Description

【0001】

In FIG. 1, a wall panel 2 is attached between a plurality of pillars 1 whose lower ends are buried in the ground to form a main body wall, and a first branch inclined to the sound source side between the pillars 1 on the upper part of the main body wall. A branch-type sound insulation wall is shown in which a wall 3 is provided and a second branch wall 4 that is inclined to the opposite side of the sound source is provided. In this embodiment, H-shaped steel is used as the support column 1, and both side edges of the wall panel 2 are dropped into U-shaped gaps 1A facing each other to form a main body wall. An intermediate branch wall 5 that forms a V-shaped valley with the first branch wall 3 is provided between the first and second branch walls 3, 4. An extension portion 6 extending a predetermined length is formed, and the second branch wall 4 rises from the extension portion 6 with an inclination. Further, a top wall 7 is formed on the upper end side of the first branch wall 3 so as to be inclined to the opposite side of the first branch wall 3. Furthermore, a re-branching wall 8 is formed inside the second branch wall 4 so as to form a V-shaped valley between the upper part of the second branch wall 4. The space formed by the intermediate branch wall 5 and the second branch wall 4 is partitioned into a plurality of spaces in the longitudinal direction by a plurality of partition walls 9. The unit body 10 configured in this manner is provided with U-shaped members 11 on both sides thereof, and the U-shaped members 11 are fitted into the H-shaped steel by sliding them from above into a U-shaped gap 1A. The U-shaped member 11 and the column 1 are fixed by a fixing bracket 12.
[0008]
When the unit main body 10 as shown in FIG. 1 is sequentially attached between two adjacent columns 1, there is a gap between the first and second branch walls 3 and 4 on both sides of the column 1. Will occur. This gap is covered with the front and back shielding plates 20 and 30. FIG. 2 is a side view showing a state where the front and rear gaps of the support column 1 are covered with the respective shielding plates 20 and 30. The rear shielding plate 20 has a pair of wings 22 attached to a bracket 21. . FIG. 3 is a view of the rear shielding plate 20 in FIG. 2 as viewed from the rear side. The rear shielding plate 20 is formed from a synthetic resin material. On the one hand, the shielding plate 20 is superposed on the inner surface on one end side of the extending portion 6 and the second branch wall 4, and on the other hand, a pair of blades connected to the outer surface on the other end side by a fitting groove. As shown in FIG. 3, the wing part 22 is overlapped from the back side of one unit main body 10, and the wing part 22 is overlapped from the front side to the other unit main body 10.
[0009]
4 to 6 show a side view, a plan view, and a front view of the rear shielding plate 20, respectively. As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the other wing portion 22 is formed with a fitting groove 22 </ b> A in which the extension portion 6 and the other end side of the second branch wall 4 are connected.
[0010]
7 and 8 are a plan view and a schematic side view showing the front shielding plate 30. The shielding plate 30 may be formed of an iron plate or a synthetic resin material.
[0011]
The unit body 10 is also made of a synthetic resin material, so that the weight can be reduced and workability is improved.
[0012]
In the shielding plate 20 on the back surface, an inverted U-shaped rising portion 23 is provided between the wing portions 22, and the presence of the rising portion 23 makes it possible to stretch both the wing portions 22 outward. It is also possible to contract inward, and the width of both wing portions 22 can be made variable. That is, the opening of the portion connected to both wing portions 22 of the rising portion 23 can be widened or narrowed, and the width of both wing portions 22 can be changed. Therefore, it is possible to deal with variations in the width of the gap between the unit main bodies 10.
[0013]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, a wall panel is formed between a plurality of pillars whose lower ends are buried in the ground to form a main body wall, and the second wall is inclined to the sound source side between the pillars on the upper part of the main body wall. In the branch type sound insulation wall provided with one branch wall and provided with the second branch wall inclined to the opposite side of the sound source, the first and second adjacent ones located on the front and back sides on both sides of the column in the upper part of the column The gap between each of the matching branch walls is covered with a front and back shielding plates, and these shielding plates are formed of a synthetic resin material, and the rear shielding plate is on one end side of the extension portion and the second branch wall. And a pair of wings connected to the outer surface of the other end side by a fitting groove on the other side, and an inverted U-shaped rising part is provided between both wings of the rear shielding plate. It is made of a synthetic resin material integrally with both wings, and is opened and closed by opening and closing. Configured to wings part expands and contracts, since the first and second branch walls formed of synthetic resin material, lightweight, handling becomes easy, thereby improving the workability. In addition, when this shielding plate is formed of a synthetic resin material, the width of both wings can be changed by changing the opening width of the rising part by providing a rising part at the intermediate part, and the gap between the unit bodies can be changed. The shielding plate on the back surface can be expanded and contracted in accordance with the variation of.
