本発明は天井用換気扇に係わり、特に天井への取付構造を改良した天井用換気扇に関する。

従来の、天井用換気扇の天井への取付けは、例えば、特許文献1の図2に示すように、天井用換気扇の換気扇本体枠を天井の開口縁に取付ける構造として、換気扇本体枠下端の幅広フランジに設けられた取付孔に下方よリ取付ネジを貫通させた後、野縁に螺合させて締付け固定するものがあり、また、特許文献1の図1に示すように、天井用換気扇の本体カバーである吸込みグリルを小さくしてデザイン性を向上させるには、換気扇取付用の野縁に直接上記のような方法で換気扇本体枠を取付け、その後幅広フランジを覆うように天井板を貼って、吸込みグリルで覆う面積を最小にするというように、施工の順序で対応する構造がある。

しかしながら、従来の天井用換気扇の取付構造は、特許文献1の図2に示す構造においては、本体カバーである吸込みグリルにより換気扇本体枠下端の幅広フランジを覆う必要があるため、吸込みグリル7が大きくなり、デザイン性が失われ、また、特許文献1の図1に示す構造において、天井板を貼った後の換気扇施工が不可能であり、施工順序に制約をうける等の問題があった。

本発明は上述した事情を考慮してなされたもので、デザイン性、施工性に優れた天井用換気扇を提供することを目的とする。

上記目的を達成するため、本発明の1つの態様によれば、下面に吸気開口、側面又は上面に排気開口が設けられ、かつ送風機が収容され、室内側より天井の開口部縁の周囲に設けられる野縁に取付けられる換気扇本体と、前記吸気開口を覆うように取付けられた本体カバーを有する天井用換気扇において、前記換気扇本体は、前記換気扇本体側面下方に複数の取付孔が設けられ、この取付孔に挿入された筒状のスペーサと、このスペーサを貫通する取付ネジを用い、前記スペーサの一端が前記取付ネジの頭部に当接し、前記スペーサの他端が前記野縁に当接するように前記取付ネジを前記野縁に螺合させることで、前記換気扇本体が前記野縁に取付けられることを特徴とする天井用換気扇が提供される。これにより、デザイン性、施工性に優れた天井用換気扇が実現される。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明に係わる天井用換気扇の一実施形態について添付図面を参照して説明する。

図1に示すように、本発明に係わる天井用換気扇1は、下面に吸気開口2、例えば側面に排気開口3が設けられた換気扇本体4と、この換気扇本体4に収容された送風機5と、吸気開口2を覆うように取付けられた本体カバー6を有している。

図1及び図2に示すように、換気扇本体4の側面下方に複数の取付孔7が穿設され、この取付孔7に挿入された筒状例えば円筒形状のスペーサ8を介して取付ネジ9により、換気扇本体4は、天井10の開口部縁11に取付けられている。

この換気扇本体4の取付構造は、取付孔7及びスペーサ8を貫通する取付ネジ9が、開口部縁11と同一開口面積の開口12aが形成されるように開口部縁11の周囲に設けられた野縁12に、螺子孔を形成しながら螺合され、スペーサ8の一端8aが取付ネジ9の頭部9aに当接し、他端8bが野縁12に当接するようになっており、換気扇本体4が野縁12にガタつきなく取付けられている。

なお、図3に示すように、換気扇本体4の下端全周に幅狭例えば幅15mmのフランジ4fを設けることにより、天井板10の開口寸法が大きい場合でも、換気扇本体4と野縁12の間に生じる隙間を遮蔽でき、また、換気扇本体4を野縁12に挿入する際、フランジ4fが天井板10に突当リ、上下方向の位置、及び水平性が決まり易く施工性が向上する。

次に本発明に係わる天井用換気扇の取付方法について説明する。

図4に示すように、開口12aが設けられた野縁12を、天井下地材が取付けられる前か、あるいは下地材が既に取付けられている場合には開口を明けた後天井10に取付ける。

図5に示すように、野縁12の開口12aから、換気扇本体4を挿入し、図6に示すように、換気扇本体4下端部と開口12a下端を一致させ、スペーサ8を取付孔7に挿入し、しかる後、取付ネジ9をスペーサ8に挿入し、ドライバーにより取付ネジ9を回し、野縁12に螺子孔を形成しながら螺合し、換気扇本体4を野縁12に螺着し、換気扇本体4を天井10に取付ける。さらに、吸気開口2を覆うように本体カバー6を天井10に取付けて天井用換気扇の取付けは完了する。

上記取付過程において、換気扇本体4の取付孔7に挿入されたスペーサ8を貫通した取付ネジ9により、換気扇本体4が野縁12に取付けられるため、従来必要とされるような下方からネジで取付けるための幅広いフランジを換気扇本体の下端に設ける必要がない。また、幅広いフランジがないため、取付作業は、天井板を貼る前でも、後でも容易に対応可能である。さらに、野縁寸法のバラツキが大きい場合でも、スペーサ8を介して取付ネジ9で締付けているため、換気扇本体4と野縁12間の隙間は適切に調整され、換気扇本体4の変形が防止される。

なお、図7に示すように、換気扇本体4の側面下方に設けられた複数の取付孔7の上方に、仮止め用の取付ボルト9v及び取付ボルト9vが螺合するカーリングナット9nを2箇所以上設けることにより、取付ボルト9vを手で締付けてその先端を換気扇本体4より外に突出させ、野縁12に乗せることで、換気扇本体4を仮止めすることができ、取付ネジ9をドライバーで締付ける際に、換気扇本体4を支える必要がなく、取付作業が容易になる。また、2箇所以上の取付ボルト9vが野縁12に乗ることにより、上下方向の位置が決まり、さらに施工性が向上する。
