and halogen compounds are used in agricultural facilities where the above-mentioned agricultural vinyl chloride resin films are deployed, the hindered amine compounds lose activity and the above effects are relatively short-term. There was a problem of disappearing in between.
[0006]
In addition, the agricultural vinyl chloride resin film to which the above hindered amine compound is added has a problem that the suitability of the high frequency welder is lower than the agricultural vinyl chloride resin film to which the hindered amine compound is not added. There was also a problem of lowering.
[0007]
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and is excellent in weather resistance even when an agricultural chemical containing a sulfur compound or a halogen compound is used in a facility where the film is spread, and a high-frequency welder. The present invention provides an agricultural vinyl chloride resin film that can be stretched for a long period of time, with almost no decrease in suitability or drip-proof sustainability.

【Example】
EXAMPLES Hereinafter, although a specific Example is given and this invention is demonstrated in detail, this invention is not limited to the Example shown below.
[0030]
[Examples 1-6, Comparative Examples 1-5]
A polyvinyl chloride resin composition having the composition shown in Table 1 was molded into a film having a thickness of 0.1 mm using a calendar device having a roll temperature of 180 ° C. to obtain a polyvinyl chloride film.
The resulting polyvinyl chloride film was evaluated for weather resistance, suitability for high-frequency welder, and drip-proof durability by the following methods. The results are shown in Table 1.
[0031]
(1) Weather resistance The obtained polyvinyl chloride film was spread on a tunnel house having a width of 1 m, a height of 80 cm and a length of 10 m, and the maximum elongation (Y) of the film after 20 months and From the maximum elongation (X) of the polyvinyl chloride film, the residual elongation rate was determined by the following formula and evaluated according to the following criteria.
However, pesticides containing halogen compounds were used once per month in the tunnel house, and pesticides containing sulfur compounds were used at a rate of 1/6 months.
[Expression 1]
[Standard]
5: Residual elongation is 80% or more 4: Residual elongation is 60% or more and less than 80% 3: Residual elongation is 40% or more and less than 60% 2: Residual elongation is 20% or more and less than 40% 1: Residual elongation Less than 20% (2) Suitability of high frequency welder Two polyvinyl chloride films obtained were fused and bonded using a high frequency welder sewing machine, and then visually observed for the state of the fused part when peeled off by hand And evaluated according to the following criteria.
[Standard]
5: No separation at the fusion part 4: Partial separation, but no separation at 2/3 or more in the fusion part 3: Separation at 1/3 or more and less than 2/3 in the fusion part Not 2: There was a part that did not peel off, but less than 1/3 in the fused part 1: The whole fused part was peeled off (3) Drip-proof sustainability Polyvinyl chloride film obtained, width 1m, height The film was extended to a tunnel house having a length of 80 cm and a length of 10 m, and the inner surface of the film after 20 months was visually observed and evaluated according to the following criteria.
[Standard]
5: Water droplets are not seen at all, and water flows in a film form 4: Fine water droplets are observed in a very small part, but water flows in a film form over almost the entire surface 3: Water droplets Part can be seen, and there are also places where water flows in a streak pattern 2: Many water droplets are seen, and water flows in a streak pattern 1: Water droplets adhere to almost the entire surface No flow at all [0032]
[Table 1]
[0033]
As is clear from the above results, the films of Examples 1 to 3 using the hindered amine compound (hindered amine 1) specified by the present invention alone are agrochemicals and halogens containing sulfur compounds in the house where the film is stretched. Even if an agrochemical containing a compound is used, the weather resistance is excellent, and the deterioration of suitability for high-frequency welders and the drip-proof sustainability are also suppressed. The films of Comparative Examples 6 to 8 in which the hindered amine compound specified by the present invention and the hindered amine compounds (hindered amines 2 and 3) that have been conventionally used in general are used at a ratio of 1: 1 by weight are high frequency welders. Although the deterioration of the suitability and the drip-proof sustainability are also suppressed, compared with the one using the hindered amine compound specified in the present invention alone, the agricultural chemical containing the sulfur compound in the house where the film is stretched, The weather resistance when using an agrochemical containing a halogen compound is inferior (however, an improvement is seen in comparison with the one using only a hindered amine compound that has been generally used conventionally). Therefore, it can be seen that it is necessary to use the hindered amine compound specified in the present invention alone in order to prevent a decrease in weather resistance when an agricultural chemical containing a sulfur compound or an agricultural chemical containing a halogen compound is used in the house .
[0034]
【The invention's effect】
As described in detail above, the agricultural vinyl chloride resin film of the present invention is formed by adding a hindered amine compound having a specific structural unit, so that a halogen compound or a sulfur compound is added in the agricultural facility where it is extended. Even if the agrochemicals contained are used, the hindered amine compound activity is not impaired, and there is almost no decrease in the suitability of high frequency welders and the drip-proof sustainability seen in films using conventional hindered amine compounds. is there.
