2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in a vehicle ceiling storage part that is attached to a vehicle compartment ceiling part of a vehicle such as an automobile, a storage part for storing luggage is provided in the ceiling part of the vehicle body, and an end part of this storage part is opened as an entrance / exit The configuration is known (see, for example, Patent Document 1). Further, in this configuration, the entrance / exit of the storage unit is opened to the opening of the vehicle body, and a closing body that opens and closes the entrance / exit of the storage unit is provided at the door attached to the opening of the vehicle body.
6-74502

However, in the vehicle ceiling storage section of Patent Document 1, the closure body of the storage section is provided on the door that opens and closes the opening at the rear of the vehicle body, and the closure body of the storage section opens simultaneously with opening the door. As a result, when the vehicle body is parked on an uphill slope, the storage portion opens at the same time as the door is opened, and the luggage in the storage portion may fall from the entrance of the storage portion due to its own weight.

In view of the above-described facts, an object of the present invention is to provide a vehicular ceiling storage portion that can prevent the storage portion from being opened carelessly when the door of the vehicle body is opened.

According to a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a vehicular ceiling storage portion, a door that opens and closes an opening of a vehicle body, a storage portion that can be opened and closed on a ceiling portion of a passenger compartment, and the storage portion that is attached to the storage portion. An opening / closing means for opening the storage portion when the door is held open and when the door is opened, and the opening / closing means can be opened when the door is open and the door is closed. And an interior member of the door that covers the opening / closing means when in the state .

In conjunction with the opening and closing of the door that opens and closes the opening of the vehicle body, when the door is in an open state, the interior member of the door does not cover the opening and closing means, so the opening and closing means attached to the storage part is opened. This opens the storage. For this reason, even if the door is opened, the storage section is not opened unless the opening / closing means is opened. Further, when the door is in the closed state , the opening / closing means cannot be opened because the interior member of the door covers the opening / closing means. For this reason, it is possible to prevent theft of the luggage put in the storage unit, and the crime prevention performance is good.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided a vehicular ceiling storage portion, a door that opens and closes an opening of a vehicle body, a storage portion that can be opened and closed on a ceiling portion of a passenger compartment, and the storage portion that is attached to the storage portion. A storage unit door that opens and closes an opening of the unit, and when the door is in an open state, the storage unit door can be opened and the storage unit door is covered when the door is in a closed state. And an interior member of the door .

In conjunction with opening and closing of the door that opens and closes the opening of the vehicle body, when the door is in an open state, the interior member of the door does not cover the storage part door that opens and closes the opening of the storage part. The storage part is opened by opening the attached storage part door. For this reason, even if the door is opened, the storage section is not opened unless the storage section door is opened. In addition, when the door is in the closed state, the interior member of the door covers the storage unit door, so that the storage unit door cannot be opened. For this reason, it is possible to prevent theft of the luggage put in the storage unit, and the crime prevention performance is good.

According to a third aspect of the present invention, there is provided a vehicular ceiling storage portion, a door that opens and closes an opening of a vehicle body, a storage portion that is detachably attached to a ceiling portion of a passenger compartment, and holds the storage portion in a closed state. The opening / closing means for opening the storage portion when the door is opened together with the opening / closing operation of the door, and is released when the door is in an openable state, and the opening / closing means can be opened. The locking means is actuated by an opening operation handle of the door.

The lock means is released by opening the door opening operation handle, and the storage section is opened by opening the opening / closing means in this unlocked state. For this reason, even if the door is opened, the storage section is not opened unless the opening / closing means is opened. When the door opening operation handle is not opened, the opening / closing means is locked by the locking means, and the opening / closing means cannot be opened. For this reason, it is possible to prevent theft of the luggage put in the storage unit, and the crime prevention performance is good.

