Claims (5)
- ラックに固定される左右1対の案内部材上で前後方向に移動し、前記ラックから最大限に前方に引き出された際に前記案内部材上に保持される後端部を有する支持部材と、枠体の前端および後端の間に配置される回転軸回りで回転自在に支持部材に取り付けられる枠体と、枠体の後方に配置され、前記後端部同士の間で前記支持部材に固定される収容部材とを備え、回転軸を含む1水平面上で回転軸に平行に延びる1対の平行線で枠体が前領域、中央領域および後領域に3等分される際に、回転軸は中央領域上に配置されることを特徴とするラックマウント型収納ユニット。
- ラックに固定される左右1対の案内部材上で前後方向に移動し、前記ラックから最大限に前方に引き出された際に前記案内部材上に保持される後端部を有する支持部材と、枠体の前端および後端の間に配置される回転軸回りで回転自在に支持部材に取り付けられる枠体と、枠体の後方に配置され、前記後端部同士の間で前記支持部材に固定される収容部材と、枠体内に配置されて、直立姿勢で保持される記録ディスク駆動装置と、収容部材に受け止められる電源ユニットとを備えることを特徴とするラックマウント型ディスクアレイ装置。
- 請求項2に記載のラックマウント型ディスクアレイ装置において、前記枠体上には、重力に基づき前記回転軸回りに前記枠体の後端側で生成されるモーメントと、重力に基づき前記回転軸回りに前記枠体の前端側で生成されるモーメントとを拮抗させる重量分布が形成されることを特徴とするラックマウント型ディスクアレイ装置。
- 請求項2に記載のラックマウント型ディスクアレイ装置において、前記枠体には、前記回転軸上で1列の記録ディスク駆動装置を受け止める第1収容領域と、第1収容領域および枠体の後端の間でn列の記録ディスク駆動装置を受け止める第2収容領域と、第1収容領域および枠体の前端の間で(n+1)列の記録ディスク駆動装置を受け止める第3収容領域とが区画されることを特徴とするラックマウント型ディスクアレイ装置。
- 請求項2に記載のラックマウント型ディスクアレイ装置において、前記回転軸を含む1水平面上で前記回転軸に平行に延びる1対の平行線で前記枠体が前領域、中央領域および後領域に3等分される際に、前記回転軸は中央領域上に配置されることを特徴とするラックマウント型ディスクアレイ装置。
