Description
Claims (7)
- 光学異方性紡糸液からフィラメントを製造する方法であって、
紡糸液は、複数の紡糸口(3)を備えた紡糸区(2)を含んでなる紡糸口金(1)からスロットすなわちダイヤフラム(5)を介して凝固浴(4)へと押し出され、
ダイヤフラム(5)の端部(6a、6b)は、上面(8a、8b)と下面(9a、9b)とを有するプレート(7a、7b)によって形成され、
プレート(7a、7b)の上面(8a、8b)は、紡糸区(2)に最も近い面として定義され、
紡糸区(2)の中心(13)を通り、且つ、上面(8a、8b)に対して垂直であるライン(10)は、スロットすなわちダイヤフラム(5)の中心(14)を通る平行ライン(11)と距離(d)を置いて位置しており、
スロットすなわちダイヤフラム(5)の突出部は、紡糸区(2)の突出部とほぼ同じ大きさおよび形状を有し、
一方のプレート(7b)の上面(8b)は、他方のプレート(7a)の上面(8a)よりも前記紡糸区の中心(13)に近く、そして
ライン(10)は、プレート(7b)の端部(6b)よりもプレート(7a)の端部(6a)の方に近い、
ことを特徴とする前記方法。 - 紡糸口金(1)と、スロットすなわちダイヤフラム(5)とを含む、光学異方性紡糸液からフィラメントを製造するエアギャップ紡糸装置であって、
紡糸口金(1)は複数の紡糸口(3)を備えた紡糸区(2)を含んでなり、
ダイヤフラム(5)は、上面(8a、8b)と下面(9a、9b)とを有するプレート(7a、7b)によって形成される端部(6a、6b)を有し、
プレート(7a、7b)の上面(8a、8b)は、紡糸区(2)に最も近い面として定義され、
前記紡糸区の中心(13)を通り、且つ、上面(8a、8b)に対して垂直であるライン(10)は、スロットすなわちダイヤフラム(5)の中心(14)を通る平行ライン(11)と距離(d)を置いて位置しており、
スロットすなわちダイヤフラム(5)の突出部は、紡糸区(2)の突出部とほぼ同じ大きさおよび形状を有し、
一方のプレート(7b)の上面(8b)は、他方のプレート(7a)の上面(8a)よりも前記紡糸区の中心(13)に近く、そして
ライン(10)は、プレート(7b)の端部(6b)よりもプレート(7a)の端部(6a)の方に近い、
ことを特徴とする前記装置。 - プレート(7a、7b)の各々の厚みは、独立して、0.5〜5mmである、請求項2に記載のエアギャップ紡糸装置。
- ライン(10)とライン(11)の間の距離(d)が0.4〜50mmである、請求項2または3に記載のエアギャップ紡糸装置。
- ライン(10)とライン(11)の間の距離(d)が1〜2mmである、請求項4に記載のエアギャップ紡糸装置。
- プレート(7a、7b)の各々の厚みが、ライン(10)とライン(11)の間の距離(d)とほぼ等しい、請求項2〜5のいずれか1つに記載のエアギャップ紡糸装置。
- スロットすなわちダイヤフラム(5)の突出部は、紡糸区(2)の突出部よりもわずかに長く、わずかに幅が狭い、請求項2〜6のいずれか1つに記載のエアギャップ紡糸装置。
