【発明の属する技術分野】
本願の発明は、頭髪を染めたり整髪をする染髪剤や整髪剤等の化粧液を収容した中空容器に塗布用の櫛歯を設けて内容液を塗布する塗布容器に係わるもので、更に詳しくは、手指や衣服等を汚すことなく綺麗に、且つ、満遍なく頭髪に液状の染髪剤や整髪剤等の化粧料を塗布することができる櫛歯からなる塗布具と、該塗布具を前記染髪剤や整髪剤等の溶液を収容した中空の液体容器本体の口頸部に設けた塗布容器に関するものである。

【従来技術】
染髪剤や整髪剤等を用いて頭髪に化粧を施す場合、従来は、染髪剤等を収容した容器から少量づつ染髪剤等の内容物を掌に取って、指先で延ばすようにして頭髪に揉み込んで塗布するか、あるいは、塗布専用の小さなブラシや櫛に少量の染髪剤を付着させてから塗布しようとする頭髪部分に塗り込んで塗布してから、櫛やブラシで頭髪を丹念に梳いて頭髪を整えていた。
しかし、このようにした頭髪の化粧方法では、頭髪に染髪液を簡単に均一に塗布させることは困難で、また、染髪剤等で手先や頭皮が汚れるばかりか、染髪剤等の内容液が飛び散って衣服を汚すこともある。

上記したような理由から、染髪等を行う際に手先や衣服を汚すようなこともなく、また、化粧むらが出るようなこともなく綺麗に整髪できるようにした、もう少し簡単な方法により確実に塗布できるようにした塗布用具を具えた頭髪化粧容器が望まれている。
そのようなことから、染髪剤や整髪剤等の化粧剤を収容した容器に、内部の化粧剤を直接に頭髪へ塗布するようにした梳き櫛やブラシ等の塗布具を装着して、化粧剤を容器から塗布具に自動的に供給することにより、手指を汚さずに塗布できるようにした化粧容器が色々と開発されている。

そうした中で、化粧剤を収容した容器に色々な櫛歯状の塗布具を装着して、化粧剤を直接に頭髪へ塗布するように形成した化粧容器として、従来から一般に使用されているものには、特開昭61−240904号や特開平11−9330号公報等に見られるように、染髪剤等の化粧剤を収容した押圧変形可能な中空容器の口頸部に梳き櫛を装着して、容器の胴壁を押圧して内部の化粧剤を絞り出して塗布する形式のものと、実開平5−51786号や特開平8−131235号公報等に見られるように、染髪剤等の化粧剤を収容した中空容器に着脱自在に櫛歯を装着して、内部に充填した高圧ガスの圧力により染髪剤を泡状にして押出して塗布するエアゾール形式の塗布容器がある。

上記した形式の塗布容器はいずれも、櫛歯を植生した状態に保持する保持体内に染髪剤を供給する細い流出路を形成して、前記保持体の先端部から手元まで平行に櫛歯を整列して設けると共に、櫛歯の中程に染髪剤の流出孔を設けた梳き櫛状の塗布具を有する容器からなる。
これらの梳き歯状の塗布具には、図8に示したように、染髪剤等の溶液を収容した中空容器31の口頸部32にノズル部33の肩カバー部33aを螺着して、該ノズル部の先端に櫛部の支持体34を嵌合、固定して構成したもので、前記容器31の胴部を手中に持って胴壁部31aを押圧して変形させるか、または、加圧ガスを噴射して、容器内に収容された染髪剤等の化粧料を押出しことにより、ノズル先端33aから櫛部の支持体34の内部に形成された導出路35へと吐出させて、注出口35aを通して櫛歯36に形成した排出路36aを通して吐出口36bから櫛歯36の間に吐出せしめて、櫛歯36を頭髪に接して梳くことにより染髪剤を塗布するようにしたものである。

