本発明はCRT(陰極線管)の外周を保護するフレーム構造に関する。

テレビジョン受像機やディスプレイモニター等の映像機器において、映像機器を構成するCRTを外力から保護する手段として、一般的に、フロントキャビネット内にCRTを収納し、取り付ける構成が用いられている。

また、特開平11−266416号公報ではCRTの外周を形成する四辺に対応した4つの分割フレームを用い、CRTを自立させる構成が提案されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
フロントキャビネット内にCRTを収納する構成では、外観デザインが変わる都度、フロントキャビネットを新規に設計・制作する必要があった。このことは成形金型などの製作コストと製作期間が課題となっていた。
また、テレビジョン受像機の大型化に伴い、輸送や保管等の物流の問題も課題となってきている。

さらに、特平11−2666416号公報では、CRTの4辺に対応した4つのフレームの断面形状が同一でない。従って、この場合もデザインが変わる都度、フレームの新規制作が必要となる。また、CRTの位置決め構造も複雑である。
本発明は上記課題を解決するもので、CRTの画面サイズに関わりなく共通の部材を用い、任意サイズのCRTの周囲保護に対応できるCRT保護装置を提供するものである。また、CRT保護装置のリサイクル処理に際し、分解を容易にしリサイクル率の向上を図るものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は上記課題を解決するために、CRTの周囲4辺にそれぞれ嵌着する4つのフレームと,前記4つのフレームを前記CRTの四隅で一体的に連繋する4つのコーナー連結部材とからなる構成とした。
また、前記4つのフレームの断面形状を長手方向全長にわたって同一とし、マグネシウム合金、アルミニウム合金、亜鉛合金などで構成した。
さらに、前記フレームの断面形状は略コの字状、略矩形状、略L字状等の一つとし、押し出し成形などの工法により作製した。
さらに、CRTの四隅に取り付けた金具を、前記コーナー連結部材にネジ締結する構成とした。
さらに、前記各4辺のフレームの内部に消磁コイルを配設する構成とした。
さらに、4つのフレームと4つのコーナー連結部材で枠体状の保護装置を構成するとともに、CRTのスクリーン面側にフロントエスカッションを取り付け、外観デザインを向上させる構成とした。
上記構成により本発明の保護装置は、CRTの画面サイズに関わりなく形状が単純な共通の部材を用い、任意サイズのCRTの周囲保護に対応できる。
また、共通の部材を用いることにより、コスト低減と保護装置作製期間を短縮できる。
さらに、CRT保護装置のリサイクル処理に際し、分解を容易にしリサイクル率の向上を図れる。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明における第1の発明は、CRTの周囲4辺にそれぞれ嵌着する4つのフレームと前記4つのフレームを前記CRTの四隅で一体的に連繋する4つのコーナー連結部材とからなり、前記コーナー連結部材は異なる2方向に突起を備え、前記CRTの長辺と短辺に嵌着するそれぞれのフレーム端部が前記突起に嵌合するようにしたことを特徴とするCRTの保護装置としたもので、形状が単純な共通の部材を用い、任意サイズのCRTの周囲保護に対応できる。