According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, there is provided a vehicular ceiling storage portion, a door that opens and closes an opening of a vehicle body, a storage portion that is attached to the ceiling portion of a passenger compartment so as to be opened and closed, and holds the storage portion in a closed state. The opening / closing means for opening the storage portion when the door is opened together with the opening / closing operation of the door, and is released when the door is in an openable state, and the opening / closing means can be opened. And the locking means is actuated by an open / close detection switch of the door.

When the door open / close detection switch is activated, the lock means is released, and in this unlocked state, the storage section is opened by opening the open / close means. For this reason, even if the door is opened, the storage section is not opened unless the opening / closing means is opened. When the door open / close detection switch does not operate, the opening / closing means is locked by the locking means, and the opening / closing means cannot be opened. For this reason, it is possible to prevent theft of the luggage put in the storage unit, and the crime prevention performance is good.

The hinge shaft 32 is rotatably supported by a receiving block 34 attached to the ceiling member 26, and the storage portion 30 is centered around the hinge shaft 32 (in the direction of arrow C in FIG. 1) and above (in FIG. 1). It can be rotated in the direction of arrow D).

As shown in FIG. 3, an opening / closing handle 38 as an opening / closing means is attached to a central portion in the vehicle width direction at the rear end portion of the bottom wall portion 30 </ b> A of the storage portion 30.

As shown in FIG. 1, the base of the opening / closing handle 38 is an integral hinge 40 that is thin and elastically deformable, and the opening / closing handle 38 is located below the integral hinge 40 (in the direction of arrow E in FIG. 1). And upward (in the direction of arrow F in FIG. 1).

A locking claw 42 is formed so as to protrude obliquely rearward and upward from a central portion in the front-rear direction of the opening / closing handle 38, and a tip 42A of the locking claw 42 can be engaged with a locking claw 44 on the vehicle body side. It has become. The vehicle body side locking claw 44 is welded to the rear wall 20C of the rear header panel 20, and the vehicle body side locking claw 44 engages with the locking claw 42 of the opening / closing handle 38, so 30 can be held in the closed position shown in FIG.

When the locking claw 42 of the opening / closing handle 38 rotates in the direction of arrow E around the integral hinge 40, the engagement between the locking claw 44 on the vehicle body side and the locking claw 42 of the opening / closing handle 38 is released and stored. The portion 30 can rotate about the hinge shaft 32 in the direction of arrow C, and the storage portion 30 can be moved to the open position indicated by the solid line in FIG.

As shown in FIG. 1, a rear portion 38A of the opening / closing handle 38 extends rearward, and a folded portion 46A of an upper door garnish 46 as an interior part of the back door 14 in a closed state is provided on the lower surface of the rear portion 38A. Abutting from the side. The folded portion 46A of the upper door garnish 46 is formed from the front end portion 46B of the upper door garnish 46 to the rear of the vehicle body along the rear portion 38A of the opening / closing handle 38.

Therefore, when the back door 14 is in the closed state shown in FIG. 1, the folded portion 46A serving as the locking means is in contact with the lower surface of the rear portion 38A of the opening / closing handle 38 so that the opening / closing handle 38 cannot be opened. Locked.

As shown in FIG. 3, the upper door garnish 46 covers and hides the opening / closing handle 38, and when the back door 14 is in the closed state, the opening / closing handle 38 is not visible from the vehicle compartment side.

On the other hand, when the back door 14 is in the open state shown by the solid line in FIG. 2, the folded portion 46A of the upper door garnish 46 is separated from the lower surface of the rear portion 38A of the opening / closing handle 38, so that the opening / closing handle 38 can be opened. become. As a result, by opening the opening / closing handle 38, the engagement between the locking claw 44 on the vehicle body side and the locking claw 42 of the opening / closing handle 38 can be released.

Until the opening / closing handle 38 is opened, the locking claw 44 on the vehicle body side and the locking claw 42 of the opening / closing handle 38 are engaged, and the storage portion 30 is in the closed position indicated by a two-dot chain line in FIG. Is supposed to be retained.

