Description
読取対象へ赤色光を照射する赤色照射部と該読取対象へ緑色光を照射する緑色照射部と該読取対象へ青色光を照射する青色照射部とを備えた照射手段と、
前記赤色光、前記緑色光及び前記青色光のそれぞれの光量を検出する読取手段と、
前記赤色照射部、前記緑色照射部、前記青色照射部を各色S回(Sは、少なくとも1つは他と異なる正の整数であるK、L、Mの和)照射させることによって、前記読取手段によって検出された各色光量に基づいて各色照射時間を設定する設定手段と、
前記読取手段が前記読取対象の画像を読み取るタイミングである読取指令信号間隔に、赤色照射部、緑色照射部、及び青色照射部を前記各色照射時間でそれぞれK、L、及びM回照射させる制御手段と、
を備えたものである。
(a)赤色光、緑色光、青色光を各色S回(Sは、少なくとも1つは他と異なる正の整数であるK、L、Mの和)照射することによって、検出した各色光量に基づいて各色照射時間を設定するステップと、
(b)前記読取対象の画像を読み取るタイミングである読取指令信号間隔に、赤色光、緑色光、及び青色光を前記各色照射時間でそれぞれK、L、及びM回照射するステップと、
を含むものである。
Claims (3)
- 読取対象へ赤色光を照射する赤色照射部と該読取対象へ緑色光を照射する緑色照射部と該読取対象へ青色光を照射する青色照射部とを備えた照射手段と、
前記赤色光、前記緑色光及び前記青色光のそれぞれの光量を検出する読取手段と、
K,L,Mを少なくとも1つは他と異なる正の整数とし、SをK,L,Mの和とし、前記赤色照射部にKが対応付けられ前記緑色照射部にLが対応付けられ前記青色照射部にMが対応付けられているときに、前記赤色照射部から赤色光をS回照射させることによって前記読取手段によって検出された光量に基づいて赤色の照射時間を設定し、前記緑色照射部から緑色光をS回照射させることによって前記読取手段によって検出された光量に基づいて緑色の照射時間を設定し、前記青色照射部から青色光をS回照射させることによって前記読取手段によって検出された光量に基づいて青色の照射時間を設定する設定手段と、
前記読取手段が前記読取対象の画像を読み取るタイミングである読取指令信号間隔に、前記赤色照射部を前記設定した赤色の照射時間でK回照射させ、前記緑色照射部を前記設定した緑色の照射時間でL回照射させ、前記青色照射部を前記設定した青色の照射時間でM回照射させる制御手段と、
を備えた画像読取装置。 - 前記設定手段は、前記赤色照射部、前記緑色照射部、前記青色照射部を所定の基準板にそれぞれS回照射させることによって、前記読取手段によって検出された各色光量が適正範囲に納まるように各色照射時間を設定する手段である、
請求項1に記載の画像読取装置。 - 読取対象へ赤色光を照射する赤色照射部と該読取対象へ緑色光を照射する緑色照射部と該読取対象へ青色光を照射する青色照射部とを備えた照射手段と、前記赤色光、前記緑色光及び前記青色光のそれぞれの光量を検出する読取手段と、を利用して読取対象へ赤色光、緑色光及び青色光を照射し画像を読み取る画像読取方法であって、
(a)K,L,Mを少なくとも1つは他と異なる正の整数とし、SをK,L,Mの和とし、前記赤色照射部にKが対応付けられ前記緑色照射部にLが対応付けられ前記青色照射部にMが対応付けられているときに、前記赤色照射部から赤色光をS回照射させることによって前記読取手段によって検出された光量に基づいて赤色の照射時間を設定し、前記緑色照射部から緑色光をS回照射させることによって前記読取手段によって検出された光量に基づいて緑色の照射時間を設定し、前記青色照射部から青色光をS回照射させることによって前記読取手段によって検出された光量に基づいて青色の照射時間を設定するステップと、
(b)前記読取手段が前記読取対象の画像を読み取るタイミングである読取指令信号間隔に、前記赤色照射部を前記設定した赤色の照射時間でK回照射させ、前記緑色照射部を前記設定した緑色の照射時間でL回照射させ、前記青色照射部を前記設定した青色の照射時間でM回照射させるステップと、
を含む画像読取方法。
