Description

The present invention belongs to the technical field related to a shelf mounting apparatus for mounting a shelf board on a wall surface in a cantilever manner.

Recently, as a shelf mounting device, a cantilever type device that supports only the base end portion of the shelf board is often used in order to attach the shelf board without greatly remodeling the surface of the wall surface. A cantilevered shelf mounting device is a copier that sandwiches the base end portion of a shelf board between an upper plate that contacts the upper surface of the shelf plate, a lower plate that contacts the lower surface of the shelf plate, and a back plate that contacts the end surface of the shelf plate. It has a letter-shaped shelf holder. For U-shaped shelf holders, the sandwiching width of the shelf board is fixed, so that the attached shelf board rattles from the error between the sandwiching width of the shelf board and the thickness of the shelf board. There is a problem that it is not supported stably. For this reason, development of the shelf mounting apparatus which has a function corresponding to the thickness of a shelf board is anxious.

Conventionally, as a shelf mounting device having a function to cope with the thickness of a shelf board, for example, a device described in (Patent Document 1) is known.
(Patent Document 1) describes a shelf mounting device in which a shelf holder is divided into two parts from the back plate up and down and connected by screws and long holes.
The shelf mounting apparatus which concerns on (patent document 1) adjusts the clamping width | variety of the shelf board in a shelf holder by adjusting the space | interval of the connection of the upper board of a shelf holder, and a lower board with a screw and a long hole. Can be done.

Further, (Patent Document 2) describes a shelf mounting device in which an adjustment bolt for adjusting the amount of protrusion from the lower surface is provided on the lower plate of the shelf holder.
The shelf mounting device according to (Patent Document 2) adjusts the gap between the upper plate of the shelf holder and the head of the adjustment bolt by rotating the adjustment bolt, thereby reducing the sandwiching width of the shelf plate in the shelf holder. It can be adjusted.

特開2004−187968号公報JP 2004-187968 A 特開2004−173871号公報JP 2004-173871 A

In the shelf mounting apparatus according to (Patent Document 1), since the divided shelf holders are connected with screws and long holes that are easy to loosen, the sandwiching width of the shelf boards in the shelf holders is likely to be unintentionally widened. There is a problem that the stability of the support is not surely obtained. In the shelf mounting device according to (Patent Document 2), the shelf plate is used to adjust the sandwiching width of the shelf plate in the shelf holder by adjusting the distance between the top plate of the shelf holder and the head of the spot-like adjusting bolt. There is a problem that it is practical only in the fine adjustment of the support angle, and it cannot be said that it has a function to cope with the thickness of the shelf board. In addition, in the shelf mounting devices according to (Patent Document 1) and (Patent Document 2), in common, before inserting the shelf board into the shelf holder, adjust the sandwiching width of the shelf board in the shelf holder. If the support of the shelf board is unstable, after the installation of the shelf board, after the installation of the shelf board, the post-adjustment cannot be performed. There is a problem.

The present invention has been made in consideration of such problems, and can stably support the shelf board according to the thickness of the shelf board, and after adjustment of the support after the installation of the shelf board. It is an object of the present invention to provide a shelf mounting apparatus capable of performing the above.

In order to solve the above-described problems, the shelf mounting device according to the present invention employs means described in each of the claims.

That is, according to the first aspect of the present invention, in the shelf mounting device provided with a U-shaped shelf holder that is attached to the wall surface and sandwiches the base end portion of the shelf board, the shelf holder is formed in a U-shaped long frame, and the upper plate abuts on the upper surface of the plate, and a lower plate which depth is longer than the top plate and brought into contact with the lower surface of the shelf plate, a lifting plate for lifting up and down the lower plate, the lift plate from below of the lower plate The upper plate has elasticity, the top plate is provided with a protrusion that linearly contacts the top surface of the shelf plate, and the lower plate is the length direction of the tip portion. Is provided with a guide groove for guiding the raising and lowering of the elevating plate, the elevating plate is formed in a long plate shape, and a cover portion that is curved and extends downward to cover the entire length near the front end portion of the lower plate at the front end portion. The insertion plate is inserted into the guide groove of the lower plate, and a plurality of lift adjustment tools are operated independently. Are arranged in a direction, the rear side of the lifting adjuster is characterized in that it is disposed at a position corresponding to the protrusion across the shelves.

In this means, the lifting plate is pressed against the lower surface of the shelf plate by the lifting / lowering adjustment tool, thereby preventing an unexpected increase in the sandwiching width of the shelf plate in the shelf support. Moreover, since the raising / lowering adjustment tool can be operated from below the lower plate, the sandwiching width of the shelf plate in the shelf holder can be adjusted after the shelf plate is attached. In addition, by operating the lifting / lowering adjustment tool individually, it is possible to adjust the support angle of the shelf board by giving an inclination to the lifting board.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the shelf mounting device according to the first aspect, the elevating plate is provided with a non-slip structure for preventing slipping with the shelf plate.

In this means, the slip between the elevating plate and the shelf plate is prevented by the antiskid structure.

