従来、夜間に室内の空気を外気と入れ換え、室内にこもった臭気や熱気を除去して夏期の冷房立ち上がり負荷を軽減するナイトパージが知られている。

また、建物に二重窓を設けその間に室内空気を流通させるようにした空気流通窓によって断熱性を高め、冷房最盛期の負荷軽減や冬季暖房の負荷軽減を図るものが知られている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、夏期と冬季との間の中間期においては、前記空気流通窓の断熱性が高いため、外気の温度の方が天井裏空間の温度よりも低い場合に、夜間の放熱が妨げられて日中に使用する空調機の冷房負荷が増大するという課題がある。本発明に係るナイトパージ機能付き空気流通窓は、このような課題を解消するために提案されるものである。

本発明に係るナイトパージ機能付き空気流通窓の上記課題を解決するための要旨は、建物の窓用開口部に設けられる二重窓と、該二重窓の上部壁部に設けられ外部と天井裏空間とを連通させるナイトパージ用開口部とを少なくとも有するとともに、
外気温度を測定する外気温度センサー又は外気温湿度を測定する外気温湿度センサーと、天井裏空間に設けられる天井内温度センサー又は天井内温湿度センサーと、天井裏空間内に設けられるナイトパージ用ダンパ及び空調用ダンパと、前記各センサーと接続され前記各ダンパを開閉制御する制御装置とが設けられてなることである。

次に、本発明に係るナイトパージ機能付き空気流通窓について図面を参照して説明する。

前記ナイトパージ用開口部8には、開閉蓋9と防虫網10とが設けられている。開閉蓋9は、例えば、水平軸に回動自在に支持される平板体であり、このほかの態様として、例えば、開閉自在なガラリであっても良く、その他、公知の開閉自在蓋を採用することが出来る。前記開口部8と天井裏空間7との間は、図1(ロ)に示すように、両者を連通させる空間部8aが設けられており、該空間部8aの中に二重窓4用の排気ダクト11が天井裏の排気ダクト12へと配設されている。