As shown in FIG. 1, a vertical wall 30 </ b> C that protrudes upward in the vehicle body is formed along the vehicle width direction at the center in the front-rear direction of the bottom wall portion 30 </ b> A of the storage portion 30, and the upper end of the vertical wall 30 </ b> C. The portion 30D is in contact with the rear end portion 26B of the ceiling material 26. Further, the luggage 28 is placed between the vertical wall 30C and the front wall 30B in the storage unit 30.

Reference numeral 47 in FIG. 1 denotes a weather strip attached to the opening 12. Reference numeral 48 indicates the glass of the back door 14, and reference numeral 49 indicates a high-mount stop lamp.

Next, the operation of this embodiment will be described.

As shown in FIG. 1, when the back door 14 is in a closed state, the folded portion 46A of the upper door garnish 46 is in contact with the lower surface of the rear portion 38A of the opening / closing handle 38, and the opening / closing handle 38 cannot be operated. Also, as shown in FIG. 3, the upper door garnish 46 prevents the opening / closing handle 38 from being seen from the passenger compartment side, so that it is possible to prevent the luggage 28 placed in the storage unit 30 from being stolen and to have good crime prevention performance. Further, since the opening / closing handle 38 is locked by the folded portion 46A of the upper door garnish 46, there is no need to provide a separate locking member, and the number of parts can be reduced.

When the back door 14 is in the open state shown by the solid line in FIG. 2, the folded portion 46A of the upper door garnish 46 is separated from the lower surface of the rear portion 38A of the opening / closing handle 38, so that the opening / closing handle 38 can be opened. As a result, the opening / closing handle 38 is opened to release the engagement between the locking claw 44 on the vehicle body side and the locking claw 42 of the opening / closing handle 38, so that the storage unit 30 has the arrow C about the hinge shaft 32. Rotate in the direction and released, allowing the load 28 to be taken in and out.

On the other hand, even when the back door 14 is opened, until the opening / closing handle 38 is opened, the locking claw 44 on the vehicle body side and the locking claw 42 of the opening / closing handle 38 are engaged, and the storage portion 30 is shown in FIG. 2 is held in a closed position indicated by a two-dot chain line. As a result, when the vehicle body 10 is parked on an uphill road, it is possible to prevent the storage unit 30 from being inadvertently opened at the same time as the back door 14 of the vehicle body 10 is opened. For this reason, simultaneously with opening the back door 14, the load 28 of the storage unit 30 does not fall from the storage unit 30 due to its own weight.

Next, a second embodiment of the vehicle ceiling storage part of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG.

In addition, about the same member as 1st Embodiment, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected and the description is abbreviate | omitted.

As shown in FIG. 5, in this embodiment, the upper end portion 30 </ b> E of the front wall portion 30 </ b> B in the storage portion 30 is fixed to the ceiling material 26.

Further, a storage door 50 as an opening / closing means is formed on the rear side of the bottom wall portion 30 </ b> A of the storage portion 30 so as to be directed obliquely upward on the rear side of the vehicle body. An opening 51 formed at the rear end of the storage unit 30 can be opened and closed. The root portion of the storage unit door 50 is an integral hinge 52. The storage unit door 50 is downward (in the direction of arrow G in FIG. 5) and upward (in the direction of arrow H in FIG. 5) around the integral hinge 52. It can be rotated.

A locking claw 54 is formed on the upper end portion of the storage portion door 50 so as to protrude forward, and this locking claw 54 can be engaged with a locking claw 44 on the vehicle body side. The vehicle body side latching claws 44 are welded to the rear wall 20C of the rear header panel 20, and the latching claws 54 of the storage portion door 50 are engaged with the vehicle body side latching claws 44 so that the vehicle is stored. The partial door 50 can be held in the closed position shown in FIG. A handle 50 </ b> A is formed at the center in the vertical direction at the center in the vehicle width direction of the storage part door 50 toward the rear of the vehicle body.