このような梳き櫛歯状の塗布具を用いた塗布容器は、染髪剤等の化粧料を充分な量だけ櫛歯部分に供給しつつ塗布できるので、手先を汚すことなしに、また、頭皮への付着や衣服へ飛び散るようなこともなしに、頭髪に対する毛染等の操作を行うことができて便利である。
しかし、上記のような梳き櫛歯状の塗布具をエアゾール形式の塗布容器に用いる場合には、ガス噴射部を押し過ぎるとガス圧により染髪剤等が飛散して、皮膚や衣服に等に付着することがある。
また、上記のような梳き櫛歯状をした塗布具は、その構造が繊細で複雑であり、そして、多数の部品から構成されるので、その製造コストが高くならざるを得ないことから、もう少し簡単な構造にして、廉価に製造することができるような塗布具が求められる。

そこで、上記したように複雑な構造をした梳き櫛歯からなる塗布具に代えて、もっと簡単な構造にした塗布具を用いた塗布容器に構成することにより、その塗布具をできるだけ少ない数の部品で構成して、塗布容器の製造コストを低減することが考えられている。
そして、そのように簡単な構造にした塗布具を用いた塗布容器としては、実用新案登録第3058286号や実開昭50−30980号公報等に記載するようなものが知られており、また、出願人も既に、特開2001−275739号や特開2001−275752号公報等に見るようなものを提案しているが、これらに見られる塗布容器は、染髪剤等の溶液を収容した中空の容器本体の口頸部に螺合、密着した蓋状体に、複数の櫛歯を横列状に並べて立設して塗布可能に形成したものである。

これらの塗布容器は、図6に示すように、筒状をした蓋体22の頂板部22aに複数の櫛歯23を横列状に整列して立設せしめると共に、前記櫛歯の上部側面に容器内部の染髪剤と連通する注出口23aを設けて染髪剤を塗布可能に形成した塗布具25を、染髪剤等の溶液を収容した胴壁部21aが押圧変形可能な中空容器21の口頸部に螺合、密着して構成したものである。
上記塗布具25は、図7に示したように、両側端の枠櫛歯23bを除く各櫛歯に、上部の両側面に注出口23aを貫通して開口すると共に、該注出口から頂板部の下面まで櫛歯内を貫通する注出路23cを形成して、且つ、前記各櫛歯23の注出口23aよりも上の歯面に横方向の溝とリブからなる凹凸面23dを形成して、容器本体内の染髪剤を塗布可能にした簡単な構造をしたものである。

このような塗布具25を具えた塗布容器は、前述した梳き櫛歯状の塗布具のものに比べて、構造が非常に簡単であるから安価に製造することができるが、図7に示すように、前記塗布容器21を逆さまにした状態で容器の胴壁部21aを押圧して内溶液を注出して塗布しようとすると、容器内に空気が存在すると内容液が各歯から均一な圧力で注出されずに、櫛歯23から吐出される溶液にむらができて、一つの吐出口23aから多量に吐出することがあり、中でも、頭部の側面の頭髪に塗布しようとして、塗布具の櫛歯を横向きにして使用する場合には、容器内の空気と同時に溶液が勢い良く吐出されて飛び散ることがしばしばある。
そこで、上記のように櫛歯を横列状に立設せしめた塗布具を用いた塗布容器に於いて、塗布具を横向きにして使用する時にも、容器内の染髪剤等が空気と一緒に勢い良く吐出されて飛び散ることがなくて、均一に塗布できるようにした塗布具を具えた塗布容器の出現が望まれる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本願の発明は、上記したような問題点を解決せんとして創案されたもので、染髪剤等の液体化粧料を収容した中空容器の口頸部に螺着して、内溶液を頭髪に塗布する塗布具を、できるだけ簡単な構造に形成することにより、少ない数の部品で組み立てられるように構成して、塗布具の製造コストを低減できるようにすると同時に、容器内の化粧料を注出して頭部に塗布する際に、容器から櫛歯に注出される化粧料が飛散することなしに塗布できるような構造に形成した塗布具と、該塗布具を具えた染髪剤等の塗布容器を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本願発明は、上記したような課題を解決するために、中空容器の口頸部に螺合、密着が可能に形成された筒状をした蓋体の頂壁部に、複数の櫛歯を横列状に整列して間隔を設けて立設せしめて櫛歯付き蓋体に形成して、前記櫛歯の上部側面に染髪剤の注出口を貫通して設けると共に、前記注出口から頂板部の下面まで櫛歯内を貫通した注出路を設けて、容器内の染髪剤等を注出して塗布可能にした塗布具を形成する。
そして、更に、前記歯付き蓋体の内部に2個の金属ボール弁を設けておいて、一方のボール弁は容器内の空気の吐出を遮断するための弁体(遮断弁)とし、他方のボール弁は内溶液を注出するための弁体(注出弁)として、塗布具を横向きに傾斜させて使用する際に、前記金属ボール弁が重力により移動して遮断弁と注出弁とに分かれて、容器内で染髪剤等が空気と混合した状態になるのを防止する構成にして、気液が一緒になって勢い良く吐出されて飛散するようなことをなくして、溶液を均一に塗布できるようにした塗布具に形成すると共に、該塗布具を塗染髪剤等を収容された中空容器の口頸部に着脱可能に装着して櫛歯付き塗布容器を形成する。