Moreover, in Claim 4, in the shelf mounting apparatus in any one of Claims 1-3, the screw hole for screwing a shelf board to the shelf board in the back plate which contact | abuts the end surface of a shelf board is perforated. It is characterized by that.

In this means, the position shift of the shelf board in the depth direction can be prevented by screwing the shelf holder from the back plate.

According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, in the shelf mounting device according to any one of the first to fourth aspects, the shelf holder is attached to an attachment seat attached to the wall surface with an engaging structure.

With this means, the shelf holder is attached to the mounting seat with a simple engagement attachment.

The shelf mounting device according to the present invention can prevent an unintended spread of the sandwiching width of the shelf plate in the shelf holder by pressing the lifting plate against the lower surface of the shelf plate by the lifting adjustment tool. There is an effect that the shelf board can be supported stably corresponding to the thickness of the plate. In addition, since the lifting / lowering adjustment tool can be operated from below the lower plate, it is possible to adjust the sandwiching width of the shelf plate in the shelf holder after the shelf plate is attached. There is an effect that can.

Hereinafter, the best mode for carrying out the shelf mounting apparatus according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

The mounting seat 4 is formed in a long frame whose rear surface is in contact with the wall surface W, and is provided with a raised receiving surface 41 in which the entire surface of the back plate 13 of the shelf support 1 is in contact with the center portion. An engaging portion 42 is provided on the inner side of the upper portion of the seating surface 41 so that the engaging plate 14 of the shelf holder 1 is inserted to engage with the engaging portion 14a. Mounting grooves 43 and 44 to which the upper cover 6 and the lower cover 7 are engaged and attached are provided over the entire length near the ends, and screws 8 for screwing to the wall surface W at four locations in the length direction near the upper and lower ends. A screw hole 45 through which is inserted is provided. The upper cover 6 and the lower cover 7 cover the unevenness of the mounting seat 4 and enhance the decorativeness. As shown in FIGS. 11 and 12, side covers 9 that enhance the decorativeness by concealing the unevenness of the mounting seat 4 are fitted and attached to both side ends of the mounting seat 4 from the side. Therefore, the mounting seat 4 is formed longer than the shelf holder 1 by the width of the side cover 9.

In the installation work of the shelf board P in this form, the attachment seat 4 is attached to the wall surface W with screws 8 as shown in FIG.

Then, as shown in FIG. 3, the lifting plate 2 is stacked on the lower surface 12 of the shelf holder 1, and the insertion plate 22 of the lifting plate 2 is inserted into the guide groove 12 a of the lower surface 12 of the shelf holder 1. Further, the lifting / lowering adjustment tool 3 is screwed and attached to the mounting hole 12 c on the lower surface 12 of the shelf holder 1.

Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 4, the shelf board P is inserted between the upper surface 11 and the lower surface 12 (elevating plate 2) of the shelf holder 1 and abuts against the back plate 13. Subsequently, as shown in FIG. 5, the lifting / lowering adjustment tool 3 is rotated by a square screwdriver or the like, the lifting plate 2 is pushed by the tip 31, and the shelf plate P is moved to the upper surface of the shelf holder 1 by the raised lifting plate 2. 11 is pressed. As a result, the base end portion of the shelf board P is sandwiched and held by the shelf holder 1. The reinforcing ribs 12b on the lower surface 12 of the shelf holder 1 resist deformation of the lower surface 12 against the reaction force of pressing of the shelf plate P. Further, the anti-slip structure 23 of the elevating plate 2 prevents slippage of the shelf plate P that is pressed together with the elasticity of the upper surface 11 of the shelf support 1. Moreover, the cover part 21 of the raising / lowering board 2 hides the clearance gap formed between the raised raising / lowering board 2 and the lower surface 12 of the shelf holder 1, and improves a decorative property.

Subsequently, as shown in FIG. 6, the shelf plate P is screwed to the back plate 13 of the shelf holder 1 with screws 5. This screwing reliably prevents the displacement of the shelf board P in the depth direction.

Subsequently, as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the shelf holder 1 is engaged and attached to the attachment seat 4 already attached to the wall surface W. About this engagement attachment, it can carry out easily by one touch. In addition to the engagement between the engagement portion 14 a of the engagement plate 14 and the engagement portion 42 of the attachment seat 4, the attached shelf holder 1 includes the back plate 13 and the receiving surface 41 of the attachment seat 4. By contact, it is securely attached to the mounting seat 4.

Subsequently, as shown in FIGS. 9 to 11, the upper cover 6, the lower cover 7 and the side cover 9 are engaged and attached to the attachment seat 4.

As shown in FIG. 12, in a state where the installation work of the shelf board P is completed, the elevator adjustment tool 3 that is open without any obstacles is rotated, and the elevator board 2 is raised and lowered to support the shelf board P. It can be stabilized without rattling. That is, after the shelf P is attached, the post-supporting adjustment can be performed. At this time, the support angle of the shelf board P can also be adjusted by varying the amount of rotation of the two rows of the lifting adjustment tools 3 in the depth direction.

As described above, a plurality of shelf boards P and shelf receivers 1 can be attached to one attachment seat 4 in addition to the illustrated examples.

Further, the shelf holder 1 can be configured to be directly attached to the wall surface W.