Accordingly, when the storage portion door 50 is rotated in the direction of the arrow G around the integral hinge 52 with the handle 50A, the engagement between the locking claw 44 on the vehicle body side and the locking claw 54 of the storage portion door 50 is released. The storage section door 50 is moved to the open position indicated by a two-dotted line in FIG.

A folded portion 58A of an upper door garnish 58 as an interior part of the back door 14 in a closed state is in contact with the lower surface 50B of the rear end of the handle 50A of the storage door 50 from below. The folded-back portion 58A of the upper door garnish 58 is formed from the front end portion 58B of the upper door garnish 58 toward the upper rear side of the vehicle body.

Therefore, when the back door 14 is in the closed state shown by the solid line in FIG. 5, the folded-back portion 58A of the upper door garnish 58 serving as the locking means is in contact with the lower surface of the rear end lower surface 50B of the handle 50A. The handle 50A of the partial door 50 is locked so that it cannot be operated.

Further, the upper door garnish 58 makes the storage portion door 50 invisible from the passenger compartment side.

On the other hand, when the back door 14 is in an open state indicated by a two-dotted line in FIG. 5, the folded portion 58A of the upper door garnish 58 is separated from the handle 50A of the storage portion door 50, so that the handle 50A can be operated. Become. As a result, by operating the handle 50A, the engagement between the locking claw 44 on the vehicle body side and the locking claw 54 of the storage door 50 can be released.

Until the handle 50A is opened, the locking claw 44 on the vehicle body and the locking claw 54 of the storage unit door 50 are engaged, and the storage unit door 50 is in the closed position shown by the solid line in FIG. It is supposed to be retained.

Next, the operation of this embodiment will be described.

As shown by a solid line in FIG. 5, in this embodiment, when the back door 14 is in the closed state, the folded portion 58A of the upper door garnish 58 contacts the rear end lower surface 50B of the handle 50A of the storage portion door 50. The handle 50A cannot be operated. Further, since the storage door 50 is not visible from the passenger compartment side by the upper door garnish 58, the luggage 28 placed in the storage 30 can be prevented from being stolen, and the crime prevention performance is good. Further, since the storage portion door 50 is locked by the folded portion 58A of the upper door garnish 58, there is no need to provide a separate locking member, and the number of parts can be reduced.

Further, when the back door 14 is in the open state indicated by a two-dot chain line in FIG. 5, the folded portion 58A of the upper door garnish 58 is separated from the lower surface 50B of the rear end of the handle 50A of the storage unit door 50. Can be operated. As a result, by opening the handle 50A, the engagement between the locking claw 44 on the vehicle body side and the locking claw 54 of the storage portion door 50 is released, and the storage portion door 50 is centered on the integral hinge 52. The bag 28 rotates in the direction of arrow G, and the luggage 28 can be taken in and out.

On the other hand, until the handle 50A is opened, the locking claw 44 on the vehicle body side and the locking claw 54 of the storage unit door 50 are engaged, and the storage unit door 50 is in the closed position shown by the solid line in FIG. Retained. As a result, when the vehicle body 10 is parked on an uphill road, it is possible to prevent the storage unit door 50 from being inadvertently opened at the same time as the back door 14 of the vehicle body 10 is opened. For this reason, simultaneously with opening the back door 14, the load 28 of the storage unit 30 does not fall from the storage unit 30 due to its own weight.

Next, a third embodiment of the vehicle ceiling storage portion of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.

In addition, about the same member as 1st Embodiment, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected and the description is abbreviate | omitted.

As shown in FIG. 6, in the present embodiment, a solenoid 60 serving as a locking means is attached to the lower surface of the lower wall portion 20 </ b> D of the rear header panel 20 via a bracket 62. The solenoid 60 is attached so that the axial direction of the rod 60A is directed in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body. When the solenoid 60 is energized, the rod 60A moves from the protruding position protruding backward in the vehicle body indicated by a solid line in FIG. 6 to the front of the vehicle body (in the direction of arrow J in FIG. 6), and is retracted from the through hole 68. Position.