【発明の実施の形態】
本願の発明は、熱可塑性合成樹脂を射出成形して、染髪剤等の液体を収容した中空容器1の口頸部1aに螺着可能な円筒状の螺合筒部2aを有する蓋部2を形成すると共に、前記蓋部の頂壁部2bに櫛歯支持部4を突設して、該櫛歯支持部に複数の櫛歯3を横列状に整列して間隔をあけて立設せしめて形成した櫛歯付き蓋体5を、中空容器1の口頸部1aに着脱可能なように成形する。
そして、上記した櫛歯付き蓋体5を成形する際に、前記櫛歯3の上部側面に染髪剤の吐出口3aを貫通して設けると共に、前記注出口から頂壁部2bの下面に達する注出路3cを前記櫛歯3内に貫通せしめて設けて、前記注出路3cを通じて櫛歯面に容器内の染髪剤等の液体を注出可能に形成する。

上記のように形成された前記櫛歯3を突設した蓋部2の螺合筒部2aと櫛歯支持部4の間に、容器内の空気の吐出を遮断するための弁(遮断弁)と、内溶液を注出するための弁(注出弁)との2個の金属ボール弁を有する弁体9を設けて、容器内の染髪剤等の液体を櫛歯3面の吐出口3aから注出可能に形成して塗布具6を構成する。
そして、このようにして構成された塗布具6を染髪剤等の液体を収容した中空容器1の口頸部1aに螺着して、染髪剤等を塗布可能にした塗布容器を形成すると共に、該塗布容器を用いて塗布具6を横向きになるように傾斜させて塗布操作を行うと、前記弁体9部において容器内に存在する空気は、上側に浮いて櫛歯方向へ移動しようとするので、上側になったボール弁(遮断弁)7aを押し下げて閉止されると同時に、染髪剤等の溶液は、下側となったボール弁(注出弁)7bを押し上げながら弁体9内を抜けて液溜まり8bへ流出して、均一な押圧力を受けながら注出路3cを経て吐出口3aから櫛歯3面に注出されるので、溶液は空気と一緒に吐出されて飛散することもなく頭髪に塗布される。

