Description
【0001】

In order to facilitate peeling, the release liner surface is preferably subjected to surface treatment such as silicon treatment.
[0026]
According to a preferred example of the present invention, a cut is formed in the release liner that divides the release liner. The cut shape, the cutting position, and the direction are not limited as long as the cut is at least one and the release liner itself is cut. For example, the center of the cataplasm, a cut in a straight line in a direction parallel to the peripheral edge of the facing part where the adhesive sheet protrudes, a cut in a waveform, a cut in a chevron, and the like.
[0027]
According to the present invention, the size of the new type cataplasm of the present invention can be set to a size corresponding to 1/2, 1/3... 1 / n (integer) of the longitudinal or lateral length of the conventional cataplasm. In a specific preferred example of the present invention, the external shape of the poultice having a plaster layer formed on the support is a substantially rectangular shape having a length of 4 to 9 cm and a width of 6 to 13 cm.
[0028]

First, it is cut into two rows along the transport direction by the cut roll (37). The cutting position at this time is approximately the center of the two-layered laminate of the support (21) and the plaster layer (22). At this time, a cut is formed in the release liner (25) by the cut roll (38) on the lower surface side. The notch position at this time is approximately the center of the laminated body of each row of the support (21) and the paste layer (22).
[0043]
Further, the laminated belt to be conveyed is cut individually into the stacked bodies in each row by a die roll (39). The cutting position at this time is substantially the center of the pressing peripheral portion (26) formed by the pressing roll (33). Thereby, the patch agent with an adhesive sheet equivalent to 1/2 of the vertical and horizontal length of the conventional patch agent can be obtained.
[0044]
As described above, by using a release liner, a support, and a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet that are used in a conventional poultice, a plurality of rows at the time of production have a conventional vertical or horizontal length of 1/2, 1/3,. A poultice having a size of 1 / n (integer) can be obtained.
[0045]
Thereby, the degree of freedom after sticking is high, the adhesiveness to the skin and the feeling of use are good, and the poultice which can be stuck to a small affected part can be obtained. Further, since the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet is formed so as to protrude from the peripheral edge portions of the patch facing each other, it is possible to prevent the patch from being displaced, the end portion being turned up, and dropping off.
[0046]
Furthermore, since the pressing peripheral edge portion where the plaster layer thickness is thin is formed at the edge portion where the adhesive sheet does not protrude, it is possible to prevent the plaster from protruding. Moreover, since the cut-out is formed in the release liner, it is possible to obtain a poultice with a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet having effects such as easy adhesion.
[0047]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the present invention is easy to manufacture even if the size is smaller than the conventional cataplasm, prevents the plaster from protruding, has excellent adhesion to the skin, has a good feeling of use, and has a patch when applied. A new type of poultice can be obtained that prevents misalignment, curling of the end, and falling off.
[0048]
Further, in the present invention according to the method, when producing a size smaller than the conventional cataplasm, a conventional cataplasm support, a release liner, and an adhesive sheet can be used. There is an effect that it is possible to obtain a new type poultice that is prevented from protruding.