A convex portion 66 is formed upward in the vicinity of the rear side of the integral hinge 40 in the bottom wall portion 30 </ b> A of the storage portion 30. This convex portion 66 is formed on the vehicle body rear side of the solenoid 60, and a through hole 68 through which the rod 60A passes is formed.

Therefore, in a state where the solenoid 60 is not energized, the rod 60A passes through the through hole 68 of the convex portion 66, and is locked so that the opening / closing handle 38 cannot be opened.

As shown in FIG. 7, the solenoid 60 is electrically connected to a courtesy switch 70 as an open / close detection switch of the back door 14, and is energized when the back door 14 is opened and the courtesy switch 70 is turned on or off. It has become.

Therefore, when the solenoid 60 is energized, the rod 60A moves through the through hole 68 of the convex portion 66 and moves to the storage position, so that the opening / closing handle 38 can be opened and the storage portion 30 can be opened.

Next, the operation of this embodiment will be described.

As shown in FIG. 6, in this embodiment, when the back door 14 is in the closed state, the solenoid 60 is not energized. As a result, the rod 60 </ b> A of the solenoid 60 passes through the through hole 68 of the convex portion 66, and the opening / closing handle 38 cannot be opened to open the storage portion 30. For this reason, when entering into the vehicle compartment 24 from doors other than the back door 14, the luggage 28 put in the storage part 30 can be prevented from being stolen, and the crime prevention performance is good.

Further, when the back door 14 is opened and the courtesy switch 70 is turned on or off, the solenoid 60 is energized. As a result, the rod 60A moves from the protruding position indicated by the solid line in FIG. 6 to the front of the vehicle body (in the direction of arrow J in FIG. 6), passes through the through hole 68 of the convex portion 66, and becomes the retracted position. It can be opened.

As a result, the opening / closing handle 38 is opened to release the engagement between the locking claw 44 on the vehicle body side and the locking claw 42 of the opening / closing handle 38, so that the storage unit 30 has the arrow C about the hinge shaft 32. The baggage 28 can be taken in and out.

On the other hand, until the opening / closing handle 38 is opened, the locking claw 44 on the vehicle body side and the locking claw 42 of the opening / closing handle 38 are engaged, and the storage portion 30 is held in the closed position.

As a result, when the vehicle body 10 is parked on an uphill road, it is possible to prevent the storage unit 30 from being inadvertently opened at the same time as the back door 14 of the vehicle body 10 is opened. For this reason, the baggage 28 of the storage unit 30 does not fall from the storage unit 30 due to its own weight as soon as the back door 14 is opened.

Further, in the present embodiment, the opening / closing handle 38 can be locked without the upper door garnish 46 being locked by covering the opening / closing handle 38, so the storage portion 30 is attached at a position spaced from the back door 14 to the front of the vehicle body. be able to.

Next, a fourth embodiment of the vehicle ceiling storage part of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.

In addition, about the same member as 1st Embodiment, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected and the description is abbreviate | omitted.

As shown in FIG. 8, in this embodiment, a bracket 82 is fixed to the lower surface of a door inner reinforcement 80 attached to the upper portion of the back door 14 along the vehicle width direction. The bracket 82 has a plate shape, and the rear portion 82 </ b> A is welded to the bracket 80.

A bearing portion 82C is erected downward on the lower surface of the front portion 82B of the bracket 82, and a shaft 84 is attached to the bearing portion 82C along the vehicle width direction. Further, a hook 86 serving as a locking means is pivotally supported on the shaft 84 so as to be rotatable rearward of the vehicle body (in the direction of arrow K in FIG. 8) and forward of the vehicle body (in the direction of arrow L in FIG. 8).