【実施例】
本願の発明について、最適な一つの実施例に基づいて、図面を参照しつつ以下に説明する。
熱可塑性合成樹脂を射出成形して、染髪剤等の液体を収容した中空容器1の口頸部1aに螺着可能な螺合筒部2aを有する蓋部2を成形するに際して、図1に示すように、前記蓋部2の頂壁部2bに、櫛歯3を横一列に整列して立設するための櫛歯支持部4を突設せしめて形成して、該櫛歯支持部4の上面に、複数の櫛歯3を横列状に整列して間隔を設けて立設した櫛歯付き蓋体5となるように一体に成形する。
そして、図2に示したように、前記櫛歯3の上部側面に染髪剤の吐出口3aを貫通して設けると共に、前記吐出口3aから蓋体2の頂壁部2bの下面に達する注出路3cを前記櫛歯3内に貫通せしめて設けて、容器内の染髪剤等の液体を櫛歯3面に注出可能に形成して、前記中空容器1の口頸部1aに着脱自在に螺着可能な櫛歯付き蓋体5を成形する。

また、図4に示すように、弁体9の水平状に設けられた円筒形の短い管路の両端部にそれぞれ設けられた2個の金属球からなるボール弁が、空気を遮断する遮断弁7aと液体を注出する注出弁7bになるように設けられた流体管7の中程部分と、円盤状に形成した液体受け皿8の底壁部の中央部分の開口部8aとを短い管路7cにより連接して、容器内の注出される溶液と遮断される空気の流れが混合しないように分離した状態に調整可能にする弁体9を形成する。
そして、上記のように形成された弁体9を、図2に示すように、前記した櫛歯付き蓋体5の前記螺合筒部2aと櫛歯支持部4の間に、嵌着、固定して設けて、前記弁体9が中空容器1内の空気が吐出するのを遮断するための弁7aと、内溶液を注出せしめて吐出させるための弁7bとして作用するように構成して、染髪剤等を収容した中空容器1の口頸部1aに螺着して、中空容器内の染髪剤等を櫛歯3の吐出口3aから吐出せしめて塗布可能にする塗布具6を形成する。

上記のように形成された塗布具6を、染髪剤等の化粧溶液を収容した中空の容器本体1の口頸部1aに螺着することにより、容器内の染髪剤等を手先や衣服を汚すことなしに、頭部の毛髪に対して簡単に塗布できるようにした塗布容器が形成される。
そして、上記のように形成された塗布容器を手に持って塗布しようとして、図5に示すように、前記塗布具6を櫛歯3が上下方向に重なるようにして横向きに一列に整列させた状態に傾斜すると、流体管路7内に位置する2個の金属ボール弁7a、7bのうち上側になって空気を遮断するボール弁7aは、重力の作用により下方へ向かって落下するから、容器本体1の胴壁部が指先で押圧されると、容器内に存在する空気は軽いので、上側に浮いた状態になって溶液よりも先に櫛歯3方向へ移動して流体管路7に達して、空気はボール弁7aを押し下げて閉止した状態で容器内に留まる。

その一方で、前記容器本体1内に収容されている染髪剤等の溶液は、該容器の側面に沿って櫛歯3方向へ移動して、金属ボール弁7a、7bのうち下側になったボール弁7bを下側から押し上げるように作用して、弁体9内の管路7cを抜けて液体受け皿8上部の液溜まり8bへと流出されるので、空気と分離された状態になって吐出される。
このようにして、塗布具6の液溜まり8bに押し出された溶液は、パスカルの原理により均一な圧力を受けながら注出路3cを通って、櫛歯3に設けられた吐出口3aから櫛歯面に吐出されるが、その時に塗布具6の櫛歯3を横向きにして上下に重なるようにして、頭部の側頭部の頭髪に対して塗布しながら櫛歯で梳くと、内溶液に空気が混ざった状態で一緒に吐出することがないので、内溶液は飛散するようなこともなく、前記塗布具6の歯先を介して頭髪に均一に塗布することができる。

従って、本願発明の塗布容器は、頭髪に対して塗布しながら櫛歯で梳くことにより、手先を汚すこともなしに、また、内溶液で衣服や肌を汚すこともなしに、塗布具の櫛歯で内容液を頭髪に均一に塗布することができる。
