Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a shielding material that shields electromagnetic waves, and particularly relates to a shielding material in the form of a sheet using wood charcoal.
[0002]
[Prior art]
With the advancement of the information society, a large number of electronic devices such as various communication devices, televisions, microwave ovens, computers, acoustic devices, sound instruments, etc. that utilize electromagnetic waves have been available and many people are benefiting.
[0003]
On the other hand, these devices naturally radiate unnecessary and excessive electromagnetic waves, which may cause communication failures to malfunction in many mechanical devices, including equivalent devices. Has become a social problem.
[0004]
In order to prevent disturbances from such unnecessary and surplus electromagnetic waves, the idea of minimizing the generation source and, for example, covering the electromagnetic wave generation source equipment with a metal conductor, Efforts have been made to prevent radiation emission.
However, it is extremely difficult to shield a large-scale object such as an intelligent building with complicated information devices.
In addition, in a product that is small and light weight-oriented like a mobile phone, the electromagnetic wave prevention by the metal coating shows the reverse direction.
[0005]
From this, it is considered that light weight electromagnetic wave shielding is possible, and interest has been shown for charcoal having an electromagnetic wave shielding action, and an attempt has been made to add a binder to pulverized charcoal to form a sheet. Yes.
[0006]
For example, JP 2001-189590 uses a fine powder of tourmaline, a fine powder of bamboo charcoal, and a fine powder of metal oxide mixed in a binder having an adhesive action, and JP 2000-192373 a mixture of charcoal and an adhesive. In Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2000-144949, charcoal powder is formed into a sheet, and in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-177083, glue is applied on paper or cloth, and the charcoal particles are pasted on one side. It is assumed.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Therefore, the present invention does not spread charcoal powder on the surface of a sheet-like base material, mixes with a binder, spreads and forms into a sheet-like shape as in the prior art, and forms a sheet of pure charcoal. It is intended to provide an electromagnetic shielding material having a shape of a shape.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In the present invention, an electromagnetic wave shielding material is obtained by carbonizing a woven fabric woven with Japanese paper yarn. And the Japanese paper thread | yarn has a thickness of 30 denier or more.
[0009]
Japanese paper is a wood material made from plants such as Kozo, Mitsuma, Gambi, etc., and a Japanese paper thread that is made by twisting a Japanese paper cut into a thin string into a thread shape. If the woven fabric is carbonized like wood, it becomes charcoal and sheet-like charcoal that maintains the shape of the fabric can be obtained.
[0010]
Further, by setting the thickness of the Japanese paper thread to 30 denier or more, it remains in a thickness that can maintain the thread shape when carbonized, and the maintenance of the form of the fabric is ensured.
[0011]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Next, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
The Japanese paper thread is formed by cutting a Japanese paper into an appropriate width and twisting it into a thread, and can be set to an arbitrary thickness.
By carbonizing, the twisted Japanese paper yarn 1 shrinks somewhat, but if it is 30 denier or more, it is not necessary to weave as a particularly thick yarn, and even if a yarn having a thickness within the range normally used is selected. Good.
[0012]
In the weaving, there is no limitation on the structure, and even the basic plain weave 2 can maintain the structure after being sufficiently carbonized. Carbonization is performed by selecting one of various commonly used carbonization methods at 300 ° C. The carbonized sheet 3 can be obtained by heating in the range of 1 to 1500 ° C.
[0013]
In this way, the carbonized sheet 3 obtained by carbonization may be damaged as it is, so that the front and back surfaces are separately covered and reinforced as a reinforcing material such as woven paper and used.
[0014]
FIG. 2 shows a carbonized sheet 3 obtained by carbonizing a woven fabric obtained by weaving Japanese paper thread 1 in a sandwich shape and coated with a woven fabric 4, 5 on the front and back surfaces.
The woven fabrics 4 and 5 are woven with an arbitrary structure using arbitrary yarns, and may be the same fabric with the same yarn or different textures with different yarns. It is possible to have a sandwich-like configuration.
[0015]
Furthermore, specifically, electromagnetic wave interference from another person's mobile phone or the like is dealt with by sewing a waistcoat or the like by the carbonized sheet reinforced with the covering and wearing it.
[0016]
【The invention's effect】
The present invention carbonizes a woven fabric or the like using a Japanese paper thread and shields electromagnetic waves by taking advantage of the charcoal characteristics, and provides an electromagnetic shielding material that is lightweight and easy to process and handle. Therefore, it is possible to make use of its characteristics and features over the other side.