The hook 86 has an upper end 86 </ b> A supported by the shaft 84, and one end 88 </ b> A of the wire 88 is connected to the vicinity of the lower end 86 </ b> B of the hook 86. The tube 90 that covers the outer periphery of the wire 88 is fixed to the mounting portion 92 of the rear portion 82A of the bracket 82, and the wire 88 is located behind the vehicle body (in the direction of arrow M in FIG. 8) and forward of the vehicle body (in the direction of arrow N in FIG. 8). ).

As shown in FIG. 9, the wire 88 is connected to the outer handle 94 of the back door 14 as a door opening operation handle, and when the outer handle 94 is opened, the wire 88 is rearward of the vehicle body (see FIG. 8). It moves in the direction of arrow M).

As shown in FIG. 8, a convex portion 96 is formed on the rear surface of the vertical wall portion 42 </ b> B of the locking claw 42 in the opening / closing handle 38 of the storage portion 30 so as to protrude toward the rear of the vehicle body. A shaft 98 is attached along the vehicle width direction.

When the outer handle 94 is not opened, the hook 86 is engaged with the shaft 98 and is locked so that the housing 30 cannot be opened even if the opening / closing handle 38 is opened.

On the other hand, when the outer handle 94 is opened, the wire 88 moves rearward (in the direction of arrow M in FIG. 8) and the hook 86 rotates about the shaft 84 in the direction of arrow K. The engagement with is released.

Although not shown, the hook 86 is urged forward by the urging means (in the direction of arrow L in FIG. 8), and when the opening operation of the outer handle 94 is stopped, the hook 86 returns to the engagement position shown in FIG. It is like that. Further, when the back door 14 is closed, when the hook 86 in the engagement position comes into contact with the shaft 98, the hook 86 rotates in the direction of the arrow K against the urging force, and after the shaft 98 is passed, Is rotated in the direction of arrow L to return to the engagement position shown in FIG.

Next, the operation of this embodiment will be described.

As shown in FIG. 8, in this embodiment, when the back door 14 is in the closed state and the outer handle 94 is not opened, the hook 86 is engaged with the shaft 98, so that the opening / closing handle 38 is engaged. The storage unit 30 cannot be opened by opening the. For this reason, when entering into the vehicle compartment 24 from doors other than the back door 14, the luggage 28 put in the storage part 30 can be prevented from being stolen, and the crime prevention performance is good.

When the outer handle 94 is opened, the wire 88 moves rearward (in the direction of arrow M in FIG. 8), and the hook 86 rotates in the direction of arrow K about the shaft 84. The engagement with is released. As a result, the opening / closing handle 38 can be opened.

For this reason, by opening the opening / closing handle 38 and releasing the engagement between the locking claw 44 on the vehicle body and the locking claw 42 of the opening / closing handle 38, the storage unit 30 has an arrow C around the hinge shaft 32. Rotate in the direction and open, allowing the luggage 28 to be taken in and out.

For this reason, simultaneously with opening the back door 14, the load 28 of the storage unit 30 does not fall from the storage unit 30 due to its own weight.

Further, in the present embodiment, since the opening / closing handle 38 is not locked by the upper door garnish 46, the storage portion 30 can be attached at a position separated from the back door 14 toward the front of the vehicle body.

In the present embodiment, the wire 88 is connected to the outer handle 94 of the back door 14, but the wire 88 may be connected to a back door release lever provided in the vicinity of the driver's seat.

Although the present invention has been described in detail with respect to specific embodiments, the present invention is not limited to such embodiments, and various other embodiments are possible within the scope of the present invention. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art. For example, in the above embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, the length L0 of the storage portion 30 in the vehicle width direction is substantially equal to the width L1 of the ceiling material 26 of the passenger compartment 24. It is good also as a structure which attached the accommodating part 30 to a part of vehicle width direction.

Further, in each of the above embodiments, the present invention is applied to a vehicle ceiling storage unit attached in the vicinity of the back door of the vehicle body.
